I went to the lunch buffet at the 2nd floor restaurant of "Soraria Nishi-Nihon Hotel Sapporo". It seems to be very popular, so you need to make a reservation in advance to get in. The buffet menu has a system where you choose one main dish. The main dishes available when I visited were the following 4 options, each with a different price: - Cod and Cauliflower Ragout Pasta - Chicken Kiev-style with Lightly Stewed Green Peas - Saikai, Oita Prefecture, Pan-fried Sea Bream with Paprika Sauce - Hokkaido Beef Cheek Red Wine Stew The lunch buffet with a choice of main dish costs 2,300 yen. The side buffet includes roast chicken, venison stew, saury beignets, ajillo, carpaccio of yellowtail with kabosu, assorted raw ham, rice salad with raw whitebait, and more. The quality is top-notch, and everything tastes delicious. Even without the main dish, you can be satisfied. I had multiple servings because everything was so delicious, and I left feeling very full and satisfied. It was a very satisfying buffet lunch! It's been a while since I went to a hotel lunch buffet, but I highly recommend this place. The food was delicious, the atmosphere in the restaurant and the service from the staff were great. They also offer all-you-can-drink beer, wine, sparkling wine, and cocktails for 1,500 yen, which could be great for a daytime drink. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Accommodation on the second day of the Hokkaido trip is at the "Sapporo Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel". It is a popular hotel in Sapporo that ranks high. Since it was included in the tour price, the detailed amount is unknown. - Less than 10 minutes from Sapporo Station, good access - The room is a Hollywood twin with a nice view of the government office, clean - Clean large public bath (feels good) - Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options - Separate bath and toilet, a nice hotel to relax. There were many foreign visitors, but some did not follow proper manners in the lobby and lounge. I will stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

This time, I got my revenge lunch! And it was worth it! You can choose a main dish and the price varies depending on the choice. I chose the pan-fried cod as my main dish. It comes with a drink (alcoholic beverages are also available) and buffet dishes for 3000 yen! The buffet selection was also good. There were many dishes that would go well with wine. You can also enjoy unlimited wine with free drinks for 1100 yen, making it a reasonable price for a daytime drink! I highly recommend this lunch buffet♡ Thank you for the meal♪

I chose the Sapporo Solare Hotel for my trip to Sapporo because it is newly built and conveniently located near the station. One of the reasons I chose this hotel is the breakfast buffet - it was amazing! I was able to enjoy a variety of delicious dishes made with fresh local ingredients from Hokkaido, such as soup curry, Zangi, Genghis Khan, and specialties from Fukuoka like mentaiko and takana. The best part was making my own seafood bowl with shiny ikura and scallops. It was the best! I stayed for two nights but only added breakfast for one night. The cost for hotel guests is 2,500 yen and 3,000 yen for non-guests. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The standout delicious dishes were the Zangi and mousse. I highly recommend these two. The disappointing ones were the salad, scallops, and chilled tofu. The seating by the window was spacious and nice. The bread was from Mitsui, and the freshness of the salad and overall quality was superior at Keio Plaza. The service and operation were mediocre, as I had to wait in the breakfast area, and strangely, I was not even told that I was being made to wait. There was also no seating guidance. It's absolutely not okay to have different levels of service for different people (lol). The lack of attention to detail and consideration is what makes Keio Plaza fall short compared to others. Unfortunately, I won't be using their services again. Nevertheless, I was satisfied with the Zangi, mousse, and scrambled eggs. Thank you!

I made a reservation with my friends for lunch about two weeks ago. We ordered chicken as our main dish. I imagined it would be a large portion from the photos, so I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived and it was actually small. It was intricately prepared and not too heavy, which was nice. It was delicious! The buffet corner had many cute dishes like vegetable mousse and smoked salmon, all of which looked delicious. Everything was tasty! The variety of fruits for dessert was also great. And the ice cream was delicious too. I don't usually eat ice cream much, but the vanilla ice cream and kiwi sorbet were both delicious.

I made a reservation and chose one dish for each person for lunch. While waiting for the main dish to arrive, I enjoyed the all-you-can-eat buffet. There was also an option for all-you-can-drink red and white wine for an additional fee, so I indulged in that as well. Since it was a buffet at a hotel, the seating was spaced out and not too crowded. The view of the Sapporo City Hall from the south-facing window was also nice. The atmosphere was great, not just the food, and I would love to go back again!

