When it gets hot, the symptoms of this designated rare disease worsen, especially as we enter December with increased heating in hospitals and commercial facilities causing discomfort. Unfortunately, there is no medication that suits me yet. Likes and comments may be delayed, so thank you for your understanding. [February 2020] This is my second review, but I have used the place quite a few times. "Kyokotsuji Ga Hana" is a shop based in Kyoto, offering dishes like Kyoto tea porridge, Nishikyo-yaki, and fish marinated in Kyoto sake lees. The taste is exquisite and high-quality. I often use their "Kyoto sake lees" as gifts when discharged from the hospital, and they are always well received. I recently saw a great deal on a unique product in front of the store. It was a limited edition "Nishikyo marinated offcuts for 540 yen each." Since I was with my usual companion, we bought two. ■ Nishikyo marinated offcuts Limited to one per person Net weight indicated: 320g Actual weight: 550g (after removing the packaging) This time, it contained three types of fish: sablefish from Korea, golden snapper from New Zealand, and silver cod from the USA. The Nishikyo marinated offcuts had a well-balanced flavor and a strong umami taste. It is a refrigerated product priced at 540 yen per bag (tax included). The Nishikyo marinated offcuts were indeed of good quality, as expected from "Kyokotsuji Ga Hana." A single slice usually costs around 1,000 yen. For enjoying at home, the offcuts are sufficient. They are delicious as a side dish for sake or with rice. In 2020, this product was newly introduced during my visit. I look forward to encountering this great deal of "Nishikyo marinated offcuts" again in the future. It was a delicious meal, thank you.

When you visit Daimaru in Sapporo, you can find various specialty products from all over the country which is really enjoyable. Today, I got the flower dim sum from Kyoto-Kyoji. There are two types of flower dim sum - one with Kyoto vegetables and the other with sea bream and Kujo green onions. The Kyoto vegetable dim sum is made with red miso, while the sea bream and Kujo green onion dim sum is for soup. The miso comes in both white and red types. The idea of freeze-drying traditional Kyoto vegetables like mibuna and Seigoin kabura is quite innovative. When you break open the dim sum and pour hot water over it, the kabura floats up in a square shape like tofu. The miso is not too strong, but has a refined taste. Personally, if you're buying here, the dim sum for soup seems more delicious than the one for rice porridge.

Sapporo, Sapporo Station area. Located in the underground food court of Daimaru department store, directly connected to JR Sapporo Station, is a specialty shop for "bubuzuke" (tea pickles). "Kyokyo Tsujigahana Daimaru Sapporo Store" is a store that specializes in pickled vegetables, Nishikyo pickles, and bubuzuke, with its main store located in Kawaramachi Sanjo in Kyoto. In Kyoto, tea is referred to as "obubu," hence tea pickles are called "bubuzuke," and there are many specialty shops that serve bubuzuke alongside Kyoto pickles. I love pickled vegetables and tea pickles, so I have visited this shop several times during my trips. You can easily enjoy the taste of Kyoto here at this bubuzuke shop. They sell Kyoto tea pickles, tea pickled sweets, soup-filled sweets, yuzu-flavored Kasuzuke, Nishikyo miso pickles, and more. The packaging design is elegant, with a Kyoto-style charm. It's fun to buy and enjoy them as a treat for yourself or as a gift. In 2015, I tried the following items: Pickled turnip for 410 yen, Red salmon Nishikyo pickles for 410 yen, and Sea bream sesame miso for 410 yen. They were all delicious, and I would love to go back and buy more. In May 2015, I tried pickled turnip for 410 yen, red salmon Nishikyo pickles for 410 yen, and sea bream sesame miso for 410 yen. They were all delicious, and I would love to go back and buy more. In July 2015, I tried pickled turnip for 410 yen, and pickled eggplant for 464 yen. They were both delicious. Pickled eggplant with its crunchy texture and perfect saltiness is a great combination for tea pickles. On hot summer days, a light and refreshing tea pickle dish is recommended, even for those with a low appetite.

