This place has a good reputation. It moved and even appeared on TV! I decided to try it out. They seem to have a focus on pork. There were a lot of customers coming in. I ordered raw lamb, ground beef, ground pork, and beef... I kind of forgot the last one. I asked for the ground meat to be separated so I can use it in portions. The raw lamb was packed with flavor! It was delicious! It feels like there's a new vibe compared to the previous location. It doesn't have that old-fashioned feel, but it seems like it has been around for quite a while. It was tasty. Thank you for the meal.

After leaving Coco's, I walked to a region I rarely visit to find souvenirs. The roads were frozen, and I slipped three times, but I persevered to find some food. I came across a butcher shop and decided to buy some meat to take home. The shop was busy with customers coming in non-stop. - Frozen Jingisukan (Genghis Khan) 500g for 750 yen - Sunbeam's yakiniku sauce - Gatsu (intestine?) 100g for 100 yen - Mino (tripe?) 100g for 100 yen I couldn't remember the names very well, but I think I bought some kind of hormone-like meat, which seemed cheap, so I asked for 100g of each. I forgot to take a picture before cooking the second one, which I stir-fried with mushrooms. I apologize for the dark color, as the mushrooms were the culprit. The white one was the hormone meat and it was delicious. I mixed both and grilled them, but couldn't really tell the difference. If dining alone, 200g for one meal would be just right. I'm not sure if the frozen Jingisukan was a good deal, but I bought it because it had an original feel to it. It was quite tender and had a sweet seasoning. Although the chicken breast I usually buy at the supermarket is cheaper, the freshness and appearance of the meat here was noticeably better. If it were closer, I would definitely frequent this butcher shop. The yakiniku sauce is so good that just by dipping something in it, I feel like I'm dining out. I enjoy using it on vegetables or even having a yakiniku-style meal without meat. I go through it quite quickly. Highly recommended. Butcher shops are great, and the prices here were affordable. Thank you for the feast!

It's been over 20 years since a friend introduced me to this place, and ever since then, whenever I go camping, I always come here to buy lamb. It's cheap, delicious, and good quality. I always used to buy a 1kg pack of fresh lamb and seasoned lamb. But lamb has gotten more expensive, hasn't it?

During the consecutive holidays, I went day drinking in Sapporo and then headed back to my hometown. The weather was nice, so we decided to have a BBQ. On the way, we stopped by here to get some hormone meat! It seems like the parking lot has expanded. I already know what I want to buy, so I left it to my companion to take photos inside the store. Unfortunately, the local guts and small intestines were sold out. Even though the small intestines were cheap at 80 yen per 100g and the guts were 100 yen per 100g... I had no choice but to buy: - American pig intestines (salted) 100g @ 145 yen - American pig intestines (seasoned) 100g @ 145 yen I bought about 500g in total. The sirloin from Toyako looks delicious. I'm interested in beef tongue as well, but I'll get other meats from a different large supermarket. The cuts are quite small and look like they might fall through the grill. I love the salted hormone meat from here. It's delicious without any unpleasant smell. I'll have to go buy it earlier next time!

Visited Sanbeef for the first time after searching for a place to buy meat for a barbecue at home on 5/18/20. It was a sunny Sunday and the place was crowded with customers buying meat. We tried the Kalbi sashi, which looked good but tasted just like the Kalbi sold at supermarkets. The Gatsu (salt) had a nice texture and freshness, better than what you would find at a regular barbecue restaurant. The lamb shoulder meat was seasoned and thickly sliced, making it a tasty option for Genghis Khan. Personally, I really enjoyed the Gatsu, so I plan to buy more offal next time!

