In 2023, I went to a cute cupcake specialty store on the 2nd floor of the always open Sapporo Factory in 3-jo Hall. It was a long time since I had been to the movies, so I decided to do some food log activities while waiting. Despite it being evening, there were few items out of stock, and the store had products that would appeal to women and look great on social media. The prices ranged from 453 yen, so I hesitated a bit, but I was more interested in the appearance than the taste. The cupcake I chose was called "Oreo" and cost 453 yen. It came in a cute container with adorable packaging. It can be stored at room temperature and tasted like a solid American-style treat with both the cream and cake being well-made. It reminded me of a dreamland. Thank you for the delicious treat!

After relaxing at a morning spot, I headed back towards Sapporo Station to check out the vending machines at "San○ria" but unfortunately they were sold out until the next refill at 10 o'clock. So, instead, I decided to visit Sapporo Factory. There's a cafe nearby where I can stop by for lunch too, so it worked out perfectly. The main reason for going to Sapporo Factory was to pick up some cupcakes from "Sally's Cupcake," which has its main store in Maruyama. Apart from cupcakes, they also offer gifts and icing cookies. I can't remember if they had gelato available. For takeout, I got the "Cherry Blossom" for 453 yen. Since the cupcake was a bit squished, I won't attach a picture of the whole thing, sorry! The Cherry Blossom is a spring limited edition item. It's best to store it at room temperature rather than in the fridge to avoid the buttercream getting too hard. The sugar cookie has a crunchy texture and is quite sweet. The buttercream is rich but not too heavy, making it easy to eat even for those who don't like whipped cream. The buttery taste is strong and a bit oily, but it's not overwhelming, making it easy to enjoy. The cherry blossom flavor is subtle, but if you think of it as a gentle taste, it's quite delicious. If you're not a fan of the sourness typical of cherry blossoms, well, I wonder if such people exist. Inside the base, there's red bean paste! The base crumbles easily with a fork, it's soft and not too sweet, balancing well with the buttercream. The eat-in space is also available, so I might try the gelato next time. Thank you for the meal.

This is a cupcake specialty store located on the 2nd floor of Sapporo Factory 3rd Building. The showcase displays a variety of colorful cupcakes. They also offer cookies and gelato. On this day, there were cupcakes designed with New Year and zodiac themes. I ordered the "Blueberry & Chocolate" cupcake (484 yen for eat-in) and a "Hot Coffee" (275 yen as a set, 330 yen for single). The Blueberry & Chocolate cupcake has a chocolate cake with blueberry jam inside, topped with blueberry cream. The "Kasho" part was made of sugar candy. The moist chocolate cake has a slightly bitter taste, while the blueberry cream is quite sweet. The combination of the two flavors is well-balanced. The Hot Coffee was surprisingly slightly bitter, but it paired nicely with the sweet cupcake. The seating in the store is limited, but there is a shared eat-in space next door. The cupcakes may look trendy, but they have a nostalgic taste when you try them!

It was Halloween season, so I couldn't resist the cuteness of the ghost cupcakes and ended up buying one. They also had icing cookies available, priced the same as the cupcakes. The cupcake had a dense texture, almost rubbery. Personally, I found it to be extremely sweet and had a very American taste.

This cupcake shop specializes in Instagram-worthy decorations. Although they had more intricately decorated cupcakes, I couldn't resist buying the one with a cute bear that seemed to make eye contact with me. Located inside a shopping mall, it's a nice place to stop for tea after shopping.

A super cute and Instagram-worthy buttercream cupcake shop. They have lots of cupcakes that look like toys. They also sell gelato and adorable decorated cookies. You can also sit in and enjoy your treats. I went in September, so they had lots of autumn-themed cupcakes like chestnut and sweet potato. The Almond cupcake costs 410 yen, and the Raspberry Chocolate cupcake costs 410 yen as well. All the cupcakes were priced at 410 yen each. They are all decorated with cute flowers and animals. The Almond cupcake had autumn-themed decorations like yellow leaves, red leaves, and tiny persimmons, which were super cute. The Premium Pistachio cupcake had mushrooms as decorations (haha). The Raspberry Chocolate cupcake was a beautiful cupcake shaped like a pink rose. The taste was buttercream, so as a whipped cream lover, I was a bit disappointed, but it was delicious when eaten with the rich chocolate cake at the bottom. It really had the taste of raspberry. They advised me to store it in the fridge, but it became too hard. However, if you leave it out for a while, the buttercream softens again. It might make a great gift for friends as they will appreciate the beauty. There's a photo spot in front of the shop with angel wings where you can pose like an angel and take pictures! Thank you for the meal!!

