This is the Ion Sapporo Naeho store, part of the Ion group that I sometimes use. Lately, I often buy this for lunch: the "Assorted Ingredients Onigiri (¥258 + tax)". It's a rice ball with ingredients like chashu pork and salmon stuck all over the surface. On this day, I chose scallop. I warmed it up in the microwave next to the register and sat on the second floor food court. The window counter seats in this food court are equipped with AC, USB outlets, and Wi-Fi, which is very convenient. The downside of this onigiri is that the ingredients are not wrapped inside, so your hands get dirty when you eat it. Once you peel off the wrapping, it's time to get a wet towel. The scallop, about twice the size of a baby scallop, is coated in a sweet and savory sauce and sits on top of the rice ball, creating a striking visual. Itadakimasu! The scallop is tender without being overcooked, and while I personally prefer a stronger flavor, the mild seasoning is still appreciated. A large shiso leaf is sandwiched between the scallop and rice, and I think a little extra touch like this enhances the overall experience. I will definitely visit either of these stores again. Thank you for the meal.

Last month, on June 10th and 11th, a "Mie-Nagoya-Tokai Fair" was held at 37 Aeon stores in Hokkaido. Popular Nagoya dishes such as "Ankake Spaghetti" and delicious ingredients from the Tokai region were showcased. My niece bought me a special treat from the fair - "Taiwan Ramen" from the beloved Aichi brand, Jyukkaiya Food Products. Despite being labeled as Taiwanese, this dish actually originated in Nagoya. The toppings typically include stir-fried ground meat, leeks, and bean sprouts, but I added some leftover "Leek and Liver" from last night. It was spicy! My nose was running like a faucet from the heat! However, I can't help but think that it's more delicious than the overly spicy Taiwan Ramen from the popular Nagoya restaurant, Aisen!

This is a delivery from the Ion net supermarket. Here are some items I purchased:
- Clam and rapeseed flower mixed rice bento box 498 yen
- Mackerel miso stew 178 yen
- Satou sliced rice cake (1kg) 698 yen
- Gokuno Ito natto (3 pack)
The clam and rapeseed flower mixed rice bento box is a spring limited edition, I think. I love clams, so I would like to try it again if I have the chance. I have tried the mackerel soy sauce stew from the same series before, but I think I prefer the miso stew. I've been craving rice cakes lately, so I bought some. The natto was around 120 yen and it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

This is my usual delivery from Aeon Net Super. This time, I will introduce some of the products I purchased from Aeon's "Kanto Fair". Not only limited to products sold in specific regions, but also includes items that are usually sold in Hokkaido. Lemon milk, lemon dorayaki, shichimi mayo kari, walnut cake (Tokyo almond), Yokohama tonkotsu house, Yokohama family style, Yokohama family style. I saw the lemon milk online and was interested in it. It has a slight acidity and is a refreshing milk to drink. If it is sold here, I would like to buy it occasionally. I originally like milk, but for those who are not fond of the taste of milk, this might be something they can enjoy. I am a fan of soy sauce ramen, but my next favorite is tonkotsu shoyu. I bought a few to try. I'm not sure if the products are limited to certain regions or if they are sold nationwide, but if I have the chance, I would like to purchase them again. I would like to try various items next time there is a fair. Thank you for the meal.

This is the usual delivery from Aeon Net Super. The "Red Rice Bento" (458 yen) included sweet red bean rice, salted mackerel, croquette, rolled omelette, shumai, vegetable tempura, and simmered vegetables (carrot, sweet potato, lotus root). I noticed that it didn't come with small packets of soy sauce or sauce, which was a bit disappointing, but maybe in a store you can pick them up at the counter to take with you? The "Inari Sushi" (298 yen) was decent, not exceptionally delicious but considering the price, it was good value. The "Cut White Cabbage" (98 yen) is probably often used for pickles or hot pot, but I like to eat it raw in salads. I used to not think of raw cabbage in salads, but after trying it at a Nepalese curry place, I started using it at home and it's surprisingly tasty. The "Egg Soy Sauce Natto" was interesting, but the egg flavor wasn't too strong. I usually prefer natto with medium-sized beans rather than the tiny ones, so I might go back to the regular soy sauce natto next time. It cost around 118 yen. I will definitely use their service again. Thank you for the meal.

