A restaurant with a morning ramen flag. If you go between 6am and 9am, you can enjoy morning ramen for only 500-600 yen. I went around 10am today, so I missed the morning ramen deal. I ordered the Wonton Chashu Men for 890 yen, which is the most popular dish. It's more like a Chinese noodle soup than traditional ramen, with a choice of thin or thick noodles. The light broth has bonito flakes on the side, giving a different flavor depending on whether you mix them in or not. The topping includes a rabbit-shaped carrot and super thick menma (bamboo shoots), adding a satisfying crunch. It's delicious and can be enjoyed even in the morning. I'd like to try it at the morning ramen price next time, but I'm not a morning person, so we'll see if I can wake up early enough.

"The morning ramen A for 500 yen. The clear soup looks beautiful. The only topping is green onions, simple. The soup is lightly seasoned with bonito dashi. I prefer stronger flavors, but it's okay to have something light in the morning. I'd like to try the regular menu next time."

It's almost the 10th anniversary for this popular restaurant, right? It's amazing to have survived 10 years in the competitive ramen scene in Sapporo. The morning ramen is also popular! There is a parking lot in front of the restaurant, so I was able to park right away. I had a little trouble deciding at the ticket machine. I ordered the "Chuka Soba" - thick broth with firm noodles. The seasoning is well-balanced and pulls you in until the very end. The honest taste conveys the weight of 10 years.

It's been about 8 years since I last visited this place. I knew they served morning ramen, so I decided to give it a try since it took a while for me to come back. There are 4 types of morning ramen available, please check the details from other reviews or visit the place to confirm. I ordered Type A (without pork fat) and when asked if thin noodles were okay, I agreed since default is fine for me. The ramen that came out had a clear soup with thin noodles, green onions, and was quite simple. The first thing I noticed when I took a sip of the soup was a subtle saltiness from pork and bonito, making it easy to drink and refreshing. There was a hint of oil and slight sweetness in the soup, which seemed to complement it well. I feel like adding somen noodles to this would be nice. Maybe even rice. The soup seems quite different from the old version, perhaps it's specifically for morning ramen? The noodles were a bit firm, but I think they would be better slightly softer. It's just right for a morning meal (even a bit less would be okay). I might try the cold version next time. Also, I want to mention that the owner is very efficient and considerate, making it a pleasant place to visit.

I finally visited the rabbit-san as I had been hoping to. I had morning ramen. It was more like Chinese soba than ramen. It was very light and low in salt, allowing you to really savor the soup... I could drink it endlessly. The thick menma and thin noodles both did a great job. The green onions added a nice touch. Honestly, it was a ramen that I could eat every day. I will definitely come back again.

Visited this ramen shop for the first time as part of the Ramen Stamp Rally. Arrived around 6:50 AM with two other customers already there. I ordered the Morning Ramen D, which came with cold, firm, flat noodles (200g). The owner kindly asked if I was okay with the wait, which I appreciated. The soup was sweet and gentle, and mixing in some ginger helped balance out the sweetness. Despite being cold, the soup was delicious with no discomfort. The noodles were very firm and flat, and they mixed well with the soup. I finished every last bit. As I left, the owner said "Have a good day," which left me feeling refreshed and motivated. Thank you for the meal.

I decided to start my elegant holiday with morning ramen. I chose the classic Chinese noodles. The light flavor, thin and firm noodles, and the soup that permeates my body. A ramen that I could keep eating forever without getting tired of it. The thick menma is also light. The chashu is my favorite type. As I leave the restaurant after finishing my meal, the "have a good day!" pushes my back, making me feel motivated to tackle the day ahead. Whether you eat it before heading to work in the morning or as the opening of an elegant holiday, this restaurant is a great choice.

"Chukasoba Usagi: It's been a while since I had morning ramen. I was in the mood for thin noodles, so I chose Option A. The morning ramen with thin noodles was delicious as always. The menma (seasoned bamboo shoots) was also tasty. Even though I finished my stamp card, I still ordered extra thick menma because it's the best. This bowl of ramen really gives me energy on weekends when I feel exhausted. It's always nice to be sent off with well-wishes when leaving the restaurant."

Morning Ramen (B) 500 yen (warm basic ramen with extra pork fat) + Extra thick Menma 120 yen. Morning Ramen (D) 500 yen (cold flat noodles, only available on weekdays). On the final day of the Sapporo expedition, let's have morning ramen again. This time, we visited a rabbit-themed shop recommended by the coordinator. I ordered the same dishes as the coordinator, so it's two bowls for me. I'll start with the warm one first. The basic ramen with extra pork fat has a light and refreshing base with a slight seafood flavor. The noodles are firm and flavorful, and the added Menma topping is excellent. Next, the cold ramen with flat noodles arrived. It's a simple dish with only green onions and ginger as toppings. The cold soup and flat noodles are refreshing and light, with a hint of seafood flavor. The chewy texture of the noodles is also impressive. Having two bowls of ramen in the morning might be a bit much, but it's all part of the journey. The warm hospitality of the owner made the experience enjoyable. Hopefully, I can visit again someday.

I was curious about the morning ramen. I arrived at the restaurant around 9 o'clock and had to wait in the parking lot. After about 30 minutes, I finally entered the restaurant. It's rare to see a high number of families with children at a ramen shop that always has a long line. I asked for the recommended wonton chashu with extra bonito flakes. The ramen had a gentle flavor with reduced saltiness. It may not be satisfying for someone who likes strong flavors like me, but it's okay. I discovered a rare condiment on the table, bonito salt. I added a little and it was delicious. The soup was never-ending. I enjoyed it deliciously again today. Thank you for the meal.

