I came to try the Katsura Ramen that I was curious about last time. Katsura Ramen (salt) costs 1,200 yen. It was served quickly without much wait. The ingredients include pork cutlet, bean sprouts, spinach, chopped green onions, boiled egg, and bamboo shoots. The pork cutlet is thin but crispy. There's plenty of bean sprouts and chopped green onions. The boiled egg is firm. The soup is slightly oily but tasty. The soup portion is small. The noodles are medium-thin, slightly curly, and cooked soft.

This shop used to operate in a different location with late-night hours, but now it is operating as a sublease at the store of Okonomiyaki Ichiren. I visited here six years ago. They are open from 10:00 to 13:00, closed on Tuesdays. They offer ramen, curry rice, and various sets. Today, I ordered Ankake Yakisoba for 900 yen. The noodles are boiled and stir-fried firmly. The thin but firm noodles suit my taste. The sauce is soy sauce-based with a weak sweetness but a strong garlic flavor. The dish is loaded with pork, cabbage, carrots, bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, shrimp, squid, and quail eggs, making it very filling. There were hardly any customers in the store, as they mainly focus on delivery. They mentioned that they would be happy to have more dine-in customers. I want to come back as there are many menu items that caught my interest. (April 2023)

The menu is almost the same as Hama-chanpon. No matter what you eat, the taste is never wrong! Personally, I recommend the miso ramen.

After Pilsen, I went into a karaoke bar and saw a red lantern, so I decided to check it out. Looking at the menu, I noticed "Itame Yakisoba" listed. Wait, isn't "Itame Yakisoba" supposed to be on the menu for Ham Chanpon? When I asked the owner, it turns out he is from Ham Chanpon. He mentioned that he always enjoyed eating "Itame Yakisoba" in the past, and agreed that it should be a bit more saucy. I ordered three bottles of beer, "Itame Yakisoba," and some gyoza. While waiting for the food to be served, I enjoyed my beer. The gyoza was large and had a strong flavor. The Itame Yakisoba was well cooked and not too saucy, which I enjoyed. It was delicious and filling. It's a shame that the restaurant only operates at night. At one point, one person went missing but eventually returned. I wonder where they went!

▼Location▼ Located along the Shiraishi Station front street. It is 100m from the intersection with National Route 12 towards JR Shiraishi Station, on the left side. ▼About the Shop▼ This ramen shop opened in May 2013 and operates only at night. The owner used to work at Sanpachi Restaurant and you can enjoy their famous ankake yakisoba here. ▼Menu▼ Their menu includes ramen with three flavors, ankake yakisoba, Hokkai seafood champon, Itame yakisoba, as well as Chinese dishes like noodles, Chinese rice bowl, Tenshinhan, gyoza, Hachimitsu, Kanitama, Mapo tofu, and more. ▼What I Ate▼ ▽Shoyu Ramen 700 yen▽ (May 2014) Toppings include green onions, menma, spinach, and seaweed. The soup has a simple chicken broth base with a slightly strong soy sauce flavor, suitable for night dining. The noodles are wavy and medium-thin, cooked just right. The chashu is small but has a good texture. ▼Impressions▼ (May 2014) This shop opened in April 2013 in a small nightlife district along Shiraishi Station front street, with the owner being from Sanpachi Restaurant. The ramen has a simple flavor typical of Chinese restaurants, and it felt more suitable for late-night dining. I noticed the ankake yakisoba on the menu, which is their specialty, so if you're craving for it late at night, this is the place to go.

This is a place in Shiroishi-ku, located along the former Shiroishi Station front street in the north of Hon-dori 2-chome. For the exact location, please check the map on Tabelog as usual. I heard that there is a "ramen shop" in Shiroishi that only operates at night, so I decided to visit and confirm it. Upon entering the shop, I noticed that it was still early and there were no customers. I sat at a bright table and looked at the menu. While ramen is the main dish, there are also Chinese dishes available. I ordered the "salt ramen" as usual. It took about 10 minutes for the ramen to arrive as the water was not fully boiled yet. The ramen had a clear broth with a light taste, making it easy to drink. The saltiness was slightly on the higher side. The noodles were medium-thick with a higher water content and weak curl, making them suitable for miso ramen. As for the toppings, there was a small piece of chashu, menma, boiled spinach, nori, and green onions. Overall, I found this light and refreshing ramen to be a good choice for a satisfying meal after a drink.

I want to eat delicious ramen from a ramen shop٩(๑òωó๑)۶ When I searched on Demae-can, Shirojyun came up! It's a shop I wanted to try\(・◡・)/ I ordered salt ramen, salt gomoku ramen, and seafood fried rice and it arrived in 35 minutes. Each item was wrapped in plastic bags with disposable chopsticks. Wow! Lots of ingredients! The soup and noodles were separated! Nice(^^)b The oily film on the soup is probably to prevent it from getting cold in this cold weather✤Salt Ramen✤ It had green onions, menma, chashu, spinach, and seasoned egg in the soup (exciting⤴) Personally, I liked the slightly salty taste of the soup which was mellow and delicious. The noodles were cooked just the way I like, with a generous amount!✤Seafood Fried Rice✤ It had two crab legs, one shrimp, and a lot of pickled ginger. The fried rice was fluffy and had plenty of ingredients like corn and it was saltier than the ramen. It was so filling that when combined with the ramen, it could be shared among three people (lol) I used a coupon and got a discount of 800 yen, so it was a satisfying and delicious mealo(*^▽^*)o

Delivery in December 2021! It's a blizzard outside, so I'm staying in and ordering food. Convenient times we live in! I found a ramen shop in the JR Shiroishi area that was previously on hold on "Walt"! I decided to order. On a cold day, I always go for the hot An-dashi ramen. I ordered the salt flavor, and it was deliciously heavy. The noodles and toppings were separate, so the noodles didn't get soggy. The brown noodles had a nice char to them. The portion of noodles was normal, but the amount of toppings was huge! Easily more than enough for two meals! If you have rice at home, you can also make a Chinese rice bowl. The toppings included plenty of Chinese cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, carrots, bamboo shoots, quail eggs, and a little bit of meat, shrimp, and squid. They are also registered on foodpanda for takeout, which might be more cost-effective. Thank you for the meal!
