(Former) Prison Karaoke Miyazawa (Now) Karaoke Uta-ya Miyazawa. I used it on a weekday rate for 4 hours of solo karaoke. Water is self-service, and payment is also self-service. A minimum order of 300 yen is required for solo karaoke. I ordered Poteriko. It's just amazing, a combination of Jagariko and French fries! The room has outlets which is convenient. In the past, during the prison karaoke era, there used to be cells where the self-service water is now located, and that was the waiting area. It's sad that it's no longer a prison karaoke, but I'm grateful that this place and karaoke are still here. It's quite a popular karaoke place, so I always make a reservation when I come. Showing a net coupon will get you a 5% discount. I still love singing Ai by DAM. When it comes to Miyazawa's karaoke, this is the place. There's a small Cat's Eye on the first floor. Next door is Second Street. I love this place because it's big. They have a lot of clothes, books, and games. The parking lot is big too, but it's a bit difficult to get out onto the old Route 5 when leaving (laughs). But I will continue to use it in the future. ^ ^

I went to karaoke during the day for the first time in a while. My daughter and her husband recently had a baby, so I haven't been able to go to karaoke. Finally, during this Bon holiday, I had the chance to go. I used my daughter's app to enter the Takahashi Group karaoke place. They had Big Echo and Maneki Neko, but I also wanted to go. I opted for the soft drink all-you-can-drink option, while I ordered alcohol separately. I was surprised to see that they had a collaboration with Hotei offering "Chicken Zangi (611 yen including tax)" with BBQ sauce. It had a rich and greasy taste, typical of Hotei's style. The BBQ sauce had a strong acidity and a solid flavor. I also ordered the "Snack Set (611 yen including tax)" which included Oreo with fresh cream, mini potatoes, and chocolate roll. We sang for 2 hours with my daughter and her husband, and I enjoyed a few glasses of "Midori Jin Soda (495 yen including tax)" and "Nikka Highball (495 yen including tax)". It was a nice change of pace.

I'm a regular at this restaurant and this is my first post here! The menu has changed after a long time and I'm loving the new options! The chicken meatball with cartilage is delicious, I really like the ones with cartilage! The best dish was the grilled vegetable pizza, it's so tasty! The prosciutto salad and shrimp aurora salad were also delicious. I don't have a photo, but the kids always have the lukewarm ramen, which isn't bad at all. We sang ZARD songs all night on this day!

Well, it's just a regular karaoke box haha. Met up with friends who were already there playing. When we entered the room, they were singing loudly. The first ones there were already a bit tipsy from alcohol haha. I came in Totoron's car, so I started with oolong tea. Later on, I switched to grapefruit juice and iced cafe au lait haha. Totoron is really good at love ballads. One person was so moved, they were in tears. And there was a drag queen dancing to USA songs haha. It was so much fun. Next time, even if I have to hire a substitute, I'm going to drink too haha.

On this day, after drinking at a few places in Sapporo with friends, we said goodbye and headed towards Teine on the subway. It was still before 11 pm and I felt like singing... (*´o`*)ʖˋʖˋʖˋ~♪ We ran into two tipsy people wandering around and joined them, heading to a karaoke place affiliated with the restaurant we were at. There are countless karaoke places in the city. They are usually used during the day. It's super cheap. 30 minutes for 82 yen including tax? And they have great lunch and dessert plans. I tried the ramen for the first time. The Miso Ramen costs 650 yen before tax. I also ordered the classic potato fries for 350 yen before tax. You can choose the sauce, so I tried the honey mustard. Isn't it trendy these days to have sweet and spicy flavors like this? I prefer mayo ketchup or regular mustard the most though... We joked about catching a taxi but ended up walking back together. It's inconvenient if you can't use a car at night in this area. The food is delicious, the service is good, and you can sing comfortably. They have partnerships with nearby places like Chirorin Village and Arcs, so if you bring your receipt on the same day, you get a discount of 10%. I'll definitely go back for lunch karaoke soon. Thank you for the meal!
