A casually inviting storefront with authentic dishes. The appetizer, presentation, and portion size were all impressive, as well as the taste! It's hard to believe that one person is running the place with such a diverse menu. They serve various Hokkaido ingredients deliciously. They are planning to relocate soon, but the name TAKKE will remain.

I visited this restaurant during my trip to Kushiro. I was amazed to find such a wonderful and stylish place in Kushiro, especially in the Akachochin Yokocho area! We had a light course for our second round, which was the "Recommended Course of the Month ¥3,850" with 6 dishes (drinks not included). The course included: Amuse-bouche, Appetizer, Soup, Warm Dish, Meat Dish, and Dessert. The presentation was creative and used plenty of local Hokkaido ingredients. The dishes were not only visually appealing but also delicious. I was extremely satisfied and can't wait to try the "Seasonal Recommended Course" next time. I really look forward to enjoying more meals at this restaurant. Thank you for the wonderful experience! I will definitely be back!

No matter what I eat, it's always delicious, not a single miss. That's why I visit Kushiro several times a year! My favorite is the risotto. The meat dishes are also delicious, and I always struggle to choose from the menu each time I go! I always end up ordering the recommended dish of the day, but I can't skip the regular menu items either! Don't underestimate the Akachochin Yokocho!

I visited this place twice, once for work and once for personal reasons. They have a great selection of craft beers and wines, perfect for those who enjoy a drink. The owner is friendly and the conversations flow easily. It doesn't feel like a typical local spot, which is nice. The food is delicious and pairs well with the drinks. The flavors are not too strong, catering to both drinkers and non-drinkers alike. I would definitely visit again when in Kushiro.

This bistro is located in the heart of the bustling area of Kushiro. The location is convenient and the pizza, cheese, and wine that I ordered were excellent. The pizza had a crispy and chewy crust, perfectly baked. The wine selection was also great. I definitely want to come back in the future.

There is a bistro quietly tucked away in a corner of Kushiro. With around 10 seats at the counter, it may be small, but you can enjoy a full course meal. This is a must-visit restaurant.

In February 2018, I was brought to a restaurant that I thought would be to my liking. We arrived right when it opened without a reservation, but were warmly welcomed. We started with a Paul Star barrel-aged sparkling wine for a toast. The food we enjoyed included Spanish Hamon Serrano for 1080 yen, smoked oysters in oil for 580 yen, and red wine-braised beef cheeks. We also ordered fried whole octopus for 580 yen and a bottle of Inedit beer for 2000 yen, which was developed by the chef of a three-star restaurant in Spain. The wine we had was served with a net around the bottle to ensure purity. We also tried some delicious macadamia nuts in their shells. The atmosphere was very cozy and the owner, TAKKE, made us feel at home. Reservations are recommended as it can get busy. The total cost for two people was 8800 yen. It was a delightful evening with great food and drinks. Thank you!

On this day, my companion and I decided to have a takeout party and tried various takeout options from different restaurants. The third stop of the day was Takke. We ordered:
- French Lobster and Broccoli Fritters with Mayo Dressing - 1200 yen
The fritters seemed to have a thick coating, but it also had a nice firm texture like shrimp. The mayo dressing added a good flavor to it. The broccoli fritters had seaweed mixed in the coating, which added a nice touch to the overall taste. When my companion went to pick up the order, there were plenty of takeout orders being prepared, so I didn't feel bad about ordering just one item. Thank you for the meal.
