Visited "Furoga" for the first time in December 2022 and then explored the area around "Aino-sato Education University". Just like any other "school corporation", they tend to sell at a high price after opening in a convenient location, and then purchase and relocate to a larger area of cheaper land in the suburbs. "Hokkaido Education University" also relocated to the "Aino-sato area". They take advantage of the convenience of the JR station, but it doesn't seem to be a popular residential area. Perhaps because it is far from Sapporo and the road conditions worsen in the winter. "Aino-sato Education University Mae Station" also feels quiet. This shop was first posted by "Ohotsuku's wandering iron man" on MyRebi. I wonder how they found it. (laughs) It is a shop run by a vocational support facility, selling healthy seasonings and products such as food and soap made at the vocational support facility. "Manmaru Natto" for 150 yen is made by "Yuki no Seiboen" in Tsukigata-cho, where I used to visit every week during my business trip to Asahikawa. I had a training camp at this "Yuki no Seiboen" facility, which was previously a closed school, during junior high school. There were Virgin Mary paintings displayed everywhere, and the toilet at night was scary. It is delicious natto made from large beans grown in Tsukigata. I might visit again when the snow melts.

This is a vocational support store in Ai no Sato. I parked my car in the parking lot and entered the store. Inside, they sell deli items, vegetables, rice, firewood, and more. This time, I purchased the "Manmaru Natto" that I had been wanting to try. The natto was large, soft, and had a rich flavor of beans. It was delicious.

Located just a short walk from JR Ainori Education Daigaku Station in October 2022, I peeked into a shop that sells bread, baked goods, vegetables, and handmade goods. It seems to be a shop run by a vocational support facility. I purchased the "Manmaru Natto" that I had bought in Tsukigata Town before. This natto is round and plump, with almost no unpleasant smell. Even those who are not fond of natto may enjoy it. The attached natural mustard also has a wonderful fragrance. The main ingredient used is medium-sized Yuki Homare soybeans from Tsukigata Town. With a high sugar content, this natto retains the natural sweetness of the soybeans even after processing. They prioritize safety and security, pay attention to handcrafting, and take 30 hours for fermentation and aging in the manufacturing process to create plump, soft, and flavorful natto.

"I'm alone in Sapporo at the 'Interaction Center A・yell' today. I had to work, but I had a terrible experience. There was a blizzard and traffic jam. In terms of the recent trend of 'productivity,' it was the worst. I think Japan's economy has become second-rate because we keep doing unproductive things like this. That's why I came to Ario, where I can earn money from several places in one spot. The excitement square doesn't have much deli food, probably because it's the end of the year and there aren't many stores. There are a few bakeries, and one of them is the Interaction Center. I had a feeling of hypocrisy, but I tried their baked curry bread. It was half and half - the bread was slightly chewy and crispy, while the curry had a fruity flavor and a subtle spiciness. It was just a delicious curry bread."
