The husband and wife duo run a small bakery where the bread displayed in the showcase and on the shelves tempts you to try a little bit of everything. The atmosphere in the store is calm and welcoming, with a gentle breeze that seems to match the name of the shop. The couple, though still young, were friendly and likable. The bread at Pan no Kaze is made from 100% Hokkaido wheat with no additives. The salt butter bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a delicious buttery flavor and a hint of salt that spreads throughout your mouth. The table rolls are fluffy with a hint of sweetness, and the beef curry bread is filled with chunks of beef and a mild curry flavor that even kids can enjoy. I wanted to buy more varieties, but ended up sticking to my usual three choices. I will definitely be back to try more of their bread as I was impressed by the quality of the bakery. The shop is located in the Hassamu area of Sapporo, near JR Hassamu Chuo Station, with parking available for up to three cars. Store Information: 4-2-10 Hassamu 4-jo, Nishi-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido 063-0824 Pan no Kaze

Recently, my favorite shop here. The menu was also posted on the wall. It's nice to know about the limited days. I was wondering if they have shokupan, but it seems they do. I want to try it. This time I had the sweet potato butter. It has a gentle taste, but the sweet potato pieces are small, so there's not much sweet potato flavor. Another drawback is the difficulty of entering the parking lot here. It seems challenging to come and go in winter. There's a need for maneuvering, but there's always a big car parked there. Is it the shop owner's car? It's certainly difficult to borrow another one, but car access is quite important. Thank you for the meal.

The bakery "Panno Kaze" finally opened on June 28, 2023, after a long delay. The shop is located about a 6-7 minute walk from JR Hassamu Chuo Station along the market street. The shop has parking space for about 4-5 cars. Upon entering the shop, a woman in her 30s welcomed me with "Irasshaimase." I purchased a "Croissant Chocolat" for 250 yen, a plain croissant for 200 yen, a cream bun for 200 yen, and an apple pie for 480 yen. The Croissant Chocolat had a light crust but the crumb was slightly heavy, the chocolate was weak in flavor and too sweet. The plain croissant had a decent texture but lacked flavor. The cream bun had a fluffy texture with a firm custard filling. The apple pie had a buttery crust but lacked the apple flavor. Overall, the pastries were average and slightly disappointing for the price.

I visited after 2 p.m. and didn't post, but actually I bought salt koji bread the day before as well. It was fluffy and delicious, so I visited again without waiting. Then, they said, "We have freshly baked bamboo shoot oyaki!" It was slightly spicy with cheese and mayonnaise maybe? The bamboo shoots were packed and crunchy yet fluffy. This was delicious. There are various signs on the counter, so maybe they bake small amounts of different types? It seems like they don't just have freshly baked items at opening time, so I'm looking forward to what's next. Thank you for the meal.

Visited around 3:30 in the afternoon. Even at this time, they had freshly baked cream puffs. The freshly baked bread is placed in a paper bag, opened up, and handed to you. The cream inside was so creamy and delicious! I wonder how it would taste when it's cold? The red bean salt butter bread was also seasoned perfectly. I didn't buy the salt koji bread this time, but I'll challenge it next time. I also received a paper with instructions on how to reheat the bread the next day, but we finished it all on the same day. Thank you for the delicious meal.

The day after the opening♪ It's the same here, isn't it? Information about the opening was received at the end of June or beginning of July, but there was no news about when it would actually open. This pattern is not good (sweat). Many places seem to be open once they announce it. Today, a delicatessen opened in Teine, and an izakaya opened the day before that, so I went to check out those places first before coming here. Then I saw the withered congratulatory flowers in front of this bakery and found out it had opened. The store is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. Even though today is Friday, the sign said they open at 11 am. What a leisurely bakery (laughs). On my way back from Teine, I stopped by right away♪ A bakery with additive-free dough... Usually, this type of place is not very tasty (^_^;) Well, this is a new store, so let's see. Inside, there was a sweet aroma (*^^*) Looks delicious. There weren't many types of bread. The first thing that caught my eye was the salted butter bread for 180 yen♪ Also, an apple pie for 480 yen and a salt koji bread for 100 yen. I bought them and immediately attacked the salted butter bread (laughs). Wow!! This is delicious!! The bread is not too fluffy or chewy, it has a very easy-to-eat texture. And it tastes very good because it uses plenty of butter (*^^*) Then the apple pie. It's not crispy, but a flaky apple pie♪ Maybe because it was freshly baked, there was a gooey apple inside (*^^*) The perfect blend of cinnamon and lemon flavors~(*´艸`*)♪ This is delicious too♪♪ Maybe it's because I didn't have high expectations, but this place might be quite tasty♪