This is my usual Aeon Net Super delivery. This time, I ordered products from the Aeon Hiroshima, Sanin-Sanyo Fair, and a bento box that I had tried once before.
- Pork Cutlet & Mixed Rice Bento Box (498 yen)
- Cream Daifuku with Amaou Strawberry
- Cream Daifuku with Red Bean Custard
- Shirabara Fruit Milk
- Shirabara Coffee Milk
- Navel Orange (Liqueur Sparkling Sake Can)
I forgot the exact prices, but the Cream Daifuku was around 200 yen each, and the milk and sparkling sake were around 110 yen each. I remember that Hachitendo used to have a shop in the food section of Esta, but I think there are no direct stores in Hokkaido now. So, I took this opportunity to order.
I had seen Shirabara milk online and was curious about it. The taste is typical, but not overly sweet, which was nice. The Navel Orange (Liqueur Sparkling Sake Can) had a light taste and was very easy to drink. After being seriously ill for about half a year, I had hardly been drinking alcohol, so this light type was just right. Everything was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

My smartphone is currently broken and being repaired by the manufacturer. I am using a temporary phone, but I am unable to log in to download apps, view my timeline, read comments, or reply to messages. It is uncertain if I will be able to use the app immediately after the repair is completed. I may be on a break for a while, so please understand. I can still post drafts that have already been uploaded without using the app. Today's meal was from Aeon Net Super, with Rigatoni pasta in a Bolognese-style tomato sauce with vegetables. It was delicious and I would like to eat it again. I also had red rice with adzuki beans, which I enjoyed. Ready-to-eat rice like this is convenient for emergencies. Lately, I have been enjoying salted kelp. I tried a unique popcorn flavor called "Extreme Dashi" and it was delicious. I also ordered grated sauce natto, which I found tasty and may order again. Thank you for the meal.

I purchased the following items through the usual Ion Net Super home delivery service:
- White Fish Fry with Tartar Sauce (298 yen)
- Kimchi (188 yen)
- Tasmania Beef Curry (Spicy) (258 yen)
- Shingen (cup noodles)
The PB products here are categorized by the color of the label, with "Best Price" (yellow label) indicating cheap prices but mediocre quality. "Red" label products are average, with some being made by famous manufacturers in the industry, so you can get good quality items at a low price. "Black" label products are slightly more expensive but of good quality.
The White Fish Fry with Tartar Sauce is similar to the Mapo Eggplant I previously purchased, with two side dishes included alongside the main dish. The White Fish Fry comes with broccoli, potato salad, and tomato sauce pasta as side dishes. However, it's not the type of taste that goes well with rice as a main dish. The Mapo Eggplant was better in that regard.
The Kimchi is okay, not particularly bad in quality or taste. It's not exceptionally delicious, but it's not bad either. I might try ordering a slightly more expensive Kimchi next time to compare and see which one offers better taste and value.
The Tasmania Beef Curry (Black label) is delicious and offers good value for a retort curry. It contains chunky pieces of meat, which are usually found in retort curries priced around 400-600 yen per serving. It's impressive to have solid pieces of meat at this price point. It seems to be popular as it can be sold out, so I recommend buying it when you see it available.
The Shingen cup noodles are a collaboration with a well-known ramen shop. I haven't been to the actual shop, so I can't judge how well the taste is replicated in the cup noodles. However, for cup noodles, it's quite tasty. I can't remember the exact price, but it's around 300 yen. I will definitely use this service again. Thank you for the meal!

