We visited this restaurant with our family on a holiday night. Without deciding on anything specific to eat, we each ordered what we wanted and enjoyed our meal. We had sashimi, tempura, fried chicken, and more, all of which were delicious. I remember that they used to serve "Jumbo Zangi" before, but this time it was called "Jumbo Karaage" and the chicken was opened up instead of being in a fist-like shape. The taste hasn't changed much, and I think the current version is easier to eat. We also tried the plum tempura, which was simply a plum turned into tempura. It might not be enough as a regular side dish, but it's a good snack with alcohol. We enjoyed various other dishes as well. The staff at this restaurant is very attentive, making the dining experience very pleasant. Thank you for the meal.

On a day off, I visited this restaurant with my family. We had been there once before, when there was only one other group of customers, but this time it was bustling with families. We were seated in the back tatami room. Despite my legs not feeling great, the seats were sunken and there were zabuton cushions, so I felt comfortable sitting. We ordered drinks and chose our dishes before they arrived. About 5 minutes after we started drinking, the dishes started coming one after another. The photos show just a few of them. They were all delicious. The pork belly was tender and easy to pull apart with chopsticks. There was also a Sapporo onion tempura, not shown in the photos, which was hot and gooey and very tasty. We also ordered a tempura assortment, which included shrimp, smelt, conger eel, pumpkin, eggplant, and shiitake mushrooms. The batter was crispy and the conger eel was fluffy and delicious. All the tempura was really good. We spent about 2 hours there and then went home. It's a cozy place, and I would like to visit for lunch sometime since they also offer set meals. Thanks to the influence of the corona pon, the opening date was extended to April 1, 2022. The direct delivery guy really needs to think more carefully haha. I visited around 2:00 pm, and there were seats available, but it seems like the chefs couldn't keep up with the speed, so I had to wait at the entrance. I had a hard time deciding on the lunch menu, but ended up choosing the pork belly set meal for 1,200 yen. There are images of other menu items, but either the picture quality is bad, or those items don't exist haha. They took my order 5 minutes later, and the food arrived 30 minutes later. The miso soup seemed to use red miso with a sour taste, not a fan of that haha. Even the small fish salad had a sour dressing, and the pickled Hiroshima greens had acidity too. Even the seasoned wild plants had a sour taste haha. But the pork belly was nicely sweet and savory, very tenderly cooked. The rice was delicious, and I wanted to have seconds, which cost 200 yen. I felt that the small rice portion in the 1,200 yen set meal was not enough. It would be great if they could improve on that point, don't you think? (*^^*)

The tempura bowl here is crispy and the sauce is incredibly delicious. It also has a generous portion, so I highly recommend it.
