I visited Natsume on the 4th floor of Bisse near Odori Station in Sapporo for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised by the authentic sushi and atmosphere that exceeded my expectations. On this day, my companion was excited to buy the year-end Jumbo lottery ticket since morning. It is their annual pleasure to buy it at the basement entrance next to Mitsukoshi. They buy a dream only once a year. Last year, after buying the lottery ticket, we were treated to a meal at the Western-style restaurant KAZU, but this year, the determination was different. The three of us went to Sapporo to buy the lottery ticket together. After successfully purchasing the lottery ticket, we were handed a bill with a picture of a famous person on it. Let's not hesitate to use this! At first, we headed to Gotoken, which used to be in Le Trois, but it had turned into a sausage shop. Even Shitatte store (which also turned into a sausage shop) seemed to have closed down, so maybe they withdrew from Sapporo. What should we do? We must choose a restaurant that is worthy of the bill given to us. Oh, there was a slightly expensive sushi restaurant in Bisse that I remembered. It should be easy to enter there, and with one bill, we should have enough for three people even though it's a bit pricey. We immediately headed to the restaurant. When we arrived at Bisse, we took the escalator to the 4th floor. Without mentioning sushi, my companions headed towards Tamura-san. Today, it's not there, it's here. Honestly, I thought it wouldn't be too crowded, but we had to wait a bit at the entrance. "Do you prefer a counter or a table seat?" Since the counter would be too intimidating, we requested a table seat. It seems that many customers make reservations in advance, as more and more customers enter while we are seated. As soon as we sat down, "Would you like something to drink?" Oh, even in the daytime, they ask this. I'll have some tea, please. The tea is delicious. My expectations are rising. Companion 2, who gave us the bill, chose Kusunoki for 2,200 yen. They treated us, so choose what you like!... The most expensive lunch is the same as the name of the restaurant, "Natsume," which costs 3,850 yen. Companion 1 hesitated with Kusunoki, but in the end, they said, "Let's go to Natsume!" I'm shameless. Natsume - 3,850 yen First, a salad and chawanmushi were brought to us. Salad ⇒ The amount is small. The crispy texture is enjoyable. It has a fresh taste. Chawanmushi ⇒ It's hot. It has a slightly sweet Hokkaido taste. The large chestnuts inside are delightful. I don't dislike slightly sweet chawanmushi, but the chawanmushi served in Hokkaido is usually sweet. I occasionally want to eat chawanmushi with a strong dashi flavor. When we finished eating, soy sauce was brought to us. After a short wait, the sushi was served. 10 pieces. - Seared sea bream (?) ⇒ When you chew it, there is a slight sweetness. It's probably sea bream. Just delicious. Since the amount of shari is small overall, you can enjoy the topping. - Fatty tuna belly ⇒ It melts in your mouth. The fat spreads pleasantly, but it's not overpowering, it's delicious. - Scallop ⇒ It has almost no fishy smell typical of scallops, and the potential of the scallop is maximized. The slight sweetness, soft texture, irresistible. - Salmon ⇒ Honestly, is this salmon? But this fatty salmon is delicious. The way the salmon is cut is exquisite, and they did a great job. - Botan shrimp ⇒ The flesh is large, but it's not overpowering, it's not watery, nor is it dry. It has just the right balance. It has a strong sweetness, and when you chew it, you can feel the sweetness more, making it delicious. - Salmon roe ⇒ Large salmon roe. This is what salmon roe sushi should be. I've always wanted to eat this kind of salmon roe! I wish it had a little more elasticity, but this salmon roe that melts in your mouth is also very delicious. - Sea urchin ⇒ It's not in season, but they're doing their best. The amount of sea urchin is decent, which is nice. - Tuna lean meat ⇒ I want to give it a perfect score. The size of the topping, the harmony with the shari, the unity.

Sushi restaurant located in Daimaru Bisse. There are several branches in Sapporo city. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm but also casual. We opted for a course menu priced around 5000 yen. The toppings included tuna, shrimp, crab, sea urchin, salmon, all of which were quite large. While it wasn't mind-blowingly delicious, the food was consistent and the restaurant is convenient for various occasions.

There are several Sushinadare restaurants in Sapporo and even in Tokyo, and they are becoming somewhat chain-like. I visited one where you can enjoy decently tasty sushi for around 5000 yen. Each dish is delicious in its own right, but there isn't anything that stands out as exceptionally delicious. So, it seems like a good option for when you're feeling unsatisfied with conveyor belt sushi.

I visited on a Saturday night. I arrived before 6 pm, so I was lucky to get in without a reservation, but they were fully booked with reservations from 7 pm. It was truly delicious, as expected in Hokkaido! It was great that you could order additional items one by one.