I always prioritize cleanliness, price, large public baths, and breakfast at hotels, and I decided to stay at this hotel because it has high ratings in reviews. I remember there was a KKR Hotel in this area. It's also close to Sapporo Station. The hotel is sophisticated and the room is cozy. The large public bath is spacious and clean, no complaints there. I went to the breakfast venue as soon as it opened, but it wasn't too crowded. There was a slight line at the seafood bowl corner. As a measure against COVID-19, we were required to wear transparent gloves and use tongs to take food, but I noticed a guy who didn't wear gloves and freely took food. If you sit by the window, you can see a glimpse of the Hokkaido Government Red Brick Building and even a squirrel running by. The White French Toast is made-to-order by the chef and brought to your table. There are also options like Soup Curry, Genghis Khan, and make-your-own seafood bowl, making it a great value breakfast buffet considering the accommodation fee. You can enjoy various delicious foods from Hokkaido, making this hotel highly recommended for out-of-town tourists.

I stayed at a hotel in Sapporo. The breakfast cost 2,300 yen and was displayed at the hotel entrance. The location is next to the Hokkaido Government Office. The hotel offers a view of the government office. The room I stayed in did not have a view of the government office, but I could see it from the breakfast restaurant. This time, I stayed at a new hotel recommended by my husband. The room layout was different from the business hotel I used to stay in, and it resolved some of my dissatisfaction. The toilet and bath were separate, and there was a sliding door around the bathroom to reduce the feeling of confinement. The closet storage was replaced with a hanger rack. The TV was wall-mounted and easy to see. The room effectively utilized the designated space and looked neat. As for breakfast, it is now served from 7:00. There was no breakfast ticket, and my card key was checked. When I arrived around 7:15, all the window seats with a view of the government office were already taken. The highlight was the chef's demonstration of white French toast. There was also a variety of items in the buffet, such as rice for seafood bowls and various Hokkaido specialties like Zangi and Jagabata. I tried the Jagabata with seaweed butter and salted squid roe, which were delicious. The seaweed butter was tasty, and the thickness of the salted squid roe was satisfying. The chef explained that the white French toast was prepared by soaking bread overnight. It was served with a white sauce and nuts, which was delightful. The beef stew was not too thick and tasted good. I also tried making my own seafood bowl with different types of soy sauce. The bacon dressing on the salad was flavorful. The chef provided service to the tables, making the morning pleasant.

I stayed at a hotel in Sapporo for a winter discount using a Smile coupon and had breakfast at a buffet for 2300 yen. This place is supposed to be known for its seafood bowls, and the fact that you can eat as much salmon roe as you want is amazing! Thanks to the winter discount, I was able to eat at a great deal. I've always wanted to stay here, so I was grateful for the opportunity. It was a bit difficult to make a reservation, but the reputation is well deserved. The salmon and other dishes were fresh and delicious, and while there weren't many options, there were also Genghis Khan and other dishes that made me feel like I was in Hokkaido. It was a thoroughly delicious buffet. I forgot to take photos, but they also had cakes and such. The room was clean and felt new, and the large communal bath with an outdoor bath was refreshing and relaxing. You can also take coffee or tea back to your room when you leave. I wanted to stay at a hotel in Sapporo with a large public bath, so I stayed at the Sapporo Soraia Nishitetsu Hotel for the first time! It was a new, clean, and stylish hotel! I heard that the buffet was delicious, so I opted for the breakfast buffet. I arrived around 8 am on the last day of a 3-day weekend, and the venue was not too crowded. (There were some people lining up when I left around 9 am, so it might get busier later.) The hotel's specialties seemed to be the seafood bowl, dishes from Kyushu, and soup curry. The live cooking station featured white French toast! The seafood bowl corner had salmon, tuna (probably bluefin), sweet shrimp, and nagaimo. The seafood quality was not particularly high, but there were unique touches like balsamic vinegar and Western-style sushi rice, which made it satisfying. The soup curry was delicious and not too strong in flavor. The white French toast was served hot at the table, topped with coconut sauce and nuts, making it quite tasty! The Kyushu corner had kibinago, which I tried for the first time and enjoyed. It tasted like a vinegar dish you might find in a New Year's feast! The Genghis Khan (grilled lamb) and venison stewed in tomato sauce were also delicious and representative of Hokkaido cuisine. The hotel had a nice atmosphere, the breakfast was delicious, and it was a wonderful weekend overall. ♡

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options for you to enjoy. The highlight is definitely the seafood bowl, a Hokkaido specialty. I used the breakfast service for two days on November 23rd and 24th. Since it starts at 6:30 am, I went both days at 6:30 am. The window seats fill up quickly, and even the other seats had people waiting by 7:00 am. It felt like the capacity was exceeded compared to the number of guests. The staff seemed a bit rushed and the space felt crowded. Especially at 6:30 am, I had to line up right after entering to get food. There were seafood options and a decent variety of dishes, but I think it's more suitable for when you have plenty of time to spare rather than when you're in a hurry for business or other reasons.
