It's a spot where you can enjoy all-you-can-drink for 1,000 yen per hour, with Spanish pinchos. They have a standing bar as well as a rooftop bar, which seems perfect for the upcoming season. The food is colorful, with a variety of fried dishes and desserts available. Whether it's your first stop, second stop, or last stop, I thought it was really great. The location is also good, so it seems like it will become popular in the future!

The Shrimp and Broccoli Cocktail Pinchos had a crunchy texture from the shrimp shells, which was interesting. Iran Kara Pute. ---------- 2023.07 ---------- Located at the corner of South 5 West 4, with a mix of South 5 East-facing and South-facing streets. Hello! Recently, I saw a new building being constructed and wondered when it would be completed. As I was walking, I noticed a sign with soft cones that were lit up, so I decided to check it out. Inside, I met Akasa-san. The 1st floor is a space surrounded by appetizers and wine, while the 2nd and 3rd floors are dining areas. You pay upfront and then enjoy your meal upstairs. I was impressed by the fact that they can cook such delicious dishes in this space. They offer a red and white sparkling wine for 1000 yen per hour, or unlimited for 2500 yen, which is quite reasonable. They have a wide variety of Basque cuisine appetizers. They open at 4 pm, but I would prefer to start drinking around 1 pm for a daytime drink. The "soft cream" they offer is made with Tokachi milk and is refreshing with a generous amount of cream. I was working, so I will come back later to try their pinchos and tapas dishes. Hinna Hinna.

Huh?! There's something there! Through a small entrance, all you can see is a showcase with no chairs, and the second floor is the eat-in space. I decided to go in because there were customers, and it was still in pre-opening, so the food selection was still limited. I was recommended the Sprémouther and freshly squeezed orange juice, but since I was hungry, I chose Gazpacho and potage. There were no prices displayed around the products, but it was cheap at 600 yen. The Sprémouther was also 500 yen!!! So reasonable. I also bought soft-serve ice cream from the shop across the street and headed home. I'll enjoy it on the second floor. There's only a counter in a "C" shape facing outside, with charging stations and Wi-Fi marks, making it a nice space for solo customers. The Gazpacho was rich and delicious. The mozzarella topping was juicy. I thought the corn potage was like drinking yogurt haha? Both were very delicious. The terrace on the third floor is glass-walled and roofless. It seems there are chairs when it's sunny. It's the opposite direction of the fireworks, but summer is the best. There's also a standing counter outside, making it look like a foreign place! All-you-can-drink for one hour is 1000 yen, and unlimited pickled wine is 2500 yen, which is reasonable. The food was delicious, and I can tell it's a sister store of a favorite restaurant. I can't wait to come back when it officially opens. Exciting! All seats are e-cigarette-friendly, and the third floor and outside counter allow paper cigarettes.