I was surprised by the artistic shape of the cakes at the shop inside Sapporo Factory! The taste is delicious too, so the impact is amazing! I think it would be appreciated as a souvenir, so I plan to buy a cake again when I come shopping!

Sally Cupcake Factory Gelato in Sapporo. There were two of us, and we left early to take advantage of the commuter discount on the highway. However, we ended up paying the regular weekday rate because we didn't register our card. It was so uncool, we ended up paying double. We had ramen for lunch, but it came out quickly, so we had an hour to spare. We thought of going to Sapporo Factory to kill time, even though we could only stay for about 30 minutes. There was a gelato shop run by a woman, with cupcakes and cookies on the menu. The gelato we had was Pistachio, and it was much richer in color and flavor compared to other samples. The shop was cute, and it was a good thing we went as a pair because I wouldn't have been able to handle it alone. The Pistachio gelato was delicious, despite a slightly antiseptic smell and slightly blurry cones. It was a bit pricey, but overall, it was a tasty treat.

On a certain holiday, I visited a cupcake shop located on the 2nd floor of Sapporo Factory 3rd Building. The shop is located in a small food market area on the 2nd floor, with a colorful display of cakes in the showcase, as well as dry confectionery items for sale. There are three counter seats by the wall, and fortunately, you can also eat and drink in the adjacent public eating area. From the menu on that day, there were various options, all priced at 443 yen, which made it a bit embarrassing for me to choose, so I decided to go with the "Premium Pistachio Cupcake (443 yen)" and an "Iced Coffee (Set 250 yen)" for a safe choice. Let's take a bite... Oh! This is... The light yellow-green pistachio cream with a red hard candy heart on top is surprisingly fluffy and the buttercream is bursting with flavor! The sweetness is not too overpowering, balancing well with the sweetness of the chocolate sponge cake at the bottom, but unfortunately, the buttercream's richness was a bit too much for me as a middle-aged man. The iced coffee, probably made from a simple machine, was perfect for cleansing the palate after the buttercream. The quiet atmosphere was also a pleasant surprise, allowing me to enjoy my cake slowly. Thank you for the meal.

I will work even harder to post more than last year!! A cupcake specialty store with a main store on Maruyama Back Street!! Sweets that are popular among women due to their appearance and high-quality ingredients♡ Located on the 2nd floor of Factory 3-jo Building, in an area with shops like Parlor Enoki, Coppe-ya, and Nokya no Musuko. The fairy-tale-like interior in blue and white with photo spots is perfect for social media posts( *˘ᵕ˘*) They use high-quality Calpis butter for the buttercream and Hokkaido wheat for the dough, showing their commitment to ingredients!! The delicate decorations are so cute that it's almost a waste to eat them♡ They offer about 15 varieties, including seasonal limited-time menus. This time, they have cupcake designs inspired by New Year's decorations!! They also have products for Christmas, Halloween, and other seasonal events, making them perfect as gifts( ˃ ˂ ) Their products include cupcakes, icing cookies, and gelato. Our family tradition involves visiting the Factory Tree every year. This year, due to COVID-19, many events were canceled, but we were able to see the Factory Tree. While wandering around, we found a cute cupcake and cookie shop. I bought some for home, but was advised to keep them in a cool place to prevent the cream from hardening in the fridge. The cupcakes are made with the elusive Calpis butter, giving them a light texture. I tried one with a reindeer head on top and found it to be very sweet, almost too sweet for my taste.

