【Takeout】Located near Teine Station in Sapporo, Hokkaido, this store is operated by Hokkaido J.R. Freshness Retail, which operates supermarkets in the Sapporo area. The store is about a 7-8 minute walk from the north exit of Teine Station. On July 5, 2021, around 17:00, I revisited the store. I used to enjoy going to Gokuraku-yu for hot springs and lunch buffets after night shifts at my workplace in Teine. Unfortunately, Gokuraku-yu has closed down, so I decided to stop by this store on my way back from the hot springs. I quickly made my purchase at the store, as it was crowded and I wanted to avoid being in a crowded space. I went straight to the deli section, made a quick decision, and proceeded to check out. I spent about 2 minutes inside the store. The food from the deli section was moist, well-seasoned, and delicious.

After finishing the main event of my father's seventh memorial service, I picked up the bento box and sashimi platter I had reserved in my brother's car. First, I went to a bento shop along Route 5, then headed to the market that my mother frequents. I also stocked up on canned beer at this market. Back at home, we all had lunch together. We enjoyed the bento box with Sapporo Classic beer. The sashimi platter I bought at the market was huge, enough for two servings, so it was a challenge for the seven of us to finish it. I felt overwhelmed just by finishing the bento box, so it was a pleasant surprise. I wish my husband, who was staying home this time, could have tasted this fresh, fatty sashimi. We also made hand-rolled sushi with some of the sashimi and had a great time. Thank you for the feast.
