【Takeout Available】A pickle shop opened on the main street of Hachiken in Nishi Ward in August 2019. They specialize in natural foods and the shop is located along Kotoni-Sakaemachi Street, about 250 meters from the intersection with Shimoine Street, heading towards Kotoni. It's a 7-8 minute walk from JR Kotoni Station. I revisited around 4:30 PM on June 25, 2022, and it felt like I had been here before, maybe drinking green coffee. The interior of the shop is reminiscent of small bottles of pickles with something inside each one. The price for a single bottle is a little over four digits, which made me hesitate. I chose the green coffee, which had a strong and rich flavor, and it was delicious whether as a latte or iced coffee with honey. While enjoying my drink, I had a pleasant conversation with the staff and suddenly felt a new desire for change! I ended up purchasing two bottles of pickles, one miso-based and the other a normal cucumber pickle, both with a vinegar kick. Perfect for the hot summer weather! ♡

Pickle shop^ ^ Vinegar is good for the body! Let's go inside the store~ Wow~! Various pickles are lined up. They come in stylish bottles that would look cute in the kitchen (o^^o) They all look good for the body, and good for smooth skin! For ordering, ◆Quail eggs with mustard seeds 970 yen ◆Yacon 890 yen I decided on the quail eggs. They make a great snack with alcohol^ - ^ When asked what tastes good with vegetables, they recommended the Yacon. A vegetable I saw at the Obihiro market. Both go perfectly with wine. I can't stop drinking wine... I want to try the other pickles too. After finishing, I wash the empty bottles and cut radishes, cucumbers, and carrots into stick shapes to make pickles. I was actually interested in these bottles^^; Thank you for the meal~

When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, it is a rare disease designated by the government. Unfortunately, there is still no medication that suits me. This review is based on my condition and consultation. Likes and comments may be delayed, so thank you in advance. [August 2019] "Pickle Lab Hokkaido" is a specialty pickle store that is particular about using Hokkaido vegetables. It opened on August 20, 2019. I visited for the first time with my usual companion. This store is located in the Yaken area of Nishi Ward, Sapporo, along the Kotoni-Sakaemachi street. For detailed location information, please check the address on Tabelog. It is truly a specialty pickle store. There are 4 types of flavors, each distinguished by the color of the lid on the jar. There are about 10 types of pickles in total, categorized into Japanese-style, Western-style, Spicy, and Sweet. On the day of my visit, there were 6 samples available, and I tried 5 of them. The one I liked the most from the samples, "Spicy Garlic Zucchini," I purchased. Although there was no sample, I also bought the unusual "Quail Egg Mustard." Spicy Garlic Zucchini: A truly spicy pickle. It has a moderate acidity and is easy to enjoy. The crispy texture is nice. It pairs well with wine or beer. It also seems like a good accompaniment to pasta or curry rice. Price: 750 yen (tax included) Quail Egg Mustard: The quail eggs are from Muroran Quail Garden. It has a subtle acidity and a hint of mustard flavor. The crispy texture is nice. It pairs well with wine or beer. I think it would be a great appetizer. Price: 850 yen (tax included) The store uses Hokkaido ingredients, ensuring safe and quality products. With a wide variety of flavors, you can find a pickle that suits your taste. The Japanese-style pickles use products from "Nanakura Konbu" in Yamabana. The store also sells products from "Nanakura Konbu." I think it's a good choice for home use or as a small gift. It would make a stylish gift. I wonder which pickle I'll choose next time. Thank you for the delicious meal.
