This is a report on a ramen shop in Kushiro City, Hokkaido, called "Ramen Yukikage 2nd Store." It is a rare shop in Kushiro where you can enjoy a rich chicken broth. I visited the shop around 1 pm on a weekday and was able to be seated right away as there were only a few customers. The interior of the shop had a counter with about 10 seats, two 2-seater tables, and a raised table for about 4 people, making it quite spacious. There was a parking lot next to the shop that could accommodate around 10 cars. I ordered the following items from the menu: '1. Light Chicken White Broth Soy Ramen ¥850', '7. Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) ¥950', '10. Flavored Egg ¥150', '43. Water Dumplings ¥400'. Since I had tried the 'Rich Chicken White Broth Salt Ramen' at Daikito Showa Store before, this time I opted for 'Light' and 'Super Rich Tsukemen'. The shop had a sports-themed decor with soccer uniforms and sumo wrestlers' handprints. The tsukemen arrived quickly, and the aroma of chicken was irresistible. The noodles were shiny and looked delicious. The Light Chicken White Broth Soy Ramen also had a nice chicken aroma coming from the soup. I first tried the noodles from the tsukemen, and they were excellent with a strong wheat flavor. Dipping them into the rich broth made for a delicious combination. The viscosity of the soup was just right, and the chicken flavor was prominent. Sprinkling black pepper on the rare roast pork and enjoying it with the tsukemen was a perfect match. The Light Chicken White Broth Soy Ramen was light but packed with chicken flavor, with a great mouthfeel. The thin noodles had a wonderful wheat aroma and paired well with the soup. The flavored egg added a rich taste to the dish. The water dumplings had a chewy skin and well-seasoned filling, and dipping them in yuzu vinegar was a delightful experience. I called for a soup refill at the end, and the staff promptly brought me more broth. I thoroughly enjoyed the rich chicken broth until the last drop. It was a great experience to be able to enjoy both ramen and tsukemen for under a thousand yen. I highly recommend the 2nd store as well. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I tried the recommended rich chicken shoyu ramen from the shop. The broth, made with bonito and chicken, was rich and satisfying, and the straight noodles reminded me of Hakata ramen. It was a taste that made me want to come back for more. This was a big hit. I would like to try the tsukemen or seasonal limited-time menu next. There are counter seats as well as table seats, so it seems suitable for families too. They are open until 10:30 pm, so I might try going after work.

Yukikage's ramen, the rich soy sauce flavor is my favorite... I really like the taste of the soup. I think it's a flavor that could become even more popular. The interior of the second store was clean and stylish. It seems like it would be appreciated by women as well. The taste is also incredibly delicious. However, the chairs are small and the tables are low, so it might be a bit difficult to eat comfortably as a dining establishment... I will definitely go back again. Thank you for the meal!

I visited the restaurant as soon as it opened. I had been curious since Daikiten, but I was hesitant to just eat ramen without taking a bath, so I couldn't go. However, I came to try it out because I heard that Aikoku had opened a second branch. I ordered the soy sauce with all toppings and the salt flavor of the rich chicken white broth, both in large portions. They were both rich and thick, with a strong fish-based broth. It felt like there was plenty of collagen. I added yuzu vinegar halfway through for a change in flavor. I finished every last drop of the soup, which was served in a small amount. By the time I left the restaurant, it was fully packed.

"In January 2023, a new ramen restaurant opened in place of the former 'Soba-dokoro An'. This restaurant originated from Asakusa, Tokyo, with three branches in the city, and for some reason, they also have a branch inside the Daikiyu Showa building in Kushiro, specializing in chicken broth ramen. I had heard good things about the Daikiyu branch, so I was pleased to see them open a store in Aikoku, which is relatively close to my home. I visited the restaurant and ordered the following: - Rich charred garlic chicken broth ramen (soy sauce) for ¥950 - Toppings: all toppings for ¥200, discounted to ¥100 on snowy days The soup was not as rich as I expected and was surprisingly light. The thin straight noodles paired well with the mild soup. The chashu was made from low-temperature cooked pork loin. Overall, it wasn't bad, but it didn't quite live up to the hype in terms of flavor. The portion size was also quite small, so I recommend getting a large serving if you're a hungry adult male."
