I went shopping and took a break with a McDonald's shake. It had been so long since I last had one that I couldn't remember. I realized that this was the flavor I had before. I think I have only ever ordered vanilla. And just like before, at first, I couldn't suck it up until I swirled it around and melted it.

Today I took a break at McDonald's. I had a Belgian chocolate pie, an egg tart, and a hot coffee. This is the best combination for me. The chocolate pie was delicious with rich chocolate flavor. The food court feels empty now... Mister Curry closed at the end of last year and it's all white now. There's only Red Gate Ramen, Saizeriya, McDonald's, Baskin Robbins, and Coffee Shop... I heard a new shop will be opening next month near the goat area. Maybe it will be an ice cream shop... I hope it will bring more variety to the food court.

As usual, taking a break at McDonald's. The chocolate pie is delicious ( ◠‿◠ ) It's getting colder, so I should try the hot version next time. Apparently, the GODIVA collaboration is only available at Shin-Tomi, I wish I could get it at AEON too.

October 2022 revisit: Tried McDonald's autumn limited edition "Tsukimi Burger" this time. Opted for the Tsukimi set, with a side salad and a hot coffee. In conclusion, the spring limited edition "Teritama Burger" is much tastier. Teritama is essentially the Teriyaki version of the Tsukimi Burger, but in the case of the Tsukimi Burger, the dryness of the meat patty is a concern. Whereas with Teritama, the Teriyaki sauce completely complements this dryness, creating a perfect balance. However, the story may change slightly when it comes to the "Cheese Tsukimi Burger" or the "Rich and Savory Sukiyaki Tsukimi Burger" also released at the same time. If I have the opportunity to visit McDonald's before they stop selling them, I would like to try them out. But as I was writing this, I heard that Mos Burger has released a new autumn limited edition product called "Tsukimi Teriyaki Burger". I might have to try this one first... Moving on to the store itself. As mentioned in a previous review, the Aeon Chitose store does not sell "Morning Mac" items, so if you want muffin-based menu items, you will have to go to another store. On the other hand, they start selling regular menu items from 9 am, so it's recommended for those who want a hearty meal from the morning. The dedicated eating space is not very spacious, but seating in the food court is also available, so it's not a big issue. Considering the availability of morning menu items, it's also worth thinking about how to use it in conjunction with the newly opened "Chitose Shintomi store". Suddenly overwhelmed by a "mission request," or rather, forced into a situation where I had no choice but to accept it, my work lunch plans for the day were ruined. Feeling flustered and unable to eat, I decided to try a burger I had been curious about at McDonald's. Grilled Soy Sauce-Style Double Thick Beef Burger Set - 780 yen First, the moist buns, unchanged double patties, and the perfect balance of melty cheese made for a very good combination. However, the grilled soy sauce-style sauce was a bit questionable. It tasted like a soy sauce-based barbecue sauce with a sharp edge, giving it a somewhat junky flavor. It wasn't bad at all, but if they were going for a samurai theme, I wish they would develop a sauce with a more refined taste, like a soba dipping sauce. That would be a true "Edo-style" burger. Oh wait, maybe that's Lotteria's specialty.

I had the "Potenage Dai" from McDonald's, which is currently being sold for 500 yen as part of their late-night menu. It includes a large size fries and 10 pieces of Chicken McNuggets. I often have this set for dinner lately, along with a third beer. In Chitose City, there are 36 McDonald's locations including the one in AEON Chitose. The sauce options for Chicken McNuggets are mustard or barbecue sauce, both of which I like. I really love McDonald's fries. The Potenage Dai set is 31% off and is a great deal for the late-night menu. There is also a "Potenage Tokudai" set available for 800 yen, which includes 2 large fries and 15 pieces of Chicken McNuggets. Itadakimasu!

In March 2020, McDonald's spring tradition, the "Teritama Burger," has been reintroduced with a new version called the "Tonkatsu Teritama Burger." Personally, I am not a fan of hamburgers with teriyaki sauce as I feel the strong flavor of the sauce overpowers the taste of the patty. However, this combination with tonkatsu is quite delicious. The sweet and salty teriyaki sauce complements the crispy tonkatsu, enhancing the flavor of the pork. While McDonald's offers the "Teriyaki Chicken Filet" using chicken, there is unfortunately no menu item using pork. After the limited-time Teritama series ends, introducing a "Teriyaki Tonkatsu Burger" without the egg could be a competitive move against Mos Burger's "Rosukatsu Burger." McDonald's, which has made a remarkable comeback, should continue to develop innovative menu items to further strengthen their position in the market.

