I had been wanting to try this restaurant in Lake Akan where you can eat a sandwich with crayfish in it. It is located next to the ferry terminal. My partner ordered the unusual crawfish roll set, while I ordered the B.T.B. set. It was a lovely lunchtime outside on a clear autumn day. The food arrived in about 10 minutes. My B.T.B. burger looked fantastic! I had never had a burger with such a presentation before, so I was excited. My partner's crawfish roll looked ordinary, but let's give it a try! The bread was delicious, with crunchy lettuce, tomato, and grilled onions inside. The slightly salty sauce with thick meat was tasty. The potatoes were crispy. I tried a bite of the crayfish from my partner, and it tasted like smoked shrimp? Or just regular shrimp? Either way, it was delicious. The prices seemed a bit high, but I was satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

BTB Burger Set for 1,609 yen and Crawfish Roll Set for 1,490 yen. The set comes with fries and a small drink. The burger has a simple structure with lettuce, tomato, onion, and hamburger patty. It's okay, just average in taste. The fries are also okay, warm and tasty. The prices are a bit high due to being in a tourist area. It was raining on a Saturday during Obon season and there were no other customers when they opened at 11 am. No one else bought anything until we finished eating. Crawfish is like a cross between shrimp and crab in texture, with a slightly unique flavor, but you might not notice if you're told it's shrimp. It was my first time trying it, but I don't think I'll come back for more.

I recently visited "Between THE BREAD AKAN" which became a hot topic in online and TV news at the "tourist boat pier" on the shores of Lake Akan. The menu includes items like "Crawfish Roll," "Hamburgers," "Side Menu," and "Drinks/Soup." The crawfish I tried had a texture similar to shrimp, not too strong in flavor and quite delicious. I plan to try the hamburgers next time. The coffee I ordered had a rich flavor, but it was slightly warm. Since it's a new establishment, I have high hopes for its future success.
