Ramen and bottled beer, a forbidden combination. But it's lunchtime (mystery). Thinly sliced green onions, thinly sliced menma, chashu, soft-boiled egg, shungiku. Shungiku in ramen for the first time. A nice accent. The soup has a strong chicken broth flavor with just the right amount of saltiness, and it's clear and makes you want to drink it all up. The noodles are flat and smooth, delicious.

You can find delicious ramen here without having to wait in line like at the popular shops nearby. Personally, I think the chicken salt ramen is delicious. I stayed at a nearby inn for a business trip in June this year, and although I visited another famous shop in the area, the ramen here is also delicious.

Tonight's dinner was at "Sankakuyama Goemon Ramen Tanukikoji Honten" where I had salt ramen since I had miso and soy sauce ramen on the previous two days. I ordered the "Chicken Salt Ramen". The soup was a bit salty for my taste, maybe because they have been open since the morning and the soup got too concentrated. The noodles were straight and firm, which I liked. Thank you for the meal.

My former boss who I was previously indebted to in Sapporo came to visit. It was a Sunday, but we went out for a casual meal! We ate plenty of fish and meat and drank lots of Sapporo Classic beer. Before leaving, my boss mentioned wanting to eat a final meal, so we visited an unexplored ramen shop, Sankakuyama Gouemon Ramen. I had always been curious about this place, and they are known for their soy sauce ramen served at a food stall. The interior of the shop was only a counter. It was hot inside, but we ordered a draft beer and soy sauce ramen. The soy sauce ramen was just like a traditional one and was a perfect way to end the meal. A simple bowl of ramen and beer really do go well together. It was a day where I realized that sometimes, a less rich and thick ramen can be enjoyable. Thank you for the meal!

Soy sauce ramen for 750 yen. Got a 100 yen discount with a service ticket. It had been a while since my last visit. It was Saturday evening and there was no one else there, probably due to heavy rain. As always, the ramen was delicious. The clear soup had a refreshing soy sauce flavor that was just right, not too strong. The spring greens added a nice touch to the dish. The chashu was a bit on the salty side, but overall it was perfect.

Today's lunch spot for office workers is "Sankakuyama Goemon Ramen". I arrived at 12:03 and there were 3 customers before me and a group of 2 customers behind me. The shop is run by the owner and a male staff member, with a total of 2 staff members. Today's order was the Chicken Salt Ramen for 950 yen. The rich salt soup with a nice saltiness, chewy medium-thin straight noodles, and tasty green onions were all to my liking. The accent of spring chrysanthemum might be a hit or miss for some, but I personally enjoyed it. I had a delicious meal. Thank you, I will definitely come back!

I went for a bowl of ramen as a way to finish off after drinking. The restaurant had only a counter seating. The soy sauce ramen with shredded green onions and char siu had a good combination and was delicious. There was a constant flow of customers coming in and out, making me think it's a popular spot.

I visited around 6:30 pm on a weekday evening. It had been a while, but the food was really delicious. It seems like the taste has changed or evolved since the last time I had it. But if I'm mistaken and the taste hasn't changed, I apologize. In any case, it was really tasty. The noodles were very firm and had a good texture. The soup had a seafood base, but it didn't have a strong smell of dried bonito flakes. It had a refreshing taste with different seafood flavors.

Visited for the first time on a Saturday evening. I had seen this place on Youtube during live performances in Sapporo and was curious about it. I was able to be seated right away without waiting. I ordered the chicken salt chashu ramen. It arrived within five minutes. The noodles were thin and straight, with a chewy and smooth texture. The soup was rich and salty, which I enjoyed. The bowl was large and satisfying. The toppings included shiso leaves, green onions, thinly sliced bamboo shoots, egg, and chashu. There were about seven slices of chashu, which had a delicious flavor that paired well with the soup. In addition to soy sauce and salt, there was also a limited-time miso option available. The current origin of Sapporo ramen can be traced back to the post-war era (around 1947) when soy sauce ramen was served at food stalls in Susukino. One of the shops that continues this traditional taste is here. Historically, Sapporo miso ramen appeared later, around 1954, with the "Aji no Sanpei" shop. The shop is a small house, and there may be some hesitation when entering for the first time. Inside the shop, there is a counter surrounding the kitchen, not very spacious. There is a single-seat facing the wall at the counter, which happened to be available, so I sat there. I decided to try their original soy sauce ramen, which has a history of about 75 years. The ramen arrived with spring cabbage on top, a unique pattern. The soup is light but still has a rich soy sauce flavor, possibly due to the good dashi used. The noodles are thin straight noodles with a lot of water content, quite unusual. They are smooth and easy to eat. With the bitter spring cabbage as an accent, along with finely sliced menma, I quickly finished the bowl. I would like to try their salt ramen next time. Thank you for the meal! ☆3.58

