I visited "Sapporo Junren Kita 31-jo Branch" on April 7th, which was my 5th visit based on my records. My last visit was on May 7, 2022, for dinner at 6:50 pm with 3 people. The parking space at this branch is quite large, with around 20 or more spots available. Upon entering, I noticed the sign for Morizumi Seimen noodles. There were 2 groups of customers already seated, so it was relatively empty. However, there can be a wait during meal times. I usually visit at off-peak times to avoid waiting, but there was still a bit of a wait. Inside, there is a ticket machine on the left. Due to the impact on egg supply, the menu for soft-boiled eggs was not available, except for the "staff meal bowl set" which uses soft-boiled eggs for some reason. The restaurant mainly has counter seats, but there is one table seat available. This time, we were seated at a table. The counter seats have partitions for COVID-19 measures, which were not there during my last visit. We ordered: Spicy Miso Ramen x2 (1030 yen each), Rice (130 yen), Miso Ramen (900 yen), and Wonton topping (130 yen). The food was served in about 5 minutes. The ramen came with a unique spoon that seemed to have a lot of soup, causing the ingredients to sink. The toppings included diagonally sliced green onions, spicy miso, and shredded red chili peppers. The soup had a moderate level of spiciness. The chashu was sliced instead of the usual block cut, and the menma was submerged in the soup. The bean sprouts were cooked until soft, and there was cabbage as well. The minced meat that used to be included was not very noticeable this time. The noodles were medium-thick and yellow in color. We also ordered extra rice, which was served in a small bowl but was a generous portion. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.
