Omelette rice enthusiast's omelette rice record. I always order the basic tomato sauce omelette rice at any restaurant. I'm not a fan of runny eggs, so my rating for creamy type is low. ----- Omelette rice and crab cream croquette 1080 yen (excluding tax) #Record during the Corona pandemic 13:33, ordered. 13:44, omelette rice arrived! The sauce for the omelette rice is demi-glace, and the crab cream croquette is tomato sauce, which is the same as the regular omelette rice. Normally, I would order the regular omelette rice, but I really wanted to eat the crab croquette. The popular No. 1 omelette rice gratin also caught my eye, and it was my first time dining out in a while, so I prioritized the crab croquette. The omelette rice had a thin egg skin. The side dishes were broccoli, carrots, which were lightly seasoned warm vegetables. I like light flavors, so it's okay. The fried potatoes were hot and salty. The omelette rice was piping hot (important). The ketchup rice was sweet, with onions and a hint of chicken. It was more like pilaf than fried rice. The rice... was not enough. The salad surprisingly had a variety of vegetables - paprika, onions, cucumbers, carrots, lettuce, with a citrus soy dressing with yuzu flavor. The salad was on a separate plate, so the dressing did not mix with the demi-glace. The crab croquette tasted familiar, like something I've had before. The tomato sauce had a tangy acidity that was refreshing. The demi-glace of the omelette rice was similar to hayashi rice, a taste commonly found in commercial settings. 14:00, thank you for the meal. Now. Hmm, it's not enough... You can add a parfait for dessert, which seems to be popular among the older age group. It's not bad, reminiscent of the department store food courts from the past. I just wanted to be full from the omelette rice alone.
