I couldn't finish everything I ate on my second visit, but everything was delicious. The alcohol selection is also great! I forgot to take photos, but I especially loved the fried mozzarella. I wish there was a restaurant like this near my house... The owner is also lovely. I want to visit again.

It's a good place to visit again for ramen at a reasonable price with good cost performance. The food is well thought out and very delicious. However, there are so many options that it's hard to decide what to order. It's best to not rush and enjoy the experience over multiple visits. The place was busy during limited hours, but now that it's lifted, I definitely want to go back.

Finally made it to Sapporo for the year-end and New Year's holidays (lol). I made a reservation for Miyasuke-san, who was the last business day of the year, and visited for the first time as I had been wanting to do. It's a small shop with bright lighting and a focus on the counter, which I like. There were a lot of women on this day, and it seems that there are many female regular customers even during normal times. The owner's movements are very agile and smart. It must be popular with women (^_^) The limited 5 servings of aged tuna were delicious, but I wish there was a little more. The "Tokachi chicken, white liver, and soriless" that cannot be missed were grilled very carefully. The grilled stingray fin had a slightly strong taste, which goes well with shochu or sake. The tsukune was also fluffy. The chicken bone salt ramen at the end was very gentle in flavor. For drinks, I had beer, highball, cold sake, and shochu, which I think are very stable. The cost performance may feel a bit high, but I would like to visit again if I have the chance to try the dashimaki and homemade smoked dishes. ♬

The izakaya "Tokoton" in Miyanosawa has closed down, and the former manager, Mr. Akima, has opened his own independent shop. As a member of Tokoton's email list, I received an email and decided to visit the new restaurant. Since no one has reviewed it yet, I wanted to share my thoughts. The restaurant is bright and clean, with a small counter and a few standing tables. I ordered white wine and some skewers, including chicken skewers, moon-viewing meatballs, chicken cartilage, and cheese and chicken skewers. The meat was tender and delicious, especially the moon-viewing meatballs. I also discovered they serve ramen as a finishing dish, so I tried it even though I was already full. The soup was made fresh daily, and while the noodles seemed store-bought, they were well-prepared. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, especially since there are few dining options in Miyanosawa. I hope this new restaurant thrives for a long time. Thank you for the meal.
