I bought small colored bell peppers, small apples, tiny cherry tomatoes, and some disappointing extra spicy nanban. It didn't feel that special, I used to like it more in the past. The direct sales store at the disaster prevention station had a better selection and was more interesting to shop at. I'm curious about Ogiogi at Puchi Kitchen. Thank you for the meal.

After moving and revisiting "Nopporo Vegetable Direct Sales Office" for the first time in a while, I found that they had relocated to a beautiful new building. The previous location of "Nopporo Vegetable Direct Sales Office" can be seen here: [link provided]. The "Yumechikara Terrace" was started by Shikishima Seipan and JA Hokkaido as part of the "Yumechikara Project," which includes the "PASCO Yumepan Factory" and the "Nopporo Vegetable Direct Sales Office." Due to the current situation, the bakery was quite crowded, so I skipped it this time. I bought 3 pieces of corn for 100 yen. They were sweet, but I forgot the specific variety. My family loves coriander, so I bought some for 200 yen to use with dressing. The tomatoes that came with it were not that great. The tomatoes from Ebetsu were delicious. I bought some "Hokkaido Akari" potatoes for 100 yen, and the ones that were not standard size were fried as they were and seasoned with curry powder. The leftovers were used in a stew. I also bought some "Shishito" peppers for 100 yen, which I stir-fried with miso. Summer vegetables are cheap and delicious. It seems like they have fewer leafy vegetables than before, but visiting these direct sales offices during this season is still enjoyable.

On a certain weekday, I went on a little expedition to Yumechikara Terrace in Nishinopporo, Ebetsu City. This is a vegetable direct sales store inside the terrace. The parking lot can accommodate a good number of cars. The facilities include this direct sales store, Petit Kitchen, and Pasco bakery. Even on a weekday afternoon, people of all ages were bustling around like a roadside station. The sales area is quite spacious, with a variety of locally produced vegetables and fruits on display. On this day, as I browsed through the shelves, my excitement grew and I ended up buying a large amount of items. I bought 3 eggplants (200 yen) which were large and delicious when pickled in the morning. 3 carrots (120 yen) were not locally produced, but still tasted great. 3 cucumbers (150 yen) were fresh and had a rich flavor when I ate them the next day. The Goya (bitter melon) from Ebetsu (200 yen) was impressively large considering this year's weather conditions. I made a delicious champuru dish using pork, eggs, and tofu. The mini tomatoes called Aiko (180 yen) were colorful and had a fruity sweetness, showing the impact of this year's weather on their skin thickness and firmness. The medium-sized tomatoes (150 yen) had a better taste than the larger ones this year. A cabbage (120 yen) was heavy and required some effort to use. I struggled to finish it by myself, but if I have the chance, I would definitely buy a lot again. Thank you for the meal.

From mid-April to late November, there is a vegetable direct sales store called Nopporo Vegetable Direct Sales Store in the Nopporo area of Ebetsu City, operated by vegetable producers. I have been using it many times since it was almost completed, but this is my first review. Directly delivered from the production area! Freshly picked vegetables and fruits are sold when they are in season, so they are fresh. Popular items may be sold out by early afternoon. In addition to vegetables, there are various products such as Ebetsu milk, eggs, fresh noodles, tofu, miso, and so on. On this day, I purchased edamame, broccoli, shishito peppers, frill lettuce, pumpkin, corn, carrots, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and Raitei melon! They were all fresh and delicious. It is a reliable ally for our household, where vegetables are consumed quickly! Thank you, Nopporo, for your hospitality.

Today is the second day of my three-day weekend! I wonder if the local vegetables are in season yet? My wife and I are heading to "Noppo Vegetable Direct Sales Store" as a couple. We arrived around 10:30 in the morning, and the large parking lot was almost full - impressive! Is it okay to shop for groceries here? We entered and found that it was crowded, but surprisingly not too many people. The clientele seemed to be mostly couples around our age. There was a notice that asparagus is in short supply. I decided to buy some asparagus for 360 yen including tax. And I found my favorite "tarano me" (Japanese angelica shoots) - they look firm and fresh! I'm sure they will be delicious when fried. I'm posting a photo - please take a look! Thank you.
