I walked to Konoe in Sapporo and decided to check out the Sapporo Coffee Kan as I have never been there before. I also needed to buy some drip coffee as my stock was running low. There was one other customer there. While waiting, I took some photos and looked around. I found coffee yokan, which won the National Confectionery Expo Chairman's Award. I wasn't sure what it was, but it said low in calories, so I decided to buy it. I also bought four different types of drip coffee to see if it was easy to brew. The yokan was light and had a significantly reduced sweetness, with a hint of coffee flavor and aroma. It was guilt-free even while on a diet! It's a nice little treat. The coffee maintained a good aroma for a packet coffee, so I would like to buy it whenever I have the chance. Thank you for the meal!

I went to Beans Shop Hachiken store with the intention of visiting the Sapporo Coffee Kan main store, but ended up trying this shop instead. They only sell beans at the store, no seating area, so I bought some ground coffee. As usual, I had them grind the beans for me while I waited, and the aroma was irresistible! Sapporo Coffee Kan is a local coffee roastery in Sapporo, with about 10 stores in the city. One of the most popular locations is the "Tokeidai Garden Terrace Store" in the city center, known for its pleasant terrace seating during the summer. Each Sapporo Coffee Kan store combines a café with coffee sales, except for the Beans Shop Hachiken store, which is a coffee specialty shop without a café. I visited this store in the Kotonishi area of Sapporo after lunch with my usual companion. They offer monthly discounted coffee beans and also sell sweets that pair well with coffee. They even have self-serve coffee tasting available. I tried a new product called "Café Latte Chocola," which combines espresso beans from Sapporo Coffee Kan with cocoa nibs and white chocolate. The store also sells two original bottled coffees, and I ended up buying both thanks to the friendly staff's suggestion. The Premium Coffee Bottle is a high-quality coffee brewed using Nell drip, and the Café Latte Chocola is a mild and sweet chocolate treat. Both were delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend trying them out.