These super cute cupcakes are a step ahead for Christmas♪ They look fluffy but are actually sweet and satisfying. One cupcake was enough for a post-meal dessert. I heard they sell cupcakes with seasonal designs, so I'd love to try a different one next time! The packaging is also adorable, making it perfect for souvenirs. ★

When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, it is a designated rare disease by the government. Unfortunately, there is no medication that suits me yet. If reviews and comments suddenly stop, please assume that I have been hospitalized again as before. Even if I take a third break, I definitely want to return as a reviewer. Likes and comments may be delayed, but I plan to catch up after my return. In June 2020, I visited "Sapporo Factory" for the first time after the full reopening following the impact of the new coronavirus. The entire facility was quite empty on a weekday afternoon, possibly due to the influence of the new coronavirus. The "Sally's Cupcake Factory Store" is a cute cupcake shop located on the second floor of the Sapporo Factory 3rd building in the central district of Sapporo, where I visited with my usual companion on the opening day. The second floor of "Sapporo Factory 3rd Building" was mostly empty, with no customers in sight. The shared eat-in tables were removed due to the new coronavirus. Similarly, the "Sally's Cupcake Factory Store" had no customers before or after us. We planned to buy cupcakes, but my usual companion noticed gelato that was not available at the main store. We changed our plans and decided to try the gelato. There are 6 types of gelato available in cone or cup options. The prices are: Single - 389 yen, Double - 464 yen, Triple - 529 yen, with Premium Pistachio costing an additional 54 yen. We ordered a Triple cone with Pistachio and two other flavors. The gelato is homemade with a focus on quality ingredients, using fresh milk from Hakone Farm in Chitose and cream with 50% milk fat from Toyotomi-cho in Teuri-gun, Hokkaido. The Pistachio gelato from Italy's BABBI company had a rich flavor and fine texture. The Strawberry gelato used ripe strawberries for a rich taste, and the Apple Mango gelato had a sweet and sour, refreshing flavor. The Triple gelato was rich and flavorful, with each scoop having a generous portion. Despite adding the premium Pistachio for 54 yen, the total cost was 583 yen, making it a reasonable price. The third-floor area of the mall seemed to be in a difficult situation for all shops. I hope they all continue to do their best. I might go for the Gelato Triple again next time. It was delicious, thank you for the meal.

A cupcake shop on the 2nd floor of the Sapporo Factory in the 3-Jo building. There is also a main store in Maruyama, but this was my first visit to either. We opted for takeout this time, but there is a small cafe space towards the back of the shop where you can enjoy your treats. They have a wide variety of cupcakes, all visually cute and appealing. My wife and I each chose one, and while the cake base was light, the buttercream on top was rich and flavorful. It may be a bit too sweet for some, but those who love buttercream will surely enjoy it. The prices are around 400 yen each, which is reasonable considering the cute appearance that would surely delight children.

This is the Sapporo Factory store of "Sally's Cupcake Factory," a cupcake specialty shop located at the back entrance of Maruyama. When you go up to the second floor of the 3rd building, you will see a particularly eye-catching and adorable shop. The shop is so cute that you might want to take a commemorative photo in front of it. It's like a theme park in a sense. I felt a little embarrassed when entering the shop. I think it might be a bit intimidating for men to enter. I had been curious about this place since it opened, but I remember not being a big fan of buttercream. This was my first visit. The impact when passing by the front of the shop was amazing. It's so cute. I just had to stop by to avoid regret. The cupcakes in the showcase were incredibly cute. The cookies were also cute. I was a bit confused and took my time to choose. I bought the "Double Chocolate" and "White Chocolate and Hojicha" cupcakes. I also impulsively bought a cat-shaped icing cookie that was on sale because its expiration date was approaching. I felt happy. After having a snack time in the atrium and returning home to eat, a sad incident occurred. Nevertheless, I took photos. Now, let's talk about the taste. The "Double Chocolate" cupcake, ranked No. 3 in popularity, had a sponge with a moderate sweetness and plenty of chocolate chips on top. It was topped with chocolate buttercream and chocolate decorations. I had a bit of a hesitation about the buttercream, but it wasn't as heavy as I had imagined. The sponge was delicious. The "White Chocolate and Hojicha" cupcake was my favorite. The hojicha sponge had white chocolate chips on top, and it was topped with white chocolate buttercream, a sugar butterfly, and a flower. The hojicha sponge was fragrant and delicious. The white chocolate chips complemented the hojicha flavor. The white chocolate buttercream was very smooth and not too sweet. Eating the cream and sponge alternately was incredibly delicious. The icing cookie of the cat was too cute to bite into, but I did it anyway. It had a crispy texture, a sugary sweetness, and a buttery flavor. It was delicious. The cupcakes were delicious. Then, a sad story... I was warned that they were fragile, but unfortunately, they were destroyed. I have been struggling with a knee injury for a few years, and it was bothering me that day. I was walking with a cane, and for some reason, people kept bumping into me on purpose. They kicked my cane, bumped into my shoulder, passed by closely and hit my bag. It's so frustrating. It's better for me to feel pain than for the food to suffer. It's even more heartbreaking because it was delicious. I'm sorry, cupcakes. I posted photos of the victims. I'll take cute photos next time for revenge. Thank you for the meal. The cupcakes are not to blame. I'm sorry.

