Visited with family 😊 Started with oysters. 6 pieces of raw oysters ✌️ 3 pieces of fried oysters ✌️ 3 pieces of grilled oysters ✌️ 1 poke bowl with tuna and avocado 3 types of aged meat selection 300g Garlic stir-fried shrimp Tail soup pho. Finished with lots of drinks, and it came out to be quite reasonable for 3 people at 19,000 yen‼️

I ordered the course menu and they brought the next dish at the right timing, so I didn't have to wait too long and could enjoy a nice flow of the meal! They also had a good selection of drinks for all-you-can-drink menu, and they even made drinks that were not on the menu. The service was great too. Of course, the food was delicious without any complaints, so I highly recommend this place!

The clientele consists of young people, women, and foreigners, creating a different atmosphere from the typical Susukino image, which is a positive thing. The drink menu focuses on craft beer and wine, so it may not be suitable for those looking to enjoy shochu, for example, so be aware of that. This time, we just had a quick glass of wine, but the a la carte menu items being carried around looked delicious.

I made a reservation for a group dinner at "SALT MODERATE" for those who live in Sapporo and love oysters. The selection was perfect for oyster lovers, with plenty of oysters served. The combination of oysters, salmon roe, and sea urchin was not only visually stunning but also delicious! The oysters were creamy and rich, while the popping texture of the salmon roe and the melt-in-your-mouth flavor of the sea urchin blended together in the mouth, creating a truly luxurious experience. In addition to oysters, we also had steak and other dishes, but there was so much food that we couldn't finish it all, especially for those who are not big fans of oysters. The portion sizes were generous. This restaurant is highly recommended for fun gatherings, family outings, or romantic dates. We had a wonderful time and would love to visit again.

I really wanted to eat delicious oysters from Hokkaido, so I visited this place for the first time in about 8 years. While it's nice to eat cheap, small oysters quickly, the oysters at this restaurant are large and rich in flavor. You can also compare oysters from various regions, each with a completely different taste. If you want to savor each oyster one by one, this place is highly recommended.

I met up with a friend after 4 years and made a reservation to visit this restaurant. I mainly focus on the all-you-can-drink option, so I ordered a 3 kinds of oysters tasting, fish & chips, and stir-fried beef. The fish & chips were cut into large pieces and were delicious. I tried white beer for the first time in a while during the all-you-can-drink, and it was so good that I ended up drinking several glasses. The sours were average, and the 2580 yen all-you-can-drink was a bit pricey, but I recommend it for beer lovers!

I visited this restaurant because I was craving oysters. They serve a dish called "Maruemon," which is oysters topped with plenty of salmon roe and sea urchin. It's so luxurious! You can choose between raw and grilled oysters, so even those who don't like raw oysters can enjoy it. (I feel like it's hard to find a place in Sapporo that serves Maruemon oysters.)

The oyster platter is a great deal and delicious. The fried oysters, grilled oysters, and raw oysters are all the same price... haha. They have both meat and seafood options, and it's a stylish and convenient restaurant. It's nice that they open at 3 pm. It's better to make a reservation. Next time, I want to try more of their meat dishes.

I made a reservation at the counter because I heard there is a seating charge for table seats. The restaurant was lively and had a fun atmosphere! There were many menu options to choose from. The 6 types of oysters for 2500 yen were a great deal - personally, I liked the Konbumori and Maruemon oysters the best! (As we head into summer, for those who eat raw oysters, if you feel any sliminess or smell, be sure to let the staff know to exchange them for you... not just at this restaurant)

I made a reservation at the request of my wife. It seems to be a very popular restaurant where reservations are necessary. We started at the counter. The salad and poke were fresh and delicious. And of course, the meat and oysters too. We selected fillet and ribeye for the meat, and a plate of six steamed oysters and an oyster platter for the oysters. The meat was very impressive, especially the fillet, which was the best meat I've had recently!

The atmosphere was not too lively, and I was able to enjoy a calm meal. The ambiance is suitable for friends or even a date. I tried a 6-piece comparison of raw oysters from different regions, and they were all delicious and large. The ones topped with salmon roe and sea urchin were especially amazing. The amount of salmon roe was generous and very tasty. We also had a platter of three types of meat. The beef was tender and had a fine texture. The side of fried potatoes had a hint of sweetness and was delicious. We also ordered sautéed asparagus with butter, as well as muscat grapes with mozzarella, and every dish was delicious and satisfying.

