I walked by a factory direct store of a pastry shop called Paris 16e. The cookies from this kind of place look delicious, probably full of butter. They were cheap and even came with a bonus in the bag. There were so many that I shared some with my friends.

I went to pick up at the workshop. The factory direct price is 900 yen. It is located on the 1st floor of Dining Cafe Kautau, behind the Morimoto Honpo main store in Chitose City. I didn't know at all even though I pass by there often, as it is a workshop and not a store, it doesn't stand out. There used to be stores in Rera and Aeon. The products can also be purchased at Chitose Airport, Michi-no-Eki in the city, and Rera. You can also shop online on their website. I prefer to buy at the actual store. You can also place orders by phone at the workshop. As soon as you enter, there is a curtain partition and a doorbell. You can hear some noise inside. Maybe they are busy because it's the Christmas season. Even without ringing the doorbell, they quickly noticed and came out to help. The female staff who assisted me said she had just started working there, so she didn't know much. But I think they have been in this location for a long time. The main item is the "Hokkaido Original Camembert Cheesecake." I chose the homemade butter and almond cream baked confectionery with rum-soaked raisins, which is very rich and adult-oriented. It has just the right size, and I feel like I want to eat more. I also received 6 complimentary sablés, which are delicious with a hint of saltiness amidst the sweetness. As expected from a selection by Dainokuni, it is simply delicious! The vanilla and chocolate flavored sablé cookies from Kitasablé.
