"Hokuryu Souhonten" I'm alone in Kushiro, and it has become the closing of my time in Kushiro. Thank you for everything over the years. Although it is not close by, compared to other cities, it is conveniently located and has been a very helpful city for me. My narrow tolerance range led to this result, but before coming, I thought, "I'll keep it under control this time," but when I see ramen... No, when I see ramen, I become like a bloodthirsty vampire. I ate almost all the ramen. I conquered all the stores of Green Noodles from Azuma-ya and then thought about visiting other Green Noodles stores, but it seemed foolish and I stopped. Why do I have to continue such torture-like things? Well, my straightforward way of speaking has led to this result, which is truly a self-inflicted wound and a deep regret. Lastly, I still had Hokuryu left because I had removed chain stores from the total conquest. I don't trust the group that Tori-san is focusing on, Hokuryu. I know their salt ramen is absolutely terrible, so well, it must be miso ramen. I was surprised to find it here. Is the parking lot empty? Is it okay? I wondered, but when I entered, there were two empty seats at the counter. Each seat was too narrow. Don't cram too many people in. There are table seats and a small raised area. There are no women among the customers. A place for middle-aged men... including me? I said "miso" too, but I was curious about the "Kushiro Black" on the partition. It's not because it looks delicious. I haven't imagined it to be delicious at all, so it might take some time. The chef has been diligently chopping green onions since I ordered. There's a TV. We talk quietly because we're two men. It's a good deal for 700 yen. About 7 minutes, maybe... surprisingly fast. I imagined it to look like Toyama Black, but don't call this black. The noodles are completely different from Kushiro noodles, they're Sapporo noodles. The wavy texture is amazing. It's just delicious. The menma is thin. The seasoned flavor is light and normal. The soup, at first, tasted good, but as I ate more, it became Kushiro-like. Completely unsatisfactory. Doesn't assert anything, whether it's flavor or taste. The chashu has marks of being tied at the edges, like a world of SM. It's delicious, but there's no sense of specialness. What's with the green onions? I won't touch strange things. Despite being called Black, soy sauce has no presence at all, and the second piece of chashu is terrible. It's Kushiro, and it's Hokuryu. I couldn't step out of that at all. That was the ramen experience.