I had originally planned to visit Otaru as my third destination, but I decided it wasn't worth the travel time. So, I spontaneously searched for a sushi restaurant near the Clock Tower in the city. I found a place inside a shopping center, which made me a bit hesitant, but I decided to give it a try. It was already late for lunch when I arrived, so I chose to sit at the counter. They had lunch sets available, but I opted for a selection of Hokkaido ingredients. The timing was perfect as I finished my lunch, and the head chef kindly shared stories about the ingredients with me. The freshness of the ingredients was excellent, especially the raw herring that can mostly only be enjoyed in Hokkaido. It made me realize how much difference proximity to the fishing grounds can make in the quality of the ingredients. Overall, the selection of ingredients was outstanding.

It's 12:00 on June 10, at Odori Park. The YOSAKOI Soran Festival is being held at Odori Park, and there were many people wearing costumes that look like they're from Dragon Quest! Oh, hello, it's Kamen! Since the shop I was aiming for is closed, I decided to visit this shop! It's been a while since my last visit. I ordered a draft beer and the Natsuki lunch set! First, they brought out an appetizer, a mini salad, and a mini chawanmushi, followed by the sushi. The rice was on the larger side. The toppings were okay. I felt like it wasn't quite enough, so I ordered a little more. Thank you for the meal!

This place is great for having a slightly formal lunch. I recommend it to my colleagues. If the 3000 yen lunch isn't filling enough, you can add more. They had chips available starting June 1st! I added Kyushu swordtip squid. I'm satisfied from lunch onwards.

I wanted to visit a standing sushi bar, but it was unexpectedly closed, so I visited this place nearby. It was 6:00 pm on a Friday and there were empty seats inside, so I was able to get in right away. I had hirame, toro, hotate, salmon, botan ebi, akami, awabi, kani, uni, ikura, and kani soup, along with a highball and a glass of sake, all totaling 8,000 yen. I felt a bit uneasy as the chef behind the counter would occasionally stare at me in silence. They were very insistent on offering drink refills. Although the sushi was not bad, I left feeling slightly disappointed.

I received a recommendation and visited the restaurant. I ordered the lunch set for 2,000 yen. The salad and chawanmushi (with chestnuts inside) were delicious, and the sushi rice was just right, making it very easy to eat. The sushi was fresh and tasty. I would like to try the chirashi sushi next time.

There is a sushi restaurant on the 4th floor of Bisse called Natsume. I used a LOVE discount ticket. I thought the lunch was decent, so I got the set from the flyer. The rice was okay, but the toppings were of a certain quality, allowing me to enjoy an elegant lunch. There are banks and securities companies nearby, and the clientele seems to be mostly wealthy, so the service was pleasant and I had a good time.

I am a very ordinary person with a somewhat picky taste when it comes to sushi, so not eating sushi when in Hokkaido just doesn't feel right to me. I had a reservation at "Sushinatsu" for lunch, just one block away from the bus stop, as I had to catch a flight at 11:30. I decided to sit at the counter and ordered some hot sake to warm up my body. The food started coming out, and I couldn't resist trying the "Ezo abalone" without even taking a photo. The fish was good, but I found the rice a bit too firm for my liking. Maybe it's because I've been eating a lot of soft rice lately, like the biryani at Nanndini.

3-7 Odori Nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido. Located in the Odori area of Sapporo, on the 4th floor of the Odori Building where Hokuyo Bank is located, is a sushi restaurant called Natsume. There are several branches in Sapporo, including the main branch, Tanukikoji, and here at the Odori Building. I visited on a Saturday afternoon around 1 pm. The menu is displayed near the entrance, offering various sushi sets and small bowl set menus. The restaurant was bustling with families and elderly couples when I entered. I was able to get a seat at the end of the counter after a short wait. There are L-shaped counter seats in front of the sushi chefs, as well as table seats by the window and wall. I noticed that they charged 300 yen for an appetizer after I received the bill. It was a small portion of marinated white fish. I enjoyed it with a glass of white wine priced at 990 yen. The sushi set I ordered, Natsume, cost 3850 yen and came with salad, chawanmushi, and miso soup. The sushi chef informed me that he would make the sushi in order, so I had to wait a bit. The counter was filled with orders for sushi sets, and plates were lined up ready to be served. After finishing my wine, I realized that I hadn't received the salad or chawanmushi yet. When I asked about the delay, the sushi chef said he would make them now. It was a bit disappointing that they weren't served before the sushi, as is customary. Finally, the salad and chawanmushi arrived as the sushi was being made. I quickly finished them before starting on the sushi. The salad consisted of baby leaf greens and paprika with a flavorful dressing. The chawanmushi was in a small bowl with shiitake mushrooms and mitsuba visible on the surface, along with chicken and chestnuts inside. It had a slightly sweet flavor from the dashi broth. As for the sushi: - Chutoro: Thinly sliced with a strong aroma of tuna fat. - White fish - Salmon - Scallop: Also thinly sliced, which was a first for me in Hokkaido. - Botan shrimp - Crab - Abalone: Unfortunately, the outer part was tough. - Akami: Slightly aged with a good balance of acidity and iron. - Uni - Ikura - Anago (additional): Steamed and lightly grilled on the surface. Overall, I was disappointed with the sushi. For the price, even for lunch, it was underwhelming for a renowned restaurant. The lack of attention to detail in service and the forgetfulness of the salad and chawanmushi were also disappointing. If it were dinner, I would have raised a complaint on the spot.

