[Takeout] A meat shop in Machi that opened on May 19, 2021, along the old old Route 36 in Ebetsu City (now Dr. Clarke Street) ^ ^ It seems to be a renewal of the former Ise Butcher Shop. It's about 200 meters north of the intersection with Ebetsu Station Street, heading towards Kitahiroshima. They have a stamp card system where you get 1 stamp for every 1000 yen spent. Accumulate 10 stamps and get 500 yen off your next purchase. No expiration date. It's about a 15-30 minute walk from JR Ebetsu Station ^ ^ =========== Around noon on May 19, 2021, I made my first visit. When you've been doing Tabelog for a long time, you sometimes come across things like this every once in a while, about once every 1-2 years. I happened to find this shop along the road I was driving on. Initially, I was planning to go to Naganuma, but I changed my mind on the way, and it turned out to be a good opportunity to explore Ebetsu's old old Route 36 (Dr. Clarke Street). Along the way, I thought about going to another road, but I managed to hold back and happened to find this shop by chance ♬ I think there was a celebration flower with "Ise Butcher Shop" written on it at the location where Ise Butcher Shop used to be, but I forgot, so I didn't pursue it. When you enter the shop, there is a refrigerated showcase in front of you, a freezer next to it, and side dishes on the right shelf. The frozen meat in the freezer is from a meat shop in Tarumae, Tomakomai, where I visited by mamachari last year ^ ^ Since the Tarumae meat is not to my taste, I skipped it. The seasoned horumon (offal) here is seasoned, with two flavors of salt and miso available, so I bought both. 300g for 550 yen. The side dishes are a lineup that everyone loves from a meat shop ♬ Today, since I didn't have an eco bag and had limited space for luggage, I chose the minced cutlets. Small size, 3 pieces for 100 yen. To describe the minced cutlets in one word, it's like beef kalbi. It has the unique flavor and sweetness of beef. It seems to be made from the leftover parts of domestic beef that I'm not good at, but it is indeed delicious, though not to my liking (・ω・). The more you chew, the more it feels like you're eating sukiyaki or yakiniku... Taste 4.0, Cost performance 5.0. When you chew on it, you gradually feel like you're eating sukiyaki or yakiniku... The seasoned horumon is pork large intestine. The seasoning is simple, just salt, pepper, and sake. It's quite thick, and even one bag is more than enough. The saltiness is a bit strong, but it's just right with rice or beer. It might be a bit too much for those who don't like the acidity of horumon. If I have the chance, I'll buy horumon next time ^ ^
