When it gets hot, the symptoms of my rare disease worsen, as it is a designated rare disease by the government. Unfortunately, there is no cure for my disease yet. I receive "blood products" continuously for 5 days, which temporarily improves my symptoms. Last year, I was hospitalized 5 times for treatment of my rare disease. I was hospitalized for the second time this year on April 4th, but was discharged 29 days later. I couldn't like or comment while in the hospital, but I will make sure to do so later. Your supportive comments have always been a source of encouragement for me during my hospital stays. I am truly grateful for them. Moving forward, I ask for your continued support. In May 2022, I plan to mainly upload past reviews that have not been reviewed yet. I will limit new visits based on my health condition. "Three Tea Cake" is a small Western confectionery shop in town that opened in September 2021. I visited for the first time with my usual companion. The shop is located near JR Hoshioki Station in the Hoshioki area of Teine-ku, Sapporo. Please check the exact location on Tabelog. I visited around 3 pm on a weekday. The store, which seems to have been renovated from a residential entrance, is easy to miss. There were no previous or subsequent customers. When I entered the store, all the cakes were sold out in the showcase. There were a few baked goods left. ■ Victoria Cookie Weight: 55g (actual measurement after deducting the bag) Butter-flavored cookie with chocolate on top. Price: 300 yen (tax included) ■ Sakura Chiffon Weight: 57g (actual measurement after deducting the bag) Spring-like flavor and color with cherry blossom flavor. Price: 250 yen (tax included) ■ Tigre Weight: 29g (actual measurement after deducting the bag) Small financiers in bite-size, with a unique and appealing appearance. Price: 180 yen (tax included) The "baked goods" were all good, and the prices were reasonable. Personally, I liked the original taste of "Tigre" the most. All cakes were sold out by 3 pm. It seems to be a popular Western confectionery shop in the local area. I hope there will be cakes available next time. Thank you for the delicious treats.

The shop offers cute sweets like chiffon cake and pound cake, with fresh cakes only available during events. The chestnut cake felt a bit oily, like eating chocolate after a meal. The small sizes make it easy to buy a variety of flavors. It's easy to get carried away and want to try everything. Great for those who are greedy for sweets. Thank you for the delicious meal!

One weekend, I noticed a sign next to a restaurant that said "Patisserie" and decided to check it out. Located in Hoshioki 2-jo, Teine-ku, this place offers scones and also takes reservations for whole cakes. There is parking space for about 2 cars in front of the shop. The interior is compact with a small selection of dry sweets displayed on shelves. On this day, there were no cakes in the showcase, as they seem to be available by reservation only. I chose to try the scones from the display shelf. The "Chestnut Scone (300 yen)" had a moist texture with a good amount of chestnut sweetness and small chestnut pieces throughout, making it a nice tea snack. The "Chocolate Chip Scone (280 yen)" had a beautiful appearance with the chocolate chips standing out. The scone itself was dry as expected, with a balanced sweetness from the chocolate chips. The "Chestnut Cake (150 yen)" was a pound cake rather than a scone, with a moist buttery texture and sweet chestnut pieces inside, giving a taste of autumn. I enjoyed discovering this cake shop and trying their scones and pound cake. Thank you for the meal.