I stopped by Sapporo for lunch during my solo trip. Since I was in Hokkaido, I wanted to eat sushi, so I found a place while walking through the underground passage. I ordered the sushi lunch set, a drink, and a salmon nigiri. I heard that a famous idol had a private party here in the summer, but I didn't know about it. The sushi made right in front of me was all delicious. It was my first time trying non-conveyor belt sushi, and I was really impressed by how light and fluffy the rice was. Although the restaurant looked fancy, the staff were friendly and the prices were not too high. I think it's a great place for trying non-conveyor belt sushi for the first time.

Famous sushi restaurant in Sapporo!! There are multiple locations and Bisse is a good option for lunch as it is easy to get a seat. The counter was full of tourists, so I had to settle for a table. The sushi was delicious, but the sea urchin was expensive, so I was a bit disappointed with the amount of herring roe. Overall, it's a good place for a quick and satisfying sushi lunch.

When in Sapporo, sushi is a must. I visited "Sushi Natsume" at Odori Bisse. The restaurant has a beautiful and refreshing interior. I ordered the nigiri sushi set "Natsume" (3300 yen) which came with a mini salad, miso soup, and chawanmushi. It included 10 pieces of sushi - medium fatty tuna, white fish, botan shrimp, scallop, salmon, abalone, lean tuna, crab, shad roe, and salmon roe. The fish was fresh, the rice was small and well-balanced, and everything was delicious. I especially liked the medium fatty tuna, botan shrimp, and scallop. It was a great experience to enjoy authentic sushi without any pretense.

This is a sushi restaurant located on the 4th floor of Daido Bisse. I have visited Sushi Natsume at "Akarenga Terrace" a few times, but this is my first time here. The restaurant has a clean and pleasant atmosphere. They offer lunch options such as "nigiri" and "chirashi", with three types of each, as well as a lunch omakase course. The chirashi comes in two small-sized bowls, like the "Mini Nama Chirashi and Mini Ikura-Kani Don Set" (2,750 yen) that I ordered, along with a "Premium Malt" beer (660 yen) since it was a holiday. The meal started with a serving of "otsumami" (330 yen), which on this day was "Hotate no Sansho Ae", scallops seasoned with sansho pepper. The otsumami was delicious. Next came the set salad and chawanmushi, followed by the bowls. The Mini Nama Chirashi included kanpachi, hirame, maguro akami, sweet shrimp, salmon, octopus, tamago, and nori tsukudani. Each ingredient was fresh and the sushi rice was well-balanced in vinegar flavor. The portion was just right. The Mini Ikura-Kani Don had plenty of ikura and shredded snow crab meat. Although the rice portion was not large, the ikura and crab meat were generous. The sushi chefs, two of them, were working behind the counter. They were friendly and provided great service. I would definitely like to try their evening course menu as well!

You can't go wrong with this sushi restaurant where you can eat with peace of mind. Due to recent price increases, the course price has gone up to 6000 yen. The tuna and salmon roe have a nice color. The shishamo is famous for being from Hiroo, not Mukawa, but it turns out Hiroo is actually the production area. The seared salmon is also delicious.

After finishing my errands, it was already almost 9:30 PM. Today's fatigue was accompanied by two friends who both wanted to eat sushi. I heard from a local Sapporo resident that Sushi Minori in the Bisse Building on Odori Street was still open. We took the fancy elevator up to the 4th floor and found the restaurant filled with local office workers. It seemed like a Hokkaido local pride event was happening, but we didn't mind. We ordered the nigiri sushi set (Minori) and added some oysters, which my friends love. The sushi came with miso soup with seaweed, which really hit the spot today. We also couldn't resist ordering another round of nigiri. I would like to come back to this convenient restaurant when I have time to try their other dishes.

The bright and clean atmosphere of the restaurant makes it easy to bring people along. I always order the usual lunch set with 9 pieces of sushi for 2500 yen, including chawanmushi and salad. It's always delicious as usual. The downside of sushi is that it's gone too quickly. I don't drink alcohol during the day, so.
