I had been to this restaurant before it relocated, and although it had been many years, I only had good memories of the food. This time, I visited with relatives for a gathering. Since I had never paid before, the prices are estimated. The restaurant had seating for 8 people with an open kitchen where the owner cooked and occasionally engaged in conversation. The food was fantastic, all of high quality. They used excellent ingredients and prepared them in a way that didn't overpower the natural flavors, giving off a Hokkaido-style Japanese cuisine impression. Everything was wonderful, but the grilled mackerel and Miyazaki beef roast beef were outstanding. The sushi was made with great ingredients, but perhaps it's not their specialty. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the lunch and my stomach was full. Thank you for the meal!

Today was my first visit to this restaurant! The interior was very clean and I enjoyed a leisurely meal. I ordered the 5,000 yen lunch course, which included delicious chawanmushi, spring vegetable tempura, soba topped with karasumi, a plate of various appetizers including monkfish liver, ground cherry, butterbur sprout, and grilled bamboo shoots, 5 pieces of nigiri sushi, and dessert. It was a very satisfying lunch. I look forward to enjoying another delicious meal here next time. PS. The conversation of the 3 ladies at the table next to mine was a bit loud and distracting.

The restaurant was originally located in Maruyama, but in December last year, it moved to Yamate and is now operating there. I accidentally went to Maruyama for my reservation without knowing about the relocation. After searching on Google and calling the restaurant, I found out about the move. I will leave a review to prevent others from experiencing the same confusion. The lunch costs 4000 yen per person (excluding tax), with reservations required by the day before. The restaurant is located in a quiet residential area, with ample parking space. The lunch was served by the owner alone, with a cozy and spacious atmosphere. The tempura was crispy and delicious, especially the fuki no tou, takenoko, and soramame. The karasumi soba was a favorite with homemade karasumi and perfectly cooked soba. The fish, meat, and takenoko were all delicious, especially the fresh and flavorful takenoko. The sushi was well-seasoned and featured large pieces of fresh fish like live mackerel and scallops. The dessert of strawberries and oranges was a refreshing end to the meal. Overall, I was very satisfied and would love to visit again for dinner to enjoy some drinks. My friend also enjoyed the meal, and we both had a great time. Thank you for the delicious food and lovely atmosphere!