I went to Sally's Cupcake Factory store! The counter was lined with cute cupcakes. The cream piled high on the cakes is made with high-quality buttercream. I was worried it might be too rich, but it wasn't overly sweet, just right. The price is around 350-400 yen per cupcake. The interior of the store is also cute, perfect for posting on social media. Thank you for the meal!

I visited "Sally's Cupcake," which opened at Sapporo Factory in November last year. They have a main store in Maruyama, and as the name suggests, it is a cupcake (and icing cookie) shop. However, at the factory store, they also serve gelato, which is why I wanted to visit even before it opened. They offer 12 original flavors of gelato at all times. The prices are Single ¥380, Double ¥460, and Triple ¥520, and you can choose between a cup or cone. I opted for the Triple with cookie topping, choosing from Hokkaido Milk, Strawberry Tiramisu, and Organic Double Chocolate. The Hokkaido Milk gelato is made with fresh milk from a farm in Chitose and cream with a fat content of 50% from Toyosato. It has a rich and creamy milk flavor, smooth and creamy texture, perfect for adding other flavors. The Strawberry Tiramisu, a Valentine's Day limited flavor, is made with mascarpone and strawberry liqueur gelato mixed with cookie soaked in strawberry sauce. The strawberry flavor is subtle, but the mascarpone flavor stands out nicely. The Organic Double Chocolate flavor is made with 70% organic cocoa chocolate, with finely chopped chocolate chips mixed in. It has a mild sweetness and a strong aroma typical of high cocoa chocolate. The gelato at Sally's Cupcake is not just something made randomly by a non-specialized shop; it has originality and a clear direction in its flavors. They also offer cup gelato for takeout, decorated with flowers and tiaras, which looked very cute.

I had been interested in the Enzan Cupcake shop for a while, and finally got to purchase some cupcakes at the factory location. There are a few seats inside for eating in as well. I was torn between all the cute and delicious-looking options, but ended up choosing the Maple Earl Grey and Blueberry Chocolate flavors. I took them to go, as they are fine at room temperature. It's not recommended to refrigerate them as they can become too firm. The buttercream, made with Calpis butter, was surprisingly refreshing, and the cake part of the Maple cupcake was full of nuts for a great texture, while the Chocolate one was rich and sweet. Both in appearance and taste, they were really good! Perfect for gifts or souvenirs.

This is a cupcake shop that opened in a factory. The cupcakes are very cute and seem to be perfect for girls. I ordered a tiramisu cupcake and the shop's original unsweetened sparkling water. The cupcake had buttercream frosting, which I haven't had in a long time. It brought back nostalgic memories. The sparkling water came in a cute bottle. Thank you for the meal.

We had a foodie day from morning till night! For our fourth stop after lunch, we went to Sally's Cupcake. It's been a while since I last visited their store in Maruyama. They have fewer options here compared to there, but the "Oreo" cupcake caught my eye. The cute cupcakes in the store would make any girl happy. I ordered the Oreo cupcake and enjoyed it in their cozy seating area. Despite looking very sweet, the buttercream was surprisingly light and not too overpowering. The sponge was moist and not too sweet, making it easy to eat and delicious. One cupcake was my limit though. It would make a great gift for someone. Thank you for the meal! My stomach is starting to feel full...haha.