Located in Chuo Ward, Sapporo, Hokkaido. On this day, my father from Sendai came to Sapporo to visit, and invited me to have a meal together. Excited for the reunion, I gladly accepted the invitation and headed to the restaurant. Here is what we ordered: - Assorted fresh oysters from 3 different regions: ¥1,200 - Garlic herb butter grilled corn: ¥800 - Parmesan fried corn: ¥700 - Salt-motif foie gras steak Oyster Rossini: ¥2,800 - Butter-grilled green asparagus: ¥850 - Firefly squid carpaccio: ¥800 - Live scallop: ¥950 The highlight was the plate of fresh oysters, each from a different region, allowing us to enjoy and compare the unique flavors and sizes. The garlic herb butter grilled corn was a warm and addictive dish, perfect with drinks. The fried corn was sweet and crispy, a delightful snack. The foie gras steak with oyster on top was a luxurious and flavorful combination. The butter-grilled asparagus was a must-try vegetable in Hokkaido. The meal ended with a refreshing carpaccio and live scallop, a perfect way to conclude the first round. We enjoyed the drinks as well, making it a memorable night. The restaurant was bustling with customers, so making a reservation in advance is recommended. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience.

Visited Salt Moderato for the first time. They have private rooms where you can smoke iQOS. I heard the oysters are delicious, and indeed they were! The steamed shellfish assortment was tasty without any fishy smell. The shells were soft and full of flavor. The garlic in the aioli was subtle but brought out the essence of the ingredients. They offer a variety of drinks and snacks. It's a great place for a second round. Thank you for the meal!

A shop where you can eat various types of oysters. The interior has a Hawaiian feel. I requested a private room and went to the second floor. The room was cute and blue. However, the chairs kept making a squeaking noise every time they moved, and I could hear the chairs at the next table squeaking too. It felt a bit unsettling. We ordered pickles, seafood ajillo, fried horse mackerel, and steamed shellfish. They were delicious! It felt more like a place for a second round rather than a first round. In this day and age, smokers might feel a bit uncomfortable as smoking is allowed.

I impulsively entered a cool and stylish beach house-like restaurant with a laid-back atmosphere in Hawaii casual style because I wanted to eat fresh oysters. It was past 7 PM on a Sunday, so the restaurant was bustling with people. Luckily, we were seated right away. We ordered a platter of 6 types of fresh oysters, sparkling wine, and Japanese sake, specifically "Tanaka." The fresh oysters were amazing, with a smooth umami flavor that spread throughout my entire mouth, making it incredibly delicious. I wanted to have them with ponzu sauce, but they only provided lemon. I wonder if they would have given it to me if I asked for it. Both the sparkling wine and Japanese sake were great choices for pairing with the oysters.

After the meal, I went to have a glass of Hoegaarden White. There were delicious looking meats and shellfish, and I regretted not coming here first. The meat was so good! A friend suggested another glass, so I tried the fresh oysters. They were small but delicious! I will definitely come back for the meat next time!

I compared six types of oysters. Maruemon from Akkeshi Town, Konbu Mori from Kushiro Town, Fukkou Wan from Mori Town, Chitonaicho Town, and Jutsumachi Town, as well as Miyagi Prefecture and Hokkaido Prefecture oysters. The Miyagi oysters are thin and can be easily eaten in one bite with a squeeze of lemon. The Hokkaido oysters are thick and I ate them in two bites. Eating them raw and plain is delicious.

I visited with a friend for a pub crawl after hearing that they serve craft beer from Hawaii. We ordered roast beef, fresh oysters from Chitau, and Kona Beer's Big Wave. It was my first time trying Kona Beer, and I found it easy to drink with a mild bitterness. It had a refreshing and fruity aroma. The roast beef was thinly sliced but packed with meaty flavor, very delicious. The fresh oysters from Chitau had a rich oyster taste with less of the typical smell, making them very easy to eat. The restaurant does not have a smoking section, so it may not be suitable for those who dislike smoke. Personally, I didn't mind, so I was satisfied with the experience!

Near Susukino Station on the Toho Line, there is an oyster bar. We started by ordering the Oyster Platter with 9 pieces for 4,200 yen to compare different types of oysters. The oysters topped with plenty of salmon roe caught our attention. The texture is firm and easy to swallow. For beef, they offer domestic rib eye, American lamp, and Kamifura Wagyu sirloin (premium lean meat). The outer layer is seared, and the inside is thick slices of lean meat, which is delicious. They also provide mustard and garlic chips, but eating with salt was the best. For dessert, we had coriander soup with oxtail. It's delicious to slightly soak the rice in the soup. The price is a bit high, but it's worth it.
