I ordered the parent and child soba for 1100 yen. As it's getting colder, I was craving warm soba, so I decided to visit Maruyama. It's a very calming place. The parent and child soba had plenty of meat and egg, which was very comforting. Thank you for the meal.

First of all, the broth was incredibly delicious. I couldn't stop after taking just one sip. The noodles were also good, and the fried tofu on the kitsune soba was to my liking. This soba restaurant is versatile and can be enjoyed at any time. Next time, I want to try the cold soba or the set meal with katsudon. Thank you for the meal. D-Works Uniform.

After drinking, I thought about going for a walk and having ramen, but I chose soba for a healthier option. It had been a while since I last visited this place, and even though it was almost 11:00 PM, the restaurant was still lively. I found a late-night drinking set for 1,600 yen on the menu and decided to order it. The tempura assortment included eggplant, bell pepper, shiitake mushrooms, 2 prawns, and seaweed (I can't remember the rest). It was a lot and not really healthy, but I enjoyed it. I should have just stuck with the soba, but it was delicious, so I'm happy with my choice.

After drinking, I passed by and ended up being drawn in. "Hiyashita Nuki" for 920 yen. The soba as a finishing dish after drinking is delicious after all. But, I'm not sure about the exact taste... or rather, I can't remember it properly. However, it was definitely delicious in a normal way. And I enjoyed the soba-yu until the end.

I came to Sapporo on a trip and visited Susukino. It was hard to find a ramen shop open for lunch, so I decided to try soba here instead. I had the zaru soba, which was quite delicious. The noodles were firm and smooth. The portion was generous, maybe a bit too much for me. I was very satisfied.

I visited Sapporo for a meeting with the manufacturer. For dinner, I had the classic Jingisukan (Genghis Khan) and then headed to Susukino. After drinking in Susukino, we decided to end the night at Maruyama Honten, a soba restaurant. The menu was extensive, and with Sapporo's summer nights being hot during the day and cold at night, I was torn between cold or hot soba. After much deliberation, I ordered the Tanuki Soba (cold) for 920 yen and a Sapporo draft beer for 580 yen. The beer arrived first, and as we discussed our day over drinks, the soba arrived in just 10 minutes. It seems that many people come here for a late-night soba fix, as the restaurant was fairly busy. The crunchy texture of the tempura bits and finely chopped kamaboko (fish cake) paired perfectly with the soba. The soba was nicely chilled, and despite having eaten a lot of Jingisukan earlier, I finished it all in no time. It was a delicious meal.

Soba restaurant in Susukino that stays open until late at night. I ordered the Duck Nanban Soba for 1,350 yen, tax included. The generous portion of soba with thick slices of duck meat was delicious!! It was the perfect way to end the night after drinking and left me feeling full and happy without any stomach discomfort the next day. I will definitely come back!

I visited this restaurant for a late-night meal after a long time. I only have photos to share this time. I prefer warm soba over cold soba, so I chose the "Tanuki Topped Soba (900 yen)" this time. The prices are not cheap as it is in Susukino, but there are seats available on the second floor and the restaurant has a good number of seats, making it a good choice for a late-night soba meal.

It's late May, but suddenly it got cold and I felt like eating warm soba, so I visited Nameko Soba. I ordered the Joten-don. The nameko mushrooms were chewy and soft with a good texture. The soba was delicious, and the warm soup was also good. The Joten-don tempura was crispy and tasty. The texture was good, and of course, the delicious sauce was not too spicy, allowing the flavor of the ingredients to shine. The service at the restaurant was very good. I think this is a shop that was a filming location for a Hong Kong drama in the past. I ordered Tensairo with just one shrimp, so I added a big shrimp topping. The texture of the two shrimps is quite different. The big shrimp has a firm and elastic texture, and it was delicious. The shrimp that was originally there was too ordinary. The tempura was a bit oily. Maybe it's a problem with how it was fried. The soba noodles were in two layers, and the portion was just right. But there was no hot water for the soba. I couldn't tell if it's not normally provided or if they forgot.

Reflecting on the importance of a welcoming restaurant layout and menu for attracting customers, I realized that this place had it all. Although I intended to order soba without seaweed, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of black seaweed on top. The zebra soba noodles had a firm texture and a rich flavor of sesame and seaweed. The portion was quite generous, and I found myself struggling to finish it, especially since I was a bit tipsy. Despite being located in the heart of Sapporo, the restaurant offered various set menus that caught my eye, particularly the tempting tempura bowl. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
