I went for lunch♪ They said, "Please choose any seat you like," and served a Japanese-style hamburger with Spanish omelette on the side, along with coffee after the meal. The sizzling hot plate was brought to me♪ The hamburger was about 200g and fluffy and delicious♪ The Japanese-style sauce mixed well with it. The rice was about 250g, I think. Once finished eating, they quickly cleared the plates and brought me coffee, showing consideration for a lunch during work. Thank you for the meal (^^) ※Cashless payment available

Visit Date: May 15th (Wednesday)
Continuing from yesterday, I had work in the Kagura area! Work went smoothly, and it was time for lunch. I visited this place about 2 years ago, and finally I had the chance to revisit! Since I couldn't try the hamburger at the restaurant yesterday, today I will have it at Granvia (^^)v I ordered the "Japanese-style hamburger with Spanish omelette", and due to the rising prices, the price has been adjusted from 2 years ago + consumption tax. A fairly large Japanese-style hamburger was served with a freshly baked Spanish omelette on top! The delicious aroma and Japanese-style sauce made my stomach growl (#^.^#) I enjoyed the juicy hamburger, fresh salad, and coffee after the meal, and I was full! Next time, I want to come and try authentic Spanish cuisine (^^♪ Thank you for the delicious lunch today!

Long time no see♪*゚ I have been wanting to visit this place regularly, but since I only have one body (lol), I haven't been able to go as often as I'd like. I mentioned Leavenbroy in the title, but there's actually another reason I wanted to go...♪*゚【Onion Slice】♬︎ The onion slice at Gran Via is really delicious♡ It's a plate of perfectly thinly sliced onions with colorful vegetables like paprika, which are not only delicious but also pleasing to the eye (*´˘`*) The dressing... maybe it's a commercial one? It tastes similar to Wani-san's Italian dressing. It's really delicious ( ̄∀ ̄) Many restaurants use it♪゛ And the meat dishes are also delicious, right? Don't you want steak today? I tried the paella this time♬︎ It's my first time ordering paella at Gran Via...♪*゚I wonder which one is better, this place or the other one? lol Paella takes time to cook, so I'll start with something light and enjoy some drinks♬︎ Let's start with a Leavenbroy draft beer! They also have a good selection of wines in the glass♡ I prefer heavier ones, so I let them choose for me ( ˶ˆ꒳ˆ˵ )♪゛ The paella had a lot of umami from the seafood, the seasoning was just right, and it was delicious (๑´ڡ`๑)♡ Gran Via, after a long time, is still a wonderful place where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks with great service...♪*゚Satisfied, satisfied♪゛Thank you for the meal~♡

The interior of the store is very stylish. It is located in a hidden spot, but it is convenient as it is close to the Asahikawa Idaibyo-mae bus stop. We ordered the all-you-can-drink course, and the dishes were plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended.

The restaurant operates quietly among small houses, serving delicious course meals with generous portions. I tried paella and lasagna for the first time at this restaurant, and they were both very tasty!

We used it with a group of 6 people. It's nice to be able to eat a variety of dishes in small quantities when there are many people. The main paella dish is delicious and I want to eat it often, but if there are only 2 people, the portion may be too much to try other dishes. We didn't drink alcohol, so it's obvious that it's cheap, but I think it's cost-effective.

Finally, a chance to revisit♬ I wonder if they remember me? It's been quite a while since my last visit, so...(^.^; Last time, I went for the night session for the first time and it was really delicious♡ The menu is extensive and the flavors suit my taste (•ө•)♡ This time, XX-chan was in the mood for meat, so I remembered that Granvia-san had steak options... and that was the decision (^_-)♬ The parking lot in front of the restaurant is small and can only fit about 3 cars... Luckily, there was one space available♬ Lucky me! As always, the lovely couple welcomed us♬ They are so nice and friendly (*^^*) Great! It's been a while since I had a Leavenbroy (≧▽≦) It tastes even better in a clean glass♡ It's my second time for the night session, but I'm already confident that whatever I order will be to my liking (lol) I want to try all the dishes...(*˘︶˘*).。.:*♡ I'm curious about the pasta and paella too, right? But this time, it's just the two of us so we had to give up... Next time, I have to bring a big eater companion (๑´ڡ`๑) (Seeking volunteers, haha)

Today, work got delayed and before I knew it, I found myself with another friendly colleague. We decided to use a taxi since it was pouring outside. We had plans to go to a nearby Japanese restaurant, but due to the heavy rain, we gave up on finding it. We ended up at a place where I remembered having delicious curry before. We ordered various dishes and enjoyed some refreshing beer. The Spanish cuisine at this place was also tempting, but we decided to save it for next time when we have more people with us. Overall, the food was delicious and we will definitely be coming back.

