I attended a drinking party for the first time at this place located in a building facing east on the south side of Minami 2-jo, diagonally across from Manda Hospital. When you get off the elevator, you enter the restaurant-like interior, which looks clean at first glance. The decor is also beautiful, with the distinctive feature of a half-private room in a kamakura style, as introduced on their website. However, this time we were in a completely private room with a sunken kotatsu table. The room is designed to be spacious when the partition wall is removed, so you can hear the lively voices from the next room through the gap above the partition wall. Each of us ordered what we liked. The dish that left a lasting impression was the "Hokkaido Herb Pork Teppanyaki" (1 serving, excluding tax 1,090 yen). It is a dish where Hokkaido herb pork is steamed on a ceramic plate with cabbage and onions, and eaten with ponzu sauce for a refreshing taste. The mild acidity of the ponzu sauce, the sweetness of the pork fat, and the sweetness of the vegetables matched well, making it a light and delicious dish. The sashimi platter with 5 types lacked a distinctive feature. I think it was salmon, chu-toro, yellowtail, scallop, and sea bream. The waitress explained each fish, but with this lineup, you can tell just by looking at it. I think we also ordered octopus karaage and Hokkaido chicken teppanyaki. They were all decent in taste, but none of them reached the level of being impressively delicious. Now, as I mentioned in the title, all the waitresses were cute, and we ended up ordering multiple times just to interact with them (laughs). The time from ordering to serving was appropriate, and we were able to enjoy our time without feeling stressed. This review may not be worthy of being on Tabelog, but it serves as a memo (laughs). Thank you for the meal.
