Located in Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, I found this place while searching for a restaurant to satisfy my craving for meat. And to my delight, they offer all-you-can-drink as well. I made a "preliminary" reservation the day before and finally visited the restaurant. The special meat day course for ¥2,900 includes coal mine hormone (with seconds available), plenty of cabbage, shintan, pork sagari, kobukuro, torogimo (chile), fresh vegetable assortment, and homemade spring rolls. I opted to skip the "finishing seven charcoal grill ramen" and went for the extra portion of cabbage instead. The meat was delicious and didn't have any unpleasant odor, even without sauce. Each type of meat had a different texture, so I didn't get tired of eating. Plus, you can have a second helping of coal mine hormone! The spring rolls served in the middle were a nice touch, and the abundance of vegetables was also satisfying. It seems like they hold this event every month on the 29th (meat day) as a way to show gratitude to their customers. It's quite a bargain for what you get. The yakiniku is cooked on a shichirin charcoal grill, which can leave a strong smell on your clothes and sometimes fill the room with smoke. While you can order individual items from the menu, they do not offer a drink-all-you-can option, so I always opt for the two-hour drink-all-you-can course. This time, I ordered the "Sanban-kata (3,500 yen)" course, which includes unlimited refills of "coal mine hormone," skirt steak, pork skirt meat, grilled dumplings, unlimited refills of cabbage, a shichirin ramen for the finale, and a choice of four other meats. All the meats are delicious, but with the unlimited hormone, the beer flows freely. I usually leave feeling very full, especially with the grilled dumplings and ramen at the end. The other cuts of meat were also fresh and tasty without any unpleasant smell. There were some issues with the service during payment and placing my final order, so I rated the service a bit low. I personally won't be visiting again, but I think it's a good restaurant, so if you're looking to have yakiniku nearby, feel free to give it a try.

"Mixed Hormone" includes various types like coal mine hormone, round hormone, and mix of guts, so you can try a little of everything by grilling and sipping slowly. "Throat Cartilage" has a crunchy texture that never disappoints! I always end up ordering it, even though it can be a bit tiring on the jaw. [Finishing Ramen] With green onions in the soup, plus sesame and pepper! It goes down smoothly! Finishing ramen is always a good choice. "Lemon Sour" is a specialty drink from a bar, and only the third glass had a lemon wedge in it... why??

I frequently visit Kin-chan because they have long business hours, which is convenient for me as my dinner time is irregular. Kin-chan, or should I say Kin-sama, is truly appreciated by me.

I went to Yosakoi where the drums are booming in Odori Park West 11th Station, southwest, facing west. Crossing the street by train, the atmosphere is quite unique. There is a sense of accomplishment. It may be a modern place, but it feels like an old established restaurant. It's a bit dirty, but it adds to the charm. I've been to the main store more than five times. The difference is that the coal mine curry is not available here. The sake is better at the main store, and the beer too. The meat portion here is generous. Young people might prefer the branch, but it's not that different. I'm full, and the prices are cheap. The low-priced meat is much better. The kalbi and mino are not good, but the 290 yen coal mine hormone is delicious. The chicken dishes are also great, especially the spicy chicken. The Kin-chan pickles with Chinese chives are unique, and the tama-sara and chewy gyoza are also popular. It's a great restaurant. It was delicious, and I ended up a little tipsy.
