New Hassamu area in Teine-ku, Sapporo City. There is a shop inside Co-op Sapporo that is particular about products made with "haskap," originally from Tomakomai, and is famous for the most difficult-to-eat snack in Japan, Yoi Tomake. I have been eating it since I was a child, so I know it well. Among the items on sale for 30% off as clearance items, I found a favorite item and purchased it. The delicious cookies by Yunominon have a moist buttercream and the gentle acidity of haskap that match well. The Azuki Pie has a not-too-sweet red bean paste inside the crispy pie crust, a classic item that is not particularly unusual but still delicious. Thank you for the feast.

On a day off, I was talking with my friend about Yoitomake, a popular local snack. My friend mentioned that he had never tried Yoitomake before, so we decided to look for a place nearby that sells it. We found a store that sells Yoitomake and decided to go there.
Yoitomake is a well-known local snack that I used to eat a lot when I was a child because my father's hometown is in Ebetsu. It has been many years since I last had it, so I was curious to try it again.
When we entered the store, we found a variety of snacks for sale, including the famous Yoitomake. We decided to buy the cut version for convenience, as well as the classic flavors of Haskap and apple. We also bought some honey-flavored rice crackers to enjoy.
Yoitomake (Haskap, apple) is known as one of the most difficult snacks to eat in Japan, but the cut version makes it easier to enjoy. It is rolled with plenty of Haskap jam inside and outside, sprinkled with granulated sugar, and wrapped in an edible film to prevent stickiness. The Haskap flavor has a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, while the apple flavor is also delicious with its tartness.
The honey-flavored rice crackers were large and satisfying to eat. Overall, I enjoyed the Yoitomake, especially the cut version which made it easier to eat. I would definitely visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal!

When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, it is a designated rare disease by the government. As we enter December, the heating in hospitals and various commercial facilities exacerbates the condition. Unfortunately, there is no medication that suits me yet. Likes and comments may be delayed, so thank you for your understanding. [December 2019] "Sansyo Coop Sapporo Shin-hassamu Store" is a confectionery store with its main store in Tomakomai City. Established in 1898 (Meiji 31), it is a long-established confectionery store. Originally from Otaru. The "Sansyo" brand is famous for using haskap berries in their sweets. In particular, the famous confectionery "Yoitomake" is considered a soul food for the people of Tomakomai City. The song "Yoitomake no Uta" was sung by Akira Maruyama in the past. In the 2014 NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen, Akira Mitani sang it, causing a big sensation. It was a heartfelt song about the hardships of laborers. It is a song with connections to Tomakomai City. I visited with my usual companion for the first time. This store is located in the "Coop Sapporo Shin-hassamu Store" along Shimoineta Street in the Shin-hassamu area of Sapporo's Teine Ward. Please check the exact location of the store on Tabelog. I visited around 1 pm on a weekend. I planned to buy the famous confectionery "Yoitomake." However, my usual companion's eyes were drawn to the cakes, so it naturally became a cake-focused visit. ■ Cassis Fromage Base: Moist sponge cake with plain and cocoa cheese and cassis mousse. Topped with a thin chocolate sheet. Price: 330 yen (tax included) ■ Pudding a la mode: A nostalgic tasting pudding base. Topped with caramel, kiwi, pineapple, strawberry, orange, pear, and blueberry. Price: 320 yen (tax included) Cakes range from 250 yen to 350 yen. They are reasonably priced and have good content. They are convenient and affordable Western sweets for everyday use. Both the "Yoitomake" and the cakes have a down-to-earth taste at down-to-earth prices. It's perfect for everyday use. Next time, I might go for the usual "Yoitomake." It was delicious, thank you.

It's a new year in Hassamu. I went for a walk on my day off and stopped by the Co-op Shin-Hassamu store on Shimoine Street. It's now called Mitsuboshi Hassamu store, but this is Shin-Hassamu. I was surprised to find it listed as Hassamu on websites like Tabelog and Hitosara. I checked Mitsuboshi's website and it turns out it's now called Shin-Hassamu store! So, I took a break and decided to have a rest. I looked around and found a delicious-looking mixed cream puff for 120 yen. Mitsuboshi has a variety of sweets, I was surprised once again. Next to Mitsuboshi's store, there is a small eating area. I sat down with my Healthy Green Tea and enjoyed the cream puff. It was cold and refreshing. Perfect for my tired body. Cream puffs are always delicious! Thank you for the meal.

The sweet and sour Haskap parfait is a dessert that I sometimes feel like buying and eating. It has a well-balanced combination of apricot, orange, lemon, honey, and water candy, and it would be perfect if it didn't contain sugar. But the crunchy texture of sugar is also hard to resist... Either way, I love the Haskap parfait. The customer service was very friendly and welcoming, whether it was due to a good customer service manual or the person's natural kindness, the service showed a genuine care for customers, leaving a positive impression. ☆☆☆ Next Episode Preview ☆☆☆I also want to buy Haskap jewelry to eat, even though I have only received it before, it's becoming a habit~. PostscriptI forgot to mention the delicious rice cracker senbei, it was really good (o・ω・o)