This is a review of Ion's online supermarket delivery service. I accidentally posted it prematurely while drafting, so I had to repost it later. I try not to have posts from the same store or similar genre appear consecutively in my feed, but this time I had to make an exception. Anyway, I enjoyed the Mixed Seaweed Bento (398 yen), Spinach Mix (198 yen), Big Bacon Spinach Butter Soy Sauce Pasta (218 yen), and Black Pork Shumai (218 yen). They were all delicious. Thank you for the meal.

This is a review of the Ion Net Super home delivery service. With purchases of 5000 yen or more, the delivery fee is waived. In addition to groceries, you can also buy household items and clothing. Here are some of the food items purchased this time:
- Rice ball & side dish set (298 yen)
- Inari sushi (298 yen)
- Mapo eggplant (298 yen)
- The ☆ Shumai (438 yen)
The rice ball & side dish set includes 4 types of furikake with sesame salt rice balls and side dishes like fried chicken, fish cake, potato salad, rolled omelet, meatballs, red Vienna sausages, and a small portion of ketchup spaghetti at the bottom. While it may not be filling as a single meal, it is quite affordable and convenient.
The inari sushi comes in a pack of 6 and is quite tasty. The mapo eggplant is a frozen food item that includes mapo eggplant as the main dish with side dishes like thick fried tofu in Chinese sauce and Chinese-style egg and bok choy. It's a delicious and cost-effective set.
The ☆ Shumai is a pack of 9 frozen dumplings. Among all the shumai available in supermarkets, this one is my favorite. It's authentic, meaty, and delicious. Highly recommended. I will definitely use this service again. Thank you for the meal!

It's more like delivery, or rather, it's the Ion Net Super. Since I was discharged from the hospital and can't walk much, I can't go shopping at the nearby supermarket, so I've started using the delivery service of the online supermarket for my daily shopping. If you purchase over 5000 yen at once, the delivery fee is free, so I bought various items including toilet paper and other daily necessities. Here are some items I purchased this time: Tonkatsu & mixed rice bento (498 yen), marinated horse mackerel (398 yen), onion salad (98 yen), canned salmon with bones (280 yen). This time, I tried ordering a bento for the first time. It's a simple bento with only tonkatsu and mixed rice, but the price and taste are moderate, so I think it's not bad. I've been ordering the marinated horse mackerel every time I place an order recently. It comes with 6 small pieces. The sweet vinegar sauce is packed a lot, but the first time I opened it without thinking, I threw it away. When I tried it, I realized that the mackerel was marinated with chopped onions and carrots, so from the next time, I started buying cut vegetables like onions and marinating them with the sauce to eat. Lastly, the canned salmon with bones. I've been into fish recently, and fish canned food is delicious, right? I don't know much about nutrition, but fish canned food can be eaten with bones, so I feel like it's good for the body. I want to continue using it in the future. Thank you for the meal ☆

Today is the first day of my two-day weekend! I had a delicious one-coin lunch for lunch. Then, on my way back, I stopped by the Aeon Nayamatsu store to do some shopping. I made a reservation for the annual "osechi" for New Year's Eve. The popular osechi dishes were almost sold out, but I managed to make a reservation. I explored the deli section and found some interesting dishes like "chanpon" and "ankake yakisoba" supervised by famous restaurants. However, I also found a soba dish supervised by Soba restaurant Soden. It was made with Hokkaido soba flour and local chicken, and the broth was original and delicious. After microwaving for 6 minutes, it was ready to eat. Overall, the soba was good, but the chicken was a bit tough. It was a unique experience to try microwavable soba from a famous restaurant. That's all for now.

I searched for a buzz recipe to consume a large amount of lettuce, but nothing really came up, so I created a different recipe. I ended up using cheap pork pieces instead of pork belly. It turned out pretty tasty, but I think it would have been better with pork belly. Then, the next day, I found pork belly for 98 yen per 100g. I'll go with pork belly next time.
