【Takeout】Hagi-no Farm's vegetable direct sales store in Moto Nopporo, one of the rural areas of Ebetsu City. The location of the direct sales store is along the 8th Avenue (part of Prefectural Road 46) about 280m from the intersection with Ebetsu Inter Line (Prefectural Road 110) towards Ebetsu center. Revisited around 12:00 on October 31, 2022. Before winter comes, my father requested that he wanted to eat the simmered dish I made, so I came to buy bracken for the simmered dish. Today, it might be the last time this year to wear a short-sleeved shirt and shorts for cycling. I bought salted bracken, 2 bunches for 200 yen each, Murasaki Shimeji for 350 yen, and spicy Nanban for 120 yen. The spicy Nanban made the Keema curry-like dish I made last night even spicier. And the highlight of this visit, mushrooms♡ Although it's not every week, there are people who go mushroom hunting on Sundays, so there's a high chance of mushrooms being sold on Monday mornings. This time, I found White Shimeji, Murasaki Shimeji, and Enoki mushrooms. I bought Murasaki Shimeji, which I haven't eaten before, and stir-fried it in vegetable oil. The texture and flavor were excellent. It does have a slightly purple taste compared to regular Shimeji mushrooms (laughs).

The Nanban was delicious, so I came back again. The round Nanban, spicy Nanban, and garlic in olive oil were all tasty. They are great for adding some spice to dishes like pizza and pasta. The bell peppers here are also really delicious. Next time, I might come to buy Inka no Mezame. Thank you for the meal.

【Takeout】Located in the rural area of Motonopporo in Ebetsu City, Hagi-no Farm's vegetable direct sales store. The location of the direct sales store is along the 8th Street (part of Prefectural Road 46) about 280m from the intersection with the Ebetsu Interchange Line (Prefectural Road 110) towards Ebetsu center. I visited the store to buy garlic, leafy vegetables (forgot the name), Warabi without salt, and chili peppers (regular and extra spicy) based on the review by My Reviewer Sakura Phone on October 8, 2022, at 12:00. I bought these items for a total of 1140 yen. I plan to make a simmered dish with the Warabi I found later at another direct sales store, handmade konjac, and deep-fried tofu from Iwamizawa or Mitsuke tofu shop. The garlic is more expensive than Chinese products, but it is delicious without the unpleasant bitterness typical of Chinese garlic. The chili peppers were extremely spicy, and I ate them with chicken breast while suffering. I used the leafy vegetables as a miso soup ingredient. I can't remember the name of the leafy vegetables, but I'm curious. I plan to go shopping at least one or two more times before the end of the year.

I remembered a shop I used to be hooked on and frequently visited in the past, so I decided to revisit it. I was looking for Nanban, and they had it here! The Nanban here is spicy and delicious, perfect with the soy sauce-marinated green chili peppers. I got three types of Nanban along with bell peppers, colored bell peppers, zucchini, mini tomatoes, and garlic. I'm so excited! The Nanban is best to eat after marinating in soy sauce for a week. It's great mixed with cod roe or cold tofu, or as a sauce for natto, or even just on top of rice. The large Nanban is delicious grilled with just the right amount of spiciness. The garlic is also delicious when grilled. I made pickles with the colored bell peppers, and a salad with the large bell peppers and mini tomatoes. The big zucchini was used in ratatouille. Everything is fresh and delicious. They didn't have habanero at the shop, so I asked and found out they stopped making it because it was too spicy and not many people were eating it. I really wanted to make habanero oil with their habanero. That's a shame... I will definitely come back soon. Thank you for the meal.