Visited on June 6th (Tuesday) at Midorigaoka for my second day of work. After trying the miso ramen at "Furuki" the day before, I decided to search on Tabelog for a highly rated place to eat today. I found a popular restaurant and arrived around 1 pm, expecting it to be crowded during lunchtime. There are about 2 parking spaces in front of the restaurant and a few more a bit further away. Looking at the menu, there are 4 lunch sets and a variety of Western dishes, as this place is actually a Spanish restaurant. I noticed they also had paella for 2 people, but I decided to go with the Seafood Mix Fry from the lunch set. The dish arrived in about 10 minutes, consisting of 2 shrimp tempura, oyster fry, white fish fry, salad, and tartar sauce on one plate, which was quite a generous portion. The tartar sauce was delicious! It also came with rice, miso soup, pickles, and coffee for only 980 yen, which was a great deal. This meal has earned a spot on my lunch list! Thank you for the delicious meal.

During a training session at a facility in the suburbs, I used this Spanish restaurant for a casual gathering with colleagues from different industries. The menu is well-rounded with a variety of options. Each dish is homey yet meticulously prepared, ensuring satisfaction. The "Paella," a recommended dish, is packed with rich flavors of seafood that seep into the saffron rice, offering a moist and delicious texture. Some say the slightly firm texture is authentic, but it is still satisfying and worth trying. Although located near Asahikawa Medical University, prices for individual dishes are not particularly budget-friendly, so it's best to carefully choose items from the menu if you have a limited budget. The small restaurant is run by a cheerful and friendly master, so it's advisable to call ahead before visiting.

Once again, I visited the restaurant with a friend at night. I knew they had oysters and spinach in cream sauce on the menu, but this time I ordered it for the first time. The oysters were big and plump, and there were so many of them for such a good price, and they were delicious. The squid ink paella maintained its quality as always, showing the restaurant's consistent quality. It's a reliable place. We first went for lunch and I tried the clam pilaf, which was surprisingly delicious and became my favorite. I also liked the atmosphere, prices, and location of the restaurant. On our way out, we took a menu from the entrance and decided to come back for dinner another night. We called ahead to order the squid ink paella, as recommended for first-timers to try the mixed version, but I really wanted to try the squid ink. It was truly delicious. The other tapas were also good value. It was interesting that they also offer set menu options for dinner, which is great for solo diners.

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon and it was crowded during lunchtime, but luckily there was one table available for us. I was impressed by the extensive menu considering the size of the restaurant. The menu also had photos, making it easy for first-time customers to choose. The dishes we ordered were all delicious, no complaints. The dinner menu and alcohol menu were also extensive, so I would like to visit again for dinner next time.

The Spanish cuisine after a long time was satisfying in taste! The paella course had three price options: 1. ¥1500, 2. ¥2000, 3. ¥2500. This time, we chose the middle option of ¥2000. Since we had made a reservation in advance, the dishes came out with good timing and the taste was great! (It seems that paella takes 50 minutes to cook, so reservations are recommended. Soft drinks are included with reservations. The prosciutto was so delicious that we wanted more! It's recommended to squeeze the lemon that comes with the paella generously. The meat dish that came out at the end was also amazing! Although we have narrow food preferences, we have decided to come back here again! Next time, we plan to try the dinner menu!

I felt like eating paella at a restaurant, so this time I decided on the back alley kitchen Granvia. The location is a bit hard to find, with a sign along the road in front of the medical school. There is parking in front of the restaurant and also behind the restaurant. I made a reservation by phone the day before, for today, January 22nd, between 11:30 and 12:00 for the lunch paella course for 2 people at 3000 yen. The meal consisted of soup, salad, paella, and dessert, followed by coffee. The paella was very delicious, although the rice could have been a bit firmer. It takes about 50 minutes for the paella to be ready, so it's best to make a reservation by phone to avoid waiting. If you make a reservation by phone, you will receive a complimentary drink. Also, it seems that every Thursday during lunchtime, BGM by Matsuyama Chiharu is played.

"I finally made it to the restaurant 'Alley Kitchen Granvia' that I had been curious about after seeing it on Sayuppo's blog. The location is near the Medical University, a bit hard to find. It's truly tucked away in an alley. Even the entrance of the restaurant is quietly sandwiched between vending machines. The interior is small but has a calm atmosphere. It seems like a place where you would want to enjoy wine in the evening, not just for lunch. I sat at the counter and checked the menu. I had heard it was a Spanish cuisine restaurant, but there were also many fried dishes on the menu. The owner mentioned that they have added more items based on customer requests. Surprisingly, the ratio of female customers is high at this restaurant, and the ladies surprisingly seem to like fried foods. It's true that even if women feel like having fried food, they might not go to a regular set meal restaurant. This time, I ordered the recommended dish, 'Japanese-style hamburger with Spanish omelette.' The rice is locally grown in Asahikawa Nishikagura. The owner said that he uses rice that he personally enjoys at home in the restaurant as well. That's quite nice. Here is the Japanese-style hamburger with Spanish omelette. The hamburger and omelette, two dishes that kids love, are teamed up. This is a powerful duo! Of course, not just kids, even adults love it. It's rare to have bean sprouts under the hamburger. And it comes with Nishikagura rice, miso soup, pickles, and salad. After the meal, they serve coffee. The seasoning is quite strong, and it would be a waste to keep this place as a hidden gem for the ladies. I'm sure even the men will be satisfied with this restaurant."