I visited "Niku no Sunbeam" located at 6-cho, 12-jou, Minemachi, along the Ring Road. They have moved to a spacious store on the south side along the Ring Road. I arrived around noon and found a convenient parking lot. The spacious interior allows you to take your time and shop comfortably. I decided to buy some New Zealand lamb (500g) for 1,000 yen. The price of lamb has been increasing recently. I used to be able to buy 1kg for around 1,000 yen. The thick-cut lamb is delicious as always. I also bought 100g of American beef sagari for 877 yen. It has a nice marbling, tender texture, and a sweet taste. I will try some other meats from their showcase next time. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Welcome.---------- February 2016 ----------P, which has moved from the vicinity of Kanjo-dori to a larger location, is full of energy. The staff, dressed in clean white coats, eagerly await customers. Large refrigerated cases line the store, with a frozen food section on the opposite side. Regular customers who are familiar with Sanbeem seem to have an unspoken rule of starting with the refrigerated section and placing their orders verbally. The timid ones start from the edge and work their way in. The store offers a variety of products, with a focus on "Tokachi Wagyu" beef and pork raised on Hokkaido rice. There are also processed products made from "Umaigyu" pork from Chitose. The original chicken is domestic, duck is from Hungary, and there is even horse sashimi from Canada. There are various seasoned dishes such as Genghis Khan and pork Genghis Khan. Today's special offer is "100g of domestic chicken skin for 30 yen". The pork knuckle, also known as "Umaigyu knuckle pieka", can be transformed into Soki by simmering it like pork belly. Raw hormones are also available at 80 yen for 100g. They are best grilled with salt and pepper. It is recommended to prepare bean sprouts at home and make a stir-fry with the hormones. Although butcher shops are often perceived as expensive, the prices at P are actually cheaper than supermarkets. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I entered the butcher shop without any particular expectations, but I was drawn to the affordable prices and ended up buying some meat. I purchased items like sand liver from Hokkaido, young chicken liver, and chicken skin, all of which were delicious when cooked. The sand liver had a crunchy texture, the chicken skin was not too gamey, and the pork cartilage was tender and tasty. The shop also had a variety of frozen and refrigerated meats on display, including beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and offal. The staff, dressed in white work clothes, seemed knowledgeable and helpful. They offered a selection of pork shabu-shabu cuts, including different types of pork from Oumi Buta and local sources. They also sold frozen lamb slices and lamb shabu-shabu from New Zealand, as well as pre-seasoned Genghis Khan lamb and horse sashimi from Canada. The shop had a wide range of frozen and refrigerated ham, sausages, and offal, as well as packs of sirloin steak for convenient purchase. I was intrigued by their special gyoza filling and wrappers. After playing nearby by chance, we were looking for a cheap yakiniku restaurant and came across this place! We went to the shop with high expectations based on everyone's ratings. We purchased cut Hokkaido beef ribs and several types of hormone. The tasteless Hokkaido beef ribs were 290 yen for 100 grams, and the hormone started at 100 yen. Cheap! The appearance of the beef ribs in the shop didn't look that great at first (sorry!), but we were surprised when we tasted it! This is the first time I've had Hokkaido beef at this price with this taste! The meat has a strong flavor and richness. The hormone, which I always found to have a strong odor elsewhere, was almost odorless, and even the children were delighted. I'm really happy that I can enjoy the taste of a yakiniku restaurant at home. It looks like I won't be able to buy meat at the nearby supermarket anymore.

I have used this place five times or more during the summer season. They offer sirloin, filet, and tongue salt. You can choose between domestic and USA beef, as well as seasoned or unseasoned. The saltiness of the salted hormone is just right. The tongue salt is frozen. They also have meat for sukiyaki and shabu-shabu. Sometimes they have reasonably priced meat available. They are kind enough to slice and cut the meat for you. The wasabi they sell here is amazing and hard to find elsewhere. I always rely on them during BBQ season. I will continue to rely on them for the remaining summer season.

There are various types of meat at the butcher shop, each used for different purposes. I always buy fresh lamb here. The lamb is thick, tender, and has a good balance of fat. However, I feel like the price has increased recently. Thank you for the meal.
