I had tuna, toro (fatty tuna), rare toro steak, toro with wasabi, assorted tuna, tuna sashimi, tuna tartare sushi, shrimp tempura, crab miso with shiso leaf, simmered conger eel, pork salt kalbi (short ribs) totaling 11 plates, and firefly squid from Fukui Prefecture. I ate a lot! The miso soup had only one piece of pork and was lacking in ingredients. The crab miso with shiso leaf was not quite what I expected. The rare toro steak was delicious and had a trendy flavor. I ended up eating mostly tuna. It was a fun experience, and I will definitely come back. Thank you for the meal.

I found out from a reviewer that the soy sauce dishes were missing, so I immediately checked when I entered the store (lol). The soy sauce dishes were available at the Ebetsu store, phew (lol). I was curious about the fair's cod milt gunkan and ankimo, so I ordered them. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of cod milt... I challenged myself this time, and surprisingly, it was quite good without any strong taste. The creamy ankimo had a flavor I liked. I also ordered a trio of tuna, marinated tuna, shrimp tempura, and pink tuna, as well as avocado, pork salt kalbi mayo, and cheese hamburger, all of which are my favorite toppings. The miso soup with clams was served in a large bowl with plenty of clams (just as mentioned in another reviewer's review). I was satisfied. For dessert, I had the adult's rich tiramisu, which was different from the picture (the picture looked more beautiful and delicious). It was just average. I think they are doing their best. Prices have gone up a lot, so there might have been a slight increase in price, but I can't tell by looking at the plate. I came back to Hamazushi and tried the corn sushi for the first time. It was pretty delicious! I was hungry so I ate a variety of sushi toppings and had a great time. The 200 yen milk crepe was surprisingly large and quite tasty, a good deal. I'm satisfied and had a great meal. Thank you!

☆First visit on July 31, 2022☆ My son's baseball team won a great victory! They will be playing in the semi-finals and finals the next day, so we will be back at Asao Ballpark tomorrow. We only had one game today, which ended in the morning, so my whole family made various stops and ended up here after lunchtime. I left the driving to my wife, so I could enjoy my beer! I have been to Hamazushi in the ion parking lot several times. The sushi rice is small and easy to eat, so I can eat as many plates as I want. My favorite is the assorted tuna plate. This month's fifth food adventure was at "Hama Sushi" in Ebetsu. First, I tried the two limited edition black wagyu sushi pieces, and then a platter of three types of tuna sushi. The rice portions were small, but that allowed for a variety of options and more plates to try. One thing that bothered me was the sharp angle of the tablet at the counter seats, making it difficult to see clearly without leaning forward.

I went to Ebetsu for some errands and ended up getting hungry. Lately, both me and my companion have become obsessed with the deliciousness of yellowtail (before, we only focused on salmon). For lunch, we wanted to eat yellowtail, so we went to Hamazushi. We sat at the counter and ordered through the touch panel. You can only order four items at a time, which is a bit limiting. We kept ordering yellowtail one after another. When our craving for yellowtail subsided, we tried some other dishes, but they were all just okay. So we went back to ordering yellowtail, and we finished with our usual kappa maki. The total came to 1380 yen, and we were satisfied. Hamazushi also serves delicious ramen, and their Hamacafe seems quite authentic too. If we get tired of yellowtail, we'll give those a try next time! Thank you, Hamazushi Ebetsu branch!

This restaurant of Hamazushi has some super ultra close relatives working there. It used to be a different store until recently, but now it's the Ebetsu store. Well, I know they are busy, so I'll just eat quietly like a regular customer and leave quietly. Hmm, how about some steamed oysters? Alright, this is it! Yeah, it's not the most delicious thing, but oysters are best eaten raw. You can't expect to get raw oysters at a place like this. My favorite boiled shrimp is no longer on the menu (´･ω･`). Oh well, I'll just have to settle for shrimp with mayo. Oh, wait? This shrimp with mayo is actually delicious (^^). Other than that, there wasn't any standout sushi. I had some favorites like prosciutto and squid tempura sushi. Oh, I should try the Yokohama-style ramen too. It does take a while for the ramen to arrive, huh (^^). Hmm, what makes this Yokohama-style ramen? Maybe it's the spinach they use? The broth is rich, but it's not the typical tonkotsu ramen. The seaweed and spinach give it a Yokohama-style vibe, but the noodles are straight and not curly, and the chashu isn't smoked (´･ω･`). But the smoked egg was delicious (^^). Anyway, I'm not looking for luxury at Hamazushi. I just want to eat plenty of sushi without spending too much money. You know, did the food here taste better than last time I visited? Even with set recipes and standardized menus nationwide, the final taste depends on the person making it. I'm not defending the relatives working there, but the taste can change with different people. Even in chain stores, there's a way to enjoy it properly. Let's give fair evaluations to nationwide chain restaurants too (^^). I'll visit again soon. Even if it's a different location, I'll enjoy the changes in taste here ♫

I finished watching the movie "Woman of the Crime Lab - The Movie" on my day off and went out to eat. On weekdays during the day, if I don't drink beer, I tend to eat a lot. My husband calls me "sometimes a sieve (with alcohol) and sometimes a swamp (without alcohol)." I was disappointed that they didn't have salmon roe, but I enjoyed fatty tuna, saury, and bonito. I could still eat more, so I had a bowl of ramen from a local shop with extra garlic. I wanted to eat more, but I resisted and took the rest home. The bill was 2000 yen.

It's almost my birthday, so I asked her to treat me. She said okay, jokingly. The kids working there seem to be rich (*꒳*)⸝⋆｡✧♡.
