I don't usually eat sweets, but this time I decided to try their crepe. The place is takeout only and there's no parking, so be careful if you come by car. The menu is not too extensive, but not too limited either, just like a typical crepe shop. I ordered the chocolate custard whip crepe this time. It took about 5 minutes for it to be ready, so I waited inside. When it was done, it looked ordinary. But when I tried it, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. The surface of the crepe was crispy and easy to eat, while the center was chewy and satisfying. The subtle sweetness balanced well with the chocolate and custard toppings. This is the first time I've had a crepe where the crepe itself was so tasty. Of course, the chocolate and custard were delicious too, but the crepe stole the show. The location is a bit inconvenient, but if I have the chance, I'd like to visit again.

When it gets hot, my symptoms worsen, as I have a designated rare disease by the government. There is still no cure for my disease, but I temporarily improve when I receive "blood products" for 5 consecutive days. Last year, I was hospitalized 5 times for treatment of my rare disease. New visits will be limited based on my health condition. The popular and cute "Long-tailed Tit" is featured at "Long-tailed Tit Crepe at AEON Sapporo Nishioka Store," which opened in May 2022. The crepes are freshly made to order, and I tried the "Long-tailed Tit Crepe" which was cute and delicious. On July 14th, "Long-tailed Tit Crepe Nishimachi Store" opened, and I visited with a friend. The store is located near the AEON Nishimachi store in Sapporo's Nishi Ward. The crepe was freshly made and had a different texture from the Nishioka store. The crepe had a soft and moist texture with a subtle sweetness. However, the amount of ice cream and cream cheese was quite small for the price of 880 yen. Overall, the experience was a bit underwhelming compared to the Nishioka store. Thank you for the meal.

On a certain weekday, I stopped by a crepe shop in Nishi-machi, Nishi-ku while having lunch. There is no parking lot, so you have to use your head. It is strictly prohibited to park on the street. The interior of the shop is exactly the same as the previous one, where you could enjoy crepes in a relaxed atmosphere. However, this time there is a big sign saying "Please refrain from eating and drinking." I decided to try my recent favorite, the "Sugar Butter Crepe (400 yen)." I took a bite... The crepe was served in a unique box-shaped container, and the texture was crispy at the tip and chewy with a good balance of sugar sweetness and a subtle butter flavor. The butter was not too overpowering, which was quite nice. Since there is no parking in front of the shop, and eating inside is not allowed, it seems like only customers who can eat while walking are welcome. Thank you for the meal.

On July 16, 2022, the third Shimena Crepe shop I visited was finally open. As I headed towards Teine, I noticed that the shop that had been closed until now had changed to open, with lights on. It seems they have just opened! I went left left left on the handle, haha. While Shimena's parfait is cute, I had it at the Sapporo Station store, and I already had a drink at the Nishioka store, so this time I went with a crepe. I ordered the Chocolate Banana Whip for 500 yen. When it comes to crepes, this combination is a classic. The crepe here has a crispy texture rather than a moist and chewy one, which I prefer. The crepe was not too sweet, so I could enjoy it without getting tired of it.
