When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, especially for this designated rare disease. Unfortunately, there is still no medication that suits my rare disease. I have been hospitalized for treatment related to the rare disease in September last year, January, April to May this year, and again in September, October, and November. I was discharged for the fifth time four weeks ago. Although I have been discharged, I visit the hospital almost every day, so the feeling of being discharged is faint. Your supportive comments have been a source of encouragement for me during my hospitalization. I am truly grateful. Thank you for your continued support. In the future, I plan to mainly upload reviews of past visits that have not been reviewed yet. New visits will be limited, depending on my health condition. "Chateraise" is a nationwide confectionery store that also operates golf courses, ski resorts, and hotels. In Hokkaido, they acquired the former Terume Sapporo resort hotel and operate "Chateraise Gateau Kingdom Sapporo," making them well-known. There are about 30 Chateraise stores in Hokkaido, with around 10 in Sapporo. Personally, I like Chateraise's "Choco Pocky." In addition to regular bottled wines, they also offer refillable "red and white barrel-aged fresh wine for 754 yen." The first purchase incurs a bottle fee of 157 yen, but the bottle fee is waived for subsequent visits if you bring back the empty bottle. That's why I now carry "spare empty bottles" in my car. It is a wine that is filled into a special refillable bottle. The store is located in the Fukuko area of Higashi-ku, Sapporo, along Miyanomori Kitajo Street. Please check the exact location on Tabelog. I visited around 3 pm on a weekday. I parked my car in the store's parking lot. The store was quite crowded inside. To avoid crowds, I only purchased wine. I decided to buy the "red barrel-aged fresh wine for 754 yen" after a long time. There is only one type of red wine, made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. I handed the staff my "empty bottle for exchange" and ordered the red barrel-aged fresh wine. I received a number tag for payment. The staff promptly filled the wine into a new bottle. Strangely, I was not asked for age verification this time either. (laughs) ■ Barrel-aged Fresh Wine - Red Cabernet Sauvignon Made from domestically grown grapes Specifically for red wine grapes Dry type Not heat-treated or filtered, so store in the refrigerator. The expiration date is two weeks from purchase. It has a decent weight and mildness. It is a fresh red wine with a slightly strong acidity. There is a lack of aging feel. If you bring your own bottle, there is no bottle fee. Price: 754 yen for 740ml (tax included) Bottle fee: 157 yen (tax included) Chateraise's red wine is affordable and easy to enjoy. There was tape on the "imported wine" section of the store's description, so perhaps they now only offer domestic wines. I would like a bit more aging feel, but when chilled well, this red wine is easy to drink. It is reasonably priced, so you can enjoy it without worry. (laughs) It's a Chateraise-like, down-to-earth red wine. It is very convenient to be able to buy wine, cakes, Japanese sweets, ice cream, etc., all in one place. In the summer, nothing beats the "Choco Pocky." Next time, maybe I'll try the "white barrel-aged fresh wine." It was delicious, thank you.
