Ordered the ultimate miso ramen in a large portion. It had a miso butter flavor with a rich and flavorful soup that brought out the umami of the vegetables. The noodles were thin and curly, but I wish they were a bit thicker. The ingredients were a bit cold, which was a bit disappointing.

I visited Sapporo on a business trip and had miso ramen in the middle of the night. There was a huge crowd even at night due to the inbound demand. Sapporo is popular, isn't it? I visited here without much research because I was drunk. Personally, it wasn't delicious. It wasn't the miso flavor I like. The curly egg noodles were delicious though.

I visited for a drink and decided to have ramen as a final meal. I originally wanted to eat at Sumire, but the line was too long so I went to the New Ramen Alley instead. It was around 10pm and all the shops had long lines, but I was able to get in without waiting. I ordered the Ultimate Miso Ramen without hesitation. Even though I was quite full, it was a gentle soup that was just right for a finishing touch and it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Every time I come to Hokkaido, I visit this restaurant. I usually come for lunch, but this time I came for the first time at night. A perfect dish that hits the spot after drinking, better at night than during the day. I finished everything, even the soup! It's hard to compare with the okonomiyaki I had for lunch, but I really love this restaurant.

It's around 2:00 pm on Saturday. I had miso ramen and a bottled beer. The staff, especially the female server who led me to a seat with good air conditioning, was incredibly kind. The meal was delicious and I had a comfortable dining experience. Thank you very much. It was a great meal.

I visited the restaurant in search of the "Wang Dao Miso Butter Corn" dish. It was around 8 pm on a Friday night, and the restaurant was not crowded, so I was able to get a table right away. The miso ramen with a rich buttery flavor was exactly what I was looking for! They also had other appealing dishes like the salmon roe bowl on the menu.

During a business trip to Sapporo, I visited Ramen Yokocho in the middle of the night. After drinking quite a bit, all the ramen shops were crowded, but the one at the far end of Ramen Yokocho was relatively empty, so I decided to give it a try. I was quite drunk, so I think it tasted good, but I don't remember much. The soup was rich, and the noodles were typical of Sapporo style with a slight curl.

Visited on Saturday at 12:30. Located at the back of the New Ramen Alley, an elderly female staff member was enthusiastically serving customers and trying to attract them. The restaurant is situated near Susukino intersection, attracting tourists continuously. Inside the restaurant, it was very hot due to the heat from the kitchen. There was only one oscillating fan for cooling, and a small radio near the entrance was playing a loud AM program with crackling sound. After drinking three bottles of Kirin Ichiban Shibori beer (500 yen each), I ordered the Ultimate Miso Ramen (850 yen), which took about 10 minutes to be served. The curly noodles had a good texture, typical of Sapporo ramen, but the soup lacked depth and flavor. A sign at the counter mentioned that their salt and soy sauce ramen does not contain garlic to avoid bad breath, but the miso ramen also seemed to lack garlic flavor. In the open kitchen visible from the counter seats, three elderly men in their 60s and 70s were working hard in the heat. While I respect their dedication at their age, it felt like it was time for them to pass on their skills to younger generations given the slightly off feeling in the restaurant.

Visited before noon. The Ramen Alley is understandably empty at this time. I was seated by the staff's inviting gestures. I didn't realize it was a system where you buy tickets from a machine. Before I knew it, the lady came over and I paid in advance. I will be dining at the counter seats inside the restaurant. The atmosphere is not exactly clean, with a dimly lit, well-used kitchen surrounded by counter seats. It seems to be a ramen that has won awards in a contest organized by the Nikkan Sports newspaper. The yellow curly noodles are impressive. The miso soup is not too rich, but light and easy to drink. Toppings include diced chashu and plenty of green onions. This is a traditional miso ramen. Later, I realized that this is not the Ramen Alley, but the New Ramen Alley. I actually wanted to go to the Ramen Alley.

I visited for a meal after drinking. The ramen was very delicious. Even though I came to finish the meal, I also ordered beer and gyoza. The combination of flavors made me eat everything with great gusto. I would like to visit again when I go out for drinks.

I came to Sapporo from Tokyo and went out to have dinner around 9pm. I was hungry so I quickly went into a side street and used a restaurant where I could easily get in. I ordered a miso ramen with plenty of green onions for 950 yen. The noodles were firm and the soup was moderately thick. It was delicious. Many customers were ordering a set of ikura donburi and half ramen. I would like to try that next time.

