Higashi-ku, Sapporo City, Kita 13 Higashi area. Takoyaki from the yakitori restaurant "Honoo". Eat-in is open from 10:00 to 14:00. This restaurant offers three types of take-out items: yakitori, ramen, and takoyaki. I planned to eat ramen, but was told they stopped taking orders at 13:50, which was disappointing. After that, for some reason, they started boiling noodles before my takoyaki was ready, and two middle-aged female staff members started eating ramen at the same eat-in area. The price is high for "Honoo" takoyaki, but the taste is good with a lot of mayonnaise. However, the customer service and hygiene at this restaurant are very concerning. If you plan to visit, be sure to check it out!

Due to a virus-induced computer malfunction, the migration process to a new desktop computer has been completed. I am still getting used to Windows 10 as it is my first time using it, and due to health reasons, I am still not very familiar with it. I have resumed liking and commenting, so thank you in advance. [May 2019] I visited "Super Arcs Kosei Store" and found a takoyaki shop called "En Da Ko." "En Da Ko" is part of the same chain as "Yakitori no Hono." "Yakitori no Hono" is a local chain in Sapporo, with a growing number of stores in major supermarkets. I went for the first time with my usual companion. This shop is located on the first floor of Super Arcs Kosei Store along the circular road in the Kosei area of Higashi-ku, Sapporo. For more detailed location information, please check it on Tabelog. There is a relatively compact eat-in corner. They only serve "takoyaki," no yakisoba or other items. There is only one type of takoyaki, available in two package sizes: 6 pieces for 422 yen (including 8% consumption tax) and 8 pieces for 530 yen (including 8% consumption tax). Since I had just eaten lunch, I ordered the 6-piece set. They also had pre-cooked takoyaki, but I asked for freshly cooked ones. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy hot and fluffy takoyaki. Takoyaki: In a typical takoyaki, there are small pieces of octopus inside, generously topped with bonito flakes, nori, mayonnaise, and sauce. The packaging doesn't close properly (laughs). The outer skin is crispy and slightly chewy, while the inside is creamy. It has a taste that makes you want to drink beer (laughs). 8 pieces for 421 yen (tax included). Freshly cooked takoyaki has a great taste. The crispy texture of the outer skin and the creamy inside make for a delicious combination. There are fewer takoyaki shops in Sapporo compared to Kansai, so it's nice to have a place selling takoyaki. The atmosphere of the shop and the lady running it are very pleasant. I would be happy if they also offered En Da Ko's signature dish, "En Da Ko Package Yaki," or yakisoba like other En Da Ko stores. Personally, I quite like "En Da Ko Package Yaki." I hope they have it next time. Delicious, thank you for the meal.

Welcome.---------- December 2016 ----------Super Arcs Hikoshiro store along the circular road offers take-out side dishes and ramen, run by Shinwa Group |o| °д°)ノ HelloRamen is only available from 10am to 2pm and during lunchtime. Takoyaki is sometimes kept warm depending on the time, so you might be able to buy freshly baked ones next to it is an eat-in space reminiscent of a traditional tea house. When asked about the presence of "seaweed, bonito flakes, mayo", they replied "It will be ready in about 10 minutes♪". While waiting, you might see someone enjoying yakitori in the back. Takoyaki comes in a pack of 8, with a large fluffy shape, a chewy dough with plenty of flour, and a firm texture with two small octopus pieces inside. It lacks a bit of mayo, and the sauce has a hint of bonito flavor that seems to be there but not too strong. Not only "takoyaki" but also "yakisoba, okonomiyaki" are available, which is a nice surprise. Thank you, it was delicious. tom blog.
