Opposite the batting center in Tohoku, a Korean-style shaved ice kitchen car has opened. I went to check it out right away. The premises are spacious with about 5 cars parked there. The kitchen car is fancy with glass windows. They have about 10 menu items, but they only sell 4 items each day. This time I ordered the milk flavor. They also have strawberry, blue hawaii, and mystery flavor. I wonder what the mystery flavor is. It caught my interest but I didn't dare to try it (laughs). The shaved ice looks very thin, almost like somen noodles. The presentation is quite generous, like it's packed in a big supermarket package. It would be better if they put it in a cuter container. The texture is smooth and fluffy. When you put it in your mouth, it melts smoothly and becomes like ice cream. It's refreshing and you can keep eating it. I think the price of 250 yen for this volume is very cheap. I tried Korean-style shaved ice for the first time, and it's good.