I found a shop while out shopping at the end of the year. They had sets of ochazuke, with 2 packs in each bag. I thought it would be just right for when my mother and I get tired of osechi. There were many different flavors to choose from, and the bags had cute patterns which got me excited. I couldn't resist trying some before New Year's, being a foodie. Of course, my favorite, abalone! It had a thin slice of abalone in it. It felt luxurious, with a hint of wasabi and a nice dashi flavor. I'm looking forward to trying the other ochazuke flavors. I heard they have a store in Seibu Ikebukuro in Tokyo, so I'll make sure to buy some when I go back.

In March 2014, Kyorotsuji Hanaha is a shop with its main store in Kyoto. They offer dishes like Kyoto tea pickles, Nishikyo-yaki, and fish marinated in Kyoto sake lees. It's a place where you can enjoy Kyoto flavors at home. The shop opened on March 7th this year. I visited after lunch. The shop is located on the 1st floor of Daimaru Sapporo, directly connected to JR Sapporo Station in Sapporo's Chuo Ward. For the exact location, please check on Tabelog. Most of the shop's space is dedicated to Kyoto tea pickles. Since I visited in the afternoon, the discounted Nishikyo-yaki offcuts were already sold out. I decided to buy the Kyoto tea pickles. When I was undecided, the staff kindly explained to me. The most popular item is the "Tai Sesame Miso (Chicken Dashi)". Since it was my first time, I decided to buy the most popular one. I also bought the "Manganji Togarashi Pickles (Matcha Salt Dashi)" made with Kyoto vegetables. For dinner, I cooked some rice. - Tai Sesame Miso (Chicken Dashi): The tai (sea bream) and miso dashi are in separate bags. The tai is vacuum-packed. I put both on the rice and poured tea or hot water over it. It also comes with seaweed and rice crackers. The taste of the tai and miso is very good. The spiciness of wasabi tightens the flavor. It's a delicious tea pickle with a well-flavored dashi. 2 servings per pack, 399 yen. - Manganji Togarashi Pickles (Matcha Salt Dashi): The Manganji togarashi and dashi are in separate bags. The Manganji togarashi is soy sauce-marinated and freeze-dried. It's a dried product. I put both on the rice and poured tea or hot water over it. It also comes with seaweed and rice crackers. The slightly spicy taste of Manganji togarashi and the flavor of matcha salt are quite good. It's a relatively simple taste. 2 servings per pack, 451 yen. The "Tai Sesame Miso (Chicken Dashi)" has a taste that clearly shows why it's the most popular. It's a delicious tea pickle. The "Manganji Togarashi Pickles (Matcha Salt Dashi)" is like a tastier version of Nagatanien's tea pickles. I wish there was a bit more Manganji togarashi in it. It's a bit expensive for home consumption, but it's a good-tasting Kyoto tea pickle. They have a variety of options, so I look forward to trying more. Next time, I hope to get the Nishikyo-yaki offcuts. Thank you for the delicious meal.

This is a shop located in the basement of Daimaru Department Store in Sapporo, which offers ochazuke and osumashi (clear soup). It sells high-quality products, so I have never used it at home, but the other day, I used it to buy souvenirs for a friend. The set with several types of osumashi contains freeze-dried ingredients that preserve the original taste, with elegant sweet white miso, rich red miso, and three types of osumashi. What I want to buy next time is the "Yuzu-flavored Saikyo-zuke" mentioned in the pamphlet. I can't help but wonder what the flavor would be like if King salmon, golden eye snapper, and scallop muscles were saikyo-zuke.

★Received in December 2016. I was aware of the existence of the store at Daimaru, but I have never used it. I recognize it as a shop that serves ochazuke. It seemed a bit expensive, and I am satisfied with cheaper ochazuke. [Yakitara-ko?] The ochazuke powder and ingredients are packaged separately. It's not particularly delicious, but it doesn't feel like store-bought. The cod roe is tasty ♫ The other purple one seems to be eggplant. I didn't realize that ^^; This evaluation does not take price into account.