I wanted to check out the restaurant mentioned in Sayuttopo's article, "Rojiura Kitchen Granvia." It used to be the location of the soup curry restaurant "Koya." It's located at Asahikawa City, Midorigaoka 2jo 4chome, in front of the university hotel on the 1st floor. Operating hours are 11:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00, closed on Sundays. They have parking, and smoking is allowed at night. To start off, I ordered the advanced cheese assortment for 500 yen and the Iberico pork chorizo for 350 yen to get things going (laughs). The chorizo is delicious! But I couldn't help but notice the scent emanating from the blue cheese in the assortment... (laughs) It's quite intense. It's delicious when you eat it though. The smoked salmon salad for 500 yen is refreshing and tasty. I couldn't wait for the paella to arrive, so I ended up ordering the seafood soup noodles for 900 yen. Wow! This is good!! It has a soy sauce-like flavor, a fragrant seafood broth, and a mild taste. It's delicious! I heard it's even better when you add rice to make it into a porridge, so I'll try that next time. The paella (for 2 people) costs 2800 yen. Here it is! It has a strong butter flavor. There's a solid seasoning in it as well. Almost no burnt parts. The rice is on the softer side. It was delicious. When I make paella at home, I also add butter, but I go a little lighter on it. I usually use a light consomme base and add flavor with the ingredients cooked with the rice. Well, it's all about personal preference, right? Oh, speaking of which, the paella at Granvia didn't have tomatoes in it... I felt like it was missing something there.

It's been a while since my family and I went out to eat together. We found this Western-style restaurant after debating where to go. The restaurant is located on the first floor of a hotel near the medical school. There are about 5 parking spaces available, and the surrounding buildings are residential areas for medical students. It may be a bit hard to find as it is tucked away in a back alley, just as the name suggests. They only serve lunch on weekdays, but are open for dinner on weekdays and weekends. The paella in the photos looked delicious, but we opted for the shrimp fry, Japanese-style hamburger, and cheeseburger this time. They offer individual dishes and sets, with individual dishes including rice, miso soup, salad, and coffee priced at around 800-1000 yen. Sets, which include two main dishes like shrimp fry and hamburger, along with rice, miso soup, salad, and coffee, are priced at around 1100 yen. The quality of the food is great and the prices are quite reasonable for the portions. Although I wish the location was more accessible, the cozy and homey atmosphere of the restaurant in that spot adds to its charm. The staff were also very friendly. If I were to go again, I would definitely try the paella in the evening.

(Akita) Lunch at the Alley Kitchen Granvia ★ May 31, 2012 (Thursday)

The restaurant "Alley Kitchen Granvia" with a reputation for delicious food, it seems like it just opened not too long ago, but it's already approaching its one-year anniversary. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife. They serve Spanish cuisine at night (the paella looked delicious), and they also offer lunch during the day. We arrived just before noon, but it was already crowded with reservations, so only the counter seats were available! We managed to secure seats just in time, but a few customers who arrived after us were turned away without being seated. If we had been just five minutes later, we would have missed out. The lunch menu had several options, and we decided on the following: Japanese-style hamburger lunch with Spanish omelette, served with rice, miso soup, salad, and pickles for around 950 yen. The lunch had a comforting "Japanese set meal" feel to it. The hamburger was delicious and quite filling. Tamakichi was delighted with the "Spanish omelette." A friend ordered the chicken lunch, and I had a taste of it - the slightly spicy and juicy chicken was tender and tasty. The main dish comes with the Japanese set meal-like set mentioned above. The lunch set also includes a drink. There were several dessert options that looked delicious, so we decided to order something along with our post-meal coffee. To our surprise, as part of their one-year anniversary celebration, the dessert was complimentary. The cheesecake was delicious. The clientele was mainly women, but there were also a few men and even some solo businessmen dining. It seemed like there were many regular customers. There was a digital photo frame in front of the counter displaying pictures of the restaurant's dishes and overseas landscapes. Looking at the images, all of them looked so appetizing that even though we were already full, we found ourselves thinking, "I want to come back and try that too." The use of such subtle elements of presentation is quite effective and enjoyable. ★