I went to eat morning ramen at a place that opens at 6 o'clock, but ended up ordering wonton char siu noodles (haha). It was only 820 yen, which is very reasonable. I was surprised by the thick and large menma, but it was not tough at all and delicious. When I arrived at 5:30, there was already one group of customers, and by opening time, there were five groups waiting. Next time, I'll definitely have the morning ramen.

Chuka soba for 680 yen was light and easy to eat, and delicious. Despite being cheap, the amount of noodles was just right. The menma was thick and sweet, which I personally didn't like. The water was tasty, but I found the smell of the cup a bit off-putting when drinking.

This is my favorite restaurant when it comes to morning ramen. It has become popular recently after being featured in the media, so there are often long lines now. After finishing late-night work, stopping here for a meal is pure bliss. This time, I ordered the monthly special "seaweed" ramen with whole wheat flat noodles. The noodles are always delicious no matter when you eat them. The noodles slide down smoothly even after an all-nighter, and the well-balanced soup is irresistible. It's also convenient that the parking lot is easy to find. The only thing I can't get used to is the owner's cheerful "have a good day" when leaving the restaurant. It makes me happy, but I always struggle with how to respond. I'm shy by nature, and on top of that, I just finished an all-nighter this time...

"Chuka soba Usagi: Morning ramen♪ Morning ramen♪ Limited edition ones also caught my eye, but I ended up choosing the classic morning ramen. I got the Morning Ramen A with bamboo shoots. I wanted something light today, so I opted for no pork fat. The bamboo shoots from the morning pass were a nice addition! It's nice to warm up on a still chilly morning (о´∀`о) When the temperature rises, I'll try the cold ramen too!!"

"Chuka soba Usagi" is a popular ramen shop known for their morning ramen, and I had been curious about it for a while. I visited for lunch on a weekday since I was nearby for work. The parking lot has space for 3 cars across the road, but if you park at a nearby coin parking, you get one free topping, which is a nice service. The lunch menu includes options like Oiwashi Chashu Wantan Men, Wantan Chashu Men, Chuka Soba, Oiwashi Chuka Soba, Seabura Oiwashi Niboshi Chuka Soba, and Cold Tofu with Sesame Oil, among others. You order at the ticket machine and hand the food ticket to the staff. I ordered the "Oiwashi Chashu Wantan Men @820 yen." I chose thin noodles, and it arrived in a few minutes. The aroma of bonito flakes was delightful. The soup was lightly salted and had a gentle flavor. The thin straight noodles had a nice elasticity that paired well with the soup. The toppings included two wantan, chashu, menma, and green onions. The menma was thick and soft, and very tasty! They were out of Usagi's carrot, but it was still delicious. I usually eat rich ramen, so this lighter flavor was a nice change. The service was great, and the atmosphere was comfortable. I'll have to try their morning ramen next time. Thank you for the meal!

Hidden behind a high snowbank from the street, the red flag sticking out of the snow serves as a sign that the restaurant is open for business. As I entered, my glasses fogged up from the heat inside. I quickly purchased the morning special from the ticket machine and took the last available seat at the counter. The owner asked me if I wanted my ramen hot or cold, with thin or medium noodles, and with or without pork fat. I ordered the hot ramen with thin noodles and pork fat. The owner served me a bowl of clear soup that was refreshing and light, yet still flavorful. The pork fat was a bit overwhelming, but the broth remained clear and delicious. The thin noodles were a perfect match for the soup, and I enjoyed every last drop. The simplicity of just green onions as a topping added to the overall charm of the dish. I felt like I could drink up the soup until the last drop. This was definitely a place worth coming back to, especially with their famous wontons adding even more depth to the flavor. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

A rare restaurant in Kita-ku that serves morning ramen. Today I had Morning Ramen B with extra pork back fat and double bamboo shoots. The soup, flavored with bonito broth, pairs beautifully with the rich pork back fat. The thin noodles are perfect for soaking up the delicious broth. The thick bamboo shoots are a must-have, I always add double the amount. #ramen #ramennoodles #ramenlover #ラーメン #ラーメンインスタグラマー #らーめん #らーめんいんすたぐらまー #北24条グルメ

Sapporo lunch: Oiwashi bonito Chinese soba for 750 yen. I visited a shop where you can have morning ramen on New Year's Eve. This year, there is little snow in Sapporo, making driving easy. The parking lot in front of the shop is easy to park in. There is a lot of bonito flakes on top, but I wasn't sure how to eat them. It had a light taste and was gentle on the body. This was my last ramen meal of the year.

The "Usagi" in Sapporo's Kita Ward is a well-established morning ramen shop that has been leading the morning ramen culture in Sapporo since around 2020. They open at 6 am every morning and have been serving morning ramen since 2018, before the morning ramen boom. Their gentle and flavorful ramen, which doesn't feel heavy on the stomach even when eaten in the morning, is a popular choice. I visited this shop to try their renowned "thick menma" topping. The morning ramen menu includes options like warm plain ramen A (basic version) and B (basic plus pork back fat), as well as cold flat noodles C (145g low-hydration flat noodles) and D (200g firm flat noodles, available on weekdays only). I ordered the "morning ramen A (basic version)" with whole wheat noodles and added a double serving of "thick menma" for an extra 200 yen. The total came to 700 yen. The bowl arrived promptly with a striking presentation of 10 thick menma pieces on top. The soup was a light and flavorful blend of chicken, pork, simmered fish, and bonito. The whole wheat noodles had a nice chewy texture and aroma. The menma was generously portioned and had a satisfying crunch and tenderness. I finished every last drop of soup and noodle, enjoying the unique experience of savoring the menma-filled morning ramen. It was a delicious start to the day.