Adult Cream Pie is a hot topic as a euphemism (I knew the meaning too...lol). Well, you wouldn't know if you don't know overseas slang. Be careful when you Google it, various things come up... Adult Cream Pie Sweet Fromage for 150 yen. This is a crispy pie crust kneaded with Parmesan cheese, filled with a sweet cheese cream using cream cheese. It has a hint of saltiness, and you can also enjoy a subtle sourness, making it taste like a cheese pie. It was a unique and delicious dish. They always have chocolate pie, so I'll check out what makes it adult next time. Thank you for the meal♪

On a certain weekday in Chitose City, after having lunch, I found myself with a little more time and decided to visit the McDonald's inside Aeon Chitose, which I had not been to before. The parking lot offers 1 hour free parking unconditionally, and 3 hours free parking with purchases over 1000 yen inside the mall. The McDonald's had a separate seating area from the food court, with a few counter seats and not too many tables. It was quite crowded with customers having snacks. I decided to order a "Mount Rainier Mac Shake M (180 yen)" and an "Iced Coffee M (120 yen)" using my usual coupon. Surprisingly, they served the drinks without a tray if you only ordered drinks. The Mount Rainier Mac Shake was quite sweet, unlike the less sweet one I had at a different McDonald's recently. The iced coffee tasted the same as always. Thanks to this stop, I was able to adjust my schedule. Thank you for the meal.

"I visited the store again on December 9, Sunday around 6:30 pm. I was tired after finishing another job and returning home! Oh, it's snowing outside. Spent an hour shoveling snow. When I entered the house to warm up, the room temperature was 6℃. I should have warmed it up earlier (;´Д`). So, I turned on the stove and went to Ion for some shopping. The Christmas decorations were everywhere. I thought about getting KFC, but then I saw something else - Thick Gracoro Cheese Fondue for 370 yen (with coupon) and Large Potato for 190 yen (with coupon). A dinner for 560 yen (･∀･). I couldn't resist buying it with the coupon, but isn't 190 yen for a Large Potato expensive? Maybe I should have gotten Medium (;´Д`). When Gracoro is out, it feels like winter has arrived. I wrote the same thing in my last review of this store. Consistency is key (￣▽￣) lol. Brought it home and enjoyed it in a warm room. The operation at this store is always clean. The wrapping, layering of ingredients, even if the ingredients are the same, if it looks messy, it doesn't taste good (･∀･). This year's Gracoro had a Cheese Fondue flavor. It had large bacon pieces in the fondue sauce, which was rich! It's delicious, but I still prefer the regular Gracoro (●´ω`●)〇Countdown to 1000 reviews〇 Only 7 more reviews to go until the 1000th review (●´ω`●). I tried the coffee jelly parfait at Kissaten Mac that I was curious about. Now, I'm taking a break with my usual hot coffee. The parfait was tastier than I expected. ^_^

Today I had the Chicken Tatsuta set at McDonald's. The fries and hot coffee were a classic combination and the McDonald's meal was delicious! (＾ω＾)

I tried the strawberry daifuku pie. The red bean paste, mochi, and strawberry pulp are delicious. I also like apple pie, but this one is good too. It's a limited-time offer, so I have to eat it again before it's gone.

I tried the Samurai Mac that I was curious about. I chose the one with thick beef bacon tomato, but it was hard to eat (＞＜). It was delicious, but I think the one with egg and cheese may have been better.

Today I took a break at McDonald's. The Gracoro was delicious ( ◠‿◠ ) I was curious about the Beef Stew Pie, so I tried it. It was good, not a disappointment. McDonald's never fails to deliver.

At Ion's McDonald's, I took a break with iced coffee, cola float, Chiki-Chi, and apple pie. They were delicious as always. The food court no longer has Marugame Seimen, and now even Baskin Robbins is closed... It's lonely.

I went to the McDonald's at the mall and bought a Chicken Cheese Set (with iced coffee), Doraemon Chocolate Banana Pie, and Nuggets because they were cheap. It was delicious as always ( ◠‿◠ ) I ate it with my daughter.

I tried the Tsujiri Matcha Latte Shake and it was delicious! The nuggets were ¥390, so I bought them for the kids to eat. McDonald's always has a consistent taste.
