Since it wasn't freshly fried, my expectations weren't high, but I liked the dry texture and mild flavor. However, I couldn't taste much umami in the seasoning. In the end, we couldn't finish it between the two of us, so maybe ordering 100g would have been enough. The location of the store may be convenient for people in a hurry who don't have time to go to 'Seiyu' for shopping. Thank you for the meal."

The farmer's son uses Hokkaido ingredients as the main ingredients and avoids using chemical seasonings or preservatives, offering a natural taste. The prices may be a bit higher in Teine compared to places like Maruyama or department store basements. I bought the Smoked Cod Roe Bento (640 yen) which had a small portion size but the smoked cod roe was exceptionally delicious. Overall, I recommend this shop to those who want to buy safe and reliable products.
