I'm alone in Kitami for work, and I didn't expect it to be this long. I've been here many times before, but it has never been this long. It's not a place where I can shine. I'm so sleepy, I've been rowing the boat so many times. I was planning to buy a pudding from a new shop that opened, but I got there too late and they were sold out. There is a shop in the city that is registered but has no reviews yet. I've been to the one in the civic hall. I actually went there the other day hoping to get some fast food, but for some reason it was closed. Maybe it only opens for events? The menu on their website even has ramen, so why don't they have miso, shoyu, or salt flavors? I went to check it out anyways. At 12:50, there was no one there. It's a welfare-related shop called "Pia-no." Please support them. I ordered a shoyu ramen for 600 yen. The lady at the counter told me to keep the ticket until my order was ready. She checked off the shoyu ramen on the order slip automatically. The classic music playing in the background is from Pia-no. There are four tables for four people and one table for two. There may have been another floor as well, but it's dark now. The bowl is small and unappealing. The shoyu ramen came with shichimi, but I prefer to add it myself. The noodles are chewy and long, possibly from a local noodle factory in Kitami. The fu is firm and tasty. The menma has a good texture and flavor. The soup has a hint of back fat, which is pleasantly surprising. It doesn't overpower the shoyu flavor, but it still has depth and richness. The soup is so good that it's better to drink it on its own rather than with the noodles. It's a satisfying amount for me, but I wonder if it would be enough for an average man or a hearty woman.