Delicious! Good appearance, local street food atmosphere, good cost performance. The ramen shop is like a local street stall with all seats at the counter, loved by locals. At first it was a bit intimidating, but the owner was kind and made the space very nice. The soy sauce ramen is very light and refreshing, with a clean chicken bone soy sauce flavor. The limited-time miso ramen is also very delicious! The small dried fish rice is very tasty, especially when ordered with ramen. The fact that Banana Man, a popular comedy duo, also visited this place for their show "Sekkaku Gourmet" proves that the taste is unquestionable.

The signboard proudly displays the name "Soy Sauce Flavor from the Street Stall," indicating that their recommended flavor is soy sauce. As I entered the restaurant, I noticed multiple entrances, but the main entrance had a blue noren curtain and a signboard. The operation was being handled by two staff members, and the seating was only available at the counter. There were two customers already seated when I arrived at 9:10 PM. A poster of the movie "Tantei wa BAR ni Iru" was displayed on the wall, possibly indicating that the restaurant was used as a filming location. I tried to spot the restaurant in the movie, and I found it around the 1 hour, 30-minute mark. The menu recommended the Chicken Salt Ramen priced at 950 yen, even though the signboard highlighted the soy sauce flavor. I ordered the Chicken Salt Ramen, and it was served with toppings such as boiled egg, spring onions, menma, half-cut boiled egg, and two slices of chashu. The noodles were thin and slightly soft, with a strong yellow color indicating they were well-cooked. However, the soup's flavor was quite delicate and difficult to discern, leaving me unsure if it was intentional or if my taste buds were off. Overall, for 950 yen, the taste was a bit underwhelming, and I felt there was room for improvement.

My favorite Goemon! This time, I had soy sauce ramen and negi chashu rice! About 30 years ago, there were food stalls serving ramen in the city, but I don't see them anymore. So, I come here to enjoy the atmosphere of a food stall. The background music is AM radio, which is nice! The staff are quiet and the sound of cooking adds to the cozy atmosphere. The ramen arrives in less than 2 minutes, and although it's not piping hot due to the low oil content, it's gentle on the stomach and just the way I like it! The chashu is delicious, and the spring onion adds a nice touch. Thank you for the meal!

Late lunch today. I had time to eat, so I decided to visit this place for the first time. I struggled between salt and soy sauce, but I chose soy sauce. I was the only customer, so my dish arrived quickly. The aroma was great. I took a bite of the soup and it was incredibly delicious. It was refreshing yet packed with flavor, and I didn't get tired of it. The noodles were firm, which I don't usually find, and the texture was amazing. I don't know why I didn't come here sooner... I found a place nearby that serves breakfast from 10:30 onwards. I entered as soon as they opened and ordered soy sauce ramen. It's a small, counter-based shop with a nice atmosphere. Despite having the windows wide open and the fan on full blast, it was still hot. The soup was a beautiful brown color with a gentle taste. The noodles were firm, almost hard. It came with green onions, seaweed, bamboo shoots, chashu, and what seemed to be chrysanthemum greens. The bamboo shoots were delicious. It was light but had a deep flavor that was comforting. It's the kind of taste that makes you feel at ease, whether you drink it after a night out or have it in the morning. It seems like this place was featured on a popular TV show. There are so many delicious things in Hokkaido that it's hard to decide what to eat. It's a luxurious dilemma to have. Both the miso and salt flavors here are appealing. Next time, I'll try one of those. It was a bowl that made me feel energized from the morning.

During my business trip to Sapporo, I found this charming little restaurant near my accommodation in Tanukikoji, on the far west side. On the third day of my stay, I had the opportunity to stop by for a light meal. The ramen here is a simple soy sauce-based dish with chashu, spring onions, menma, and nori. The negimeshi, topped with plenty of red pepper and garlic, was also delicious. Although it's a small place with only counter seating, the turnover of customers is quick. I highly recommend Goeamon Ramen in Sapporo for a satisfying and casual dining experience.
