I went to Kyuseifuku Shoten for the first time! It's my first visit, at Aeon Kushiro store. I decided to have zaru udon since it was in the refrigerator. If you see udon, let's eat it with dipping sauce. There it is. Dipping sauce for 777 yen including tax. I also got some pickles - black burdock with bonito flavor for 594 yen including tax. I chose zaru udon. The color of the dipping sauce is light. It has a slightly sharp taste and a strong dashi flavor. It's better to dilute it than the description says. The black burdock is a bit sweet. The burdock itself is firm and of good quality. The store has a good selection of items and everything looks tempting. It was a pleasant experience at Kyuseifuku Shoten.

I went to the mall for the first time in a while and found that the food court had changed a lot! There are more shops and seats, making it more user-friendly. I actually prefer the mall over the old Jusco from the Showa era. I stumbled upon a store called Kyusei Fukushoten, which I remember visiting in Sapporo before. While Caldi focuses on international foods, this store feels more like a Japanese-style select shop. The prices are a bit high, but they have a wide variety of delicious dashi and seasonings. Just browsing through the store is fun and makes time fly by. I got a bit carried away and bought: - Eat, Dashi Soy Sauce - Japanese-style Tartar Sauce - Tuna Mayo - Sweet Red Bean Butter - Seven Spice Seasoned Nameko Mushrooms - Sesame Dressing - Grilled Chicken on Charcoal I may have bought too much (sweating). The bottles are really stylish and would make great souvenirs. These products are perfect for accompanying rice, but they also make great snacks for drinking sake. I'm looking forward to tonight's drinking session.

I found a shop called "Kyuseifuku Shoten" on the first floor of Aeon in Kushiro. I love places like this. It's so interesting that I had to stop by. Everything looks so tempting and I end up wanting to buy everything. However, they are a bit pricey so I only bought a few things:
- Sato gobou katsuobushi flavor pickles for 550 yen. It's soy sauce pickled young burdock. I haven't opened it yet, so I'm looking forward to it.
- Grated ginger daikon pickles for 450 yen. This is also soy sauce pickled. The crunchy texture of daikon with the ginger and kelp is a great accent. The sweet and salty seasoning is just right, not too salty. It seems like it would go well with warm rice, but I enjoy it as a snack.

I stopped by at "Kyuseifuku Shoten" and then went to Aeon the other day to visit a store I missed last time. I was aiming for "Honoo" and "Kyuseifuku Shoten". I'm glad they opened a store in Kushiro. I really like this store, it has a luxurious feel to it but they set the prices just right. The item that caught my eye was the fish bones. They had three types: smelt, sardine, and something else. I think just smelt would have been enough, but I went with all three. I asked for them to be served on a plate with just this amount, and tightly wrapped the rest. The three types had distinct flavors when compared side by side. I think maybe just smelt would have been better. I opened it up again wondering why I had wrapped it so tightly. I ended up eating more than I should have, which upset my wife as it ruined the dinner I had prepared. The bones were so tempting, but now I regret it.

Kusefuku, a new store in Aeon Kushiro, doesn't have the ice cream I wanted. It's a Japanese gourmet store with a variety of seasonings, noodles, senbei, and karinto snacks, but many items are a bit pricey. There were some products near their expiration date, but even with a discount, I didn't buy them. A single senbei for 250 yen seemed expensive. In the end, I bought a gift instead. It's a nice gift to receive, but the recipient may not appreciate its value. I hope to find my favorite item there eventually.

Wow, I received such a nice gift! I'm so happy to receive products from Kyuseifuku Shoten. Even though I always wanted to buy their products, I thought they were a bit expensive, so I'm really grateful for this gift. The "Eat, Dashi Soy Sauce" is perfect for TKG (raw egg over rice)! I like to mix it with shiso leaves and it tastes amazing. The name is spot on, the dashi flavor is light and the soy sauce is mellow. It's really delicious! I love TKG, so I've been researching how to make it even more delicious, but this product got me. It's so tasty! I haven't tried the tartar sauce and miso butter that I also received, but I have a feeling they will be delicious too. I'm looking forward to receiving more wonderful souvenirs like this in the future.

In March 2021, I went shopping at Pose. I visited Kyuseifuku Shoten. My partner mentioned that they saw on TV that this place has delicious food. There were various interesting products that caught my eye, but some seemed a bit overpriced. You can tell that the quality of the products is good just by looking at them. This time, I bought some items out of curiosity. I got seaweed butter and enoki mushroom nametake. The seaweed butter is said to go well with toast. I tried it on top of rice and it tasted like a mix of seaweed tsukudani and butter, not bad at all. The enoki mushroom nametake was amazing! It wasn't as slimy as regular nametake. When I put it on top of rice, it stood out. The taste was just like regular nametake but with a lot of enoki mushrooms mixed in, so even though it's about four times the price of regular nametake, I was satisfied with the amount of mushrooms. There are so many interesting food products out there. I'll definitely come back again.

I received a souvenir from a man with a strong spirit who joined the gay girls' gathering. Oh! Maybe it's not a strong spirit, but just not thinking too much? (laughs) ◆ Yakushima mackerel smoked by the mackerel shop A smoked mackerel with a texture similar to dried fish with some moisture left. It has almost no salt, so when you add a little salt, it tastes delicious! It goes perfectly with the souvenir Dassai Junmai Ginjo I received. I also tried it with Kiritanpo later, and of course, it was delicious too! It goes well with sake. Thank you for the meal! ♡
