Today, I had some errands to run at K's Electric in Ebetsu! There is a certain electronics store in my city, but there are hardly any staff members and I often have to wait a long time after asking for someone who can explain things. So first, I wanted to buy a Blu-ray recorder, a CD/DVD player, and a multi cleaner for my car audio. There are simple ones at the 100 yen store, but they may not work with slot-in car audio or Blu-ray. It would be nice to have one that can do everything! Also, I've been having issues with my living room TV not showing certain channels when the weather is bad, so I made a reservation for an estimate to fix that! Oh, I got off track from the main topic. Today, I also wanted to visit a bakery in Ebetsu that I haven't been to yet (I've tried a few times before but couldn't make it). It's called Gara Riezon. Finally, I arrived but they were closed! I then tried another bakery that I had been to once before. Oh no, that one was closed too! I saw that they are closed on Sundays and the second Monday of the month! I was disappointed. I thought about going to the bakery at the roadside station, but decided to stop by a grocery store first and then buy bread at the bakery. By then, it was already 2 PM. I could have just had ramen for lunch, but as a bread lover, I felt drawn to the bakery. Today, they had freshly baked walnut bread, bean-filled bean bread, and apple Danish with cheese. I had never tried the latter two, so I decided to have them for a late lunch when I got home. They have increased the variety of 150 yen bread, and the taste and cost performance are good. I pack the bread myself, which saves time at the register. But if you're not used to it, you might get confused (laughs). They have more cooked bread now, so I only bought what I can finish. It's good to have some for tomorrow morning's breakfast. I always end up buying the same reliable items (laughs). I'm not good at driving in winter, so I can't go far, but the journey of exploring bakeries continues!