Located in the New Ramen Alley in the basement of the 3rd Green Building along Route 36 in Susukino, Sapporo, Hokkaido, is Tastes Number One Tsubasa. On a Saturday, May 13th, I started drinking in the afternoon and went on a patrol of Susukino, visiting a few places before ending up here for a final bowl of ramen. It was around 1:30 am when I arrived. Some shops had already closed for the night, but "Akarenga" and "Tastes Number One Tsubasa" were still open. A signboard outside the store mentioned that they had won the first prize in the Daily Sports Most Valuable Ramen Award through a survey of readers' favorite ramen. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed a spacious L-shaped counter surrounding the kitchen area, with one raised table seating area towards the back. There was a ticket machine near the entrance, but the staff kindly guided us to our seats and took our order directly. Payment was made after the meal. The most popular item here is the "Ultimate Miso Ramen" priced at 850 yen. I decided to try the "Ultimate Miso Butter Corn Ramen" for 1050 yen, which is the same as the miso ramen but with added butter and corn toppings. The soup was surprisingly light and clear, with a mild taste. The default toppings included diced chashu, menma, chopped green onions, and I added butter and corn. The noodles were the restaurant's original yellow curly noodles, which had a good texture and mixed well with the soup. We also ordered the fried rice and gyoza. The fried rice was served with a slice of chashu on top, and it had a light salty flavor. The gyoza was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and had a thin skin. This visit was my first in about 27-28 years, and it made me want to explore more of the ramen alley shops again.

This is a restaurant located at the back of the New Ramen Alley that stays open until late at night, perfect for ending a night out with friends who are visiting Hokkaido. I usually order the miso ramen or chashu noodles, but I recommend the "Tsubasa Ramen" to my friends. It truly captures the essence of Hokkaido and is an incredibly delicious bowl of noodles.

Visited on March 30, 2023! The ultimate miso ramen for 850 yen with a small rice for 150 yen. The char siu pork slices are not just one piece, but 5-6 pieces of cubed char siu, and there is also minced meat included, which is quite good. The minced meat in the ramen makes the soup even tastier, and I end up drinking all of it, which leaves me feeling full.

I was looking for a place to have a closing ramen and found this place at the far end of the New Ramen Alley. The service staff was a foreigner, but very kind. It was nice that they offered a half-size option for the closing ramen in each flavor! The taste was the classic Sapporo ramen.

Yes, it's the end of the year and the New Year holidays have arrived! Every store is crowded with foreign tourists, standing in long lines. Among them, Tsukasa seemed relatively empty. Actually, Tsukasa is skilled at serving customers and taking orders quickly, so the line doesn't form easily. Some stores get too comfortable with their taste and customers, and their service is slow because they are not good at serving efficiently. In that sense, Tsukasa's equal effort in both taste and customer service left a good impression. As for the taste, it goes without saying that it is delicious. I think they manage to bring out the richness without using garlic, so the aftertaste is clean and to my liking.

At lunchtime in October 2022, I was thinking about where to eat ramen, so I decided to go to Susukino and entered the New Ramen Alley. Towards the back, there was Tsubame-san with a curtain hanging, and I went straight to the left to the ticket machine. I ordered the classic soy sauce ramen for 750 yen and handed the ticket over at the counter seat. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calm. There were customers in front and behind. I enjoyed the ramen over the counter. It had a simple soup with two slices of rolled chashu, menma, and green onions. The flavor was a bit salty, but I liked the type of noodles, so I felt at ease. Now I am curious about the "ultimate miso ramen"! Thank you for the meal!

I am looking for a quick and memorable taste when I eat, so I don't eat at places where I have to wait in line. In that sense, it was great to be able to eat without waiting in line when I went out. The rich flavor was exactly as I imagined, not too heavy, and I didn't feel heavy after eating. It warmed my body in this season, and the impressive taste of the soup remained in my memory. It was a bowl of ramen that made me feel the taste of the north, different from just a rich pork bone flavor. Above all, it is easy to find from the tram station, which is convenient for tourists. I am satisfied with the ramen I wanted to eat in Sapporo.

"The ultimate miso ramen" is a ramen shop located in the New Ramen Alley, just a 1-minute walk from Susukino Station. I used to live in Hokkaido for about 3 years around 10 years ago, and visiting this place brought back memories of that time. Although it is a branch store, I believe this is the best ramen shop I have ever been to in my life. Without hesitation, I chose the default option, the ultimate miso ramen. The miso ramen here stands out from other shops with its rich and punchy soup that includes a generous amount of garlic and ginger. It is incredibly delicious! The curly noodles paired perfectly with the soup. The diced chashu with just the right amount of fat added to the richness of the dish. My original favorite miso ramen is still as good as I remember."
