We visited GAjA after hearing that Ryo-kun would be singing there for the first time in decades. We opted for individual dishes instead of the all-you-can-eat option, and the ambiance in the individual area was lovely. There were stylish couple seats as well. The tables, sofas, and floors were all clean and well-maintained. The only downside was the slow service for drinks - we had to remind them multiple times, even with my 3-year-old son in tow. He loved the Korean seaweed and kept asking for more. 3-year-olds are just adorable! He also enjoyed playing with his cousin's hand-me-down toys. GAjA offers delicious food at affordable prices. The food is delicious and the menu is extensive. However, it seems like there are not enough staff for the size of the restaurant, as the time from ordering to receiving the food is too long! The main course arrives before the first drink... and the salad I ordered as an appetizer finally comes towards the end of the meal... tears If the operation improves, I might consider coming back.

Robot introduction! Tonight, I was a dinner refugee drifting around, and I finally arrived at Gaya after a long time. I was surprised to see that robots were delivering food to the table. This yakiniku restaurant doesn't have the typical yakiniku vibe. Last time I came, there was live piano music which was enjoyable. The wagyu kalbi and Shiraoi beef toro horumon were sweet and melted quickly. When it comes to Hokkaido salad, ramen salad is a must-try with sweet sesame dressing and perfectly paired with egg noodles. The pork belly was also sweet, and kimchi is all-you-can-eat as a service. The Morioka reimen was chewy and delicious, and the dessert ice cream from Hokkaido was tasty. Gaya also offers teppanyaki, so I would like to try it next time.

This restaurant stays open late and has a wide variety of menu options for a yakiniku place. They also offer a lot of desserts! I finally got to try their dessert parfait, which I've been wanting to try for a while. They even have a stylish grand piano.

I came here because I wanted to eat yakiniku, not because I wanted to help the struggling restaurant industry during this time. It's been over six months since I last visited a proper yakiniku restaurant, so I'm feeling a bit excited. I chose the all-you-can-eat option this time because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of ordering individual dishes. There were A, B, and C courses available, and I chose the C course because I'm an adult. Although I didn't fully take advantage of the course, I enjoyed the yakiniku. The meat was delicious, and the ventilation was... a bit lacking. The smokeless roasters seemed to have weak suction. The Wagyu karubi was also tasty. Yakiniku is always a great treat, and all the meat I chose was excellent. I definitely want to come back again.

We went to Gaya for dinner on our day off, inspired by the video we watched during the day, "The Lonely Gourmet." We couldn't stop talking about yakiniku the whole time, so there was no choice for dinner other than yakiniku. We started with freshly squeezed dry lemon sour and my partner ordered a ginger ale. Our order included: Wagyu top kalbi (served with green onion rice bowl), sagari, yuzu pepper miso top mino, green onion salt-wrapped beef tongue, shrimp mayo fruity, whole tomato with mustard dressing, green onion rice bowl, and stone-grilled garlic rice. We also had Miyazaki beef sour. Ahh, we were so full! It was satisfying! Thank you for the meal.

Today, I went to a sushi restaurant for the first time in a while. I came back feeling full. One thing that bothered me was that the staff was unfriendly. When I ordered meat sushi, the moment the staff placed the plate, it fell apart, so I felt a little uncomfortable! I hope they can make some improvements.

Due to the impact of the coronavirus, the restaurant was relatively quiet! I went with a friend and ordered cold noodles (small) and a lemon sour. The lemon sour was simple, not too sweet, and easy to drink. However, it had less ice than expected. The cold noodles arrived in about 10 minutes, and the portion was generous for a small size. The flavor was simple but rich in broth, very delicious. The noodles were slightly thin with a good texture. The toppings included apple, cucumber, and chashu, each with delicious flavors. The chashu, in particular, was tasty. Adding kimchi and vinegar halfway through made it even more delicious. We also tried the salt hormone dish, which was surprisingly tasty for the price. I came after work! There was an all-you-can-eat option, but this time I ordered a la carte! Since I didn't have much time, I wanted to eat quickly, and they served the food as soon as I ordered, so I could enjoy it without waiting ☺️ They are open until late, and the restaurant is very spacious and clean, so it was great!

A friend is leaving Hokkaido, so a group of three of us went to have yakiniku at their request. We chose the "Variety Banquet Plan" for 3,000 yen (with all-you-can-drink soft drinks included) and added the all-you-can-drink option for 1,000 yen. The meat for the all-you-can-eat was of a decent quality compared to other places. Orders were placed using a touch panel, and beer was a bit slow to arrive, so we ended up ordering two beers each. We had to verbally request non-carbonated sour drinks. Interestingly, most of the customers around us were high school students. The 2,500 yen plan with all-you-can-drink soft drinks seems to be popular among the younger crowd. The total bill came out to 12,960 yen, which when divided by 3, should be 4,320 yen. However, the course we chose was listed as 3,000 yen (tax included) on the menu, which was a bit surprising. The additional 1,080 yen for all-you-can-drink was understandable.

Even though it's 3 o'clock, there are many couples enjoying the all-you-can-eat buffet, which is affordable at 3000 yen for 124 items with a wide variety. For a higher price of 4000 yen, you can enjoy 170 items including Sendai beef, meat sushi, and oysters of high quality. I would definitely choose the latter. With the all-you-can-eat option, the all-you-can-drink option becomes cheaper, costing 5000 yen without tax for unlimited food and drinks. The touch panel for ordering is a bit weak, so leave it to the staff. You can order up to 3 items per person. Lemon sour is here! Let's grill the meat! Sendai beef upper ribs are so tender and have a fine texture that melts in your mouth, with a refined sweetness and a light aftertaste. The meat sushi with thin slices of meat melts in your mouth, and the sushi with beef intestines has a rich flavor that is complemented by the vinegared rice. The Iberico pork has a good amount of fat, and the beef tongue with salt is quite salty. Thinly sliced beef sagari with salt has a rich flavor of offal, and the cherry blossom yukke has a unique taste that is different from the usual meat dishes. The spicy soup is always spicy, and if it were even spicier, it would feel like blowing fire instead of sweating. The grilled oysters with garlic butter were a bit confusing to understand. The unique flavor of the oysters makes me think they are imported. The pork chateaubriand is more tender than fillet, so it's no wonder it's so soft. The stone-grilled wagyu sukiyaki rice didn't make much noise, probably because there wasn't much wagyu beef in it. Even though it's a beef dish, it's mostly made of the thigh part. The wagyu beef is firm with a tight meat texture. For dessert, I had the soft serve ice cream from Okada Ranch. It has a refreshing milk taste with a generous amount of creaminess, making it a light and refreshing way to end the meal. I thought the variety of the all-you-can-drink option was a bit lacking, with mostly cocktails that are popular among women. But for meat lovers like me, it's all about eating meat!

Having a yakiniku girls' night out at gaja. I used to come here quite often when I was younger. Drinking alcohol, eating yakiniku, and only spending 2,000 yen per person, that's gaja for you. Of course, we also cheekily ordered a parfait. I love the salad here, and recently I've been making a salad at home with sesame oil and salt.

It's been over 10 years since my last visit. The restaurant has a spacious and pleasant atmosphere with live piano music. The service was good, but I felt like the taste had declined. The beef tripe was too tough to chew, which was disappointing.

I visited this place for the first time in about 10 years. I used to come here a lot when I was in my teens. Going back after so long, the taste is just as I remembered from my younger days. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere that would be great for young people. As I've gotten older, I may start looking for a bit more in terms of service and flavor. The taste itself is on par with your average yakiniku restaurant.
