Oh, have you seen the coffee cup here? Isn't it a bit strange? It looks like a "soba choko," right? It's a perfect match! The cup is actually a "soba choko" used in soba restaurants. What an interesting sense they have here. The shop sells take-out coffee in front of the store from 7:00 in the morning. They greet people passing by with a "good morning, have a nice day." On my day off, I decided to try some morning exercise by cycling to a new coffee shop called "716COFFEE" that opens early at 7 am, except on Tuesdays and Fridays. The shop used to be a revolving sushi restaurant, but it has been completely renovated and now has a bright and open interior with a cozy atmosphere. The owner greeted me warmly and I ordered a takeout coffee since they only offered takeout service in the morning. The coffee was smooth with a light acidity, perfect for a morning pick-me-up, and at a reasonable price of 300 yen. They also sell their own roasted beans. I look forward to visiting again during their regular hours to enjoy a leisurely coffee.

716 Coffee is a café that opened on July 16th. Today, I visited to celebrate the occasion. The interior has been renovated and looks quite stylish. I ordered the NANAIRO BLEND "樹." They have three original blends, "壌" (earth), "樹" (tree), and "澪" (water). "樹" is a medium to medium-dark roast, so it has a solid body and a rich aroma. It's quite aromatic. I wonder if the darker roast "壌" would be even more fragrant? I might buy some beans to take home as well.

This is a lovely shop where you can feel the owner's personality. The coffee is great, and the cakes are delicious. I want to keep coming back to this place!

I visited 716 (NANAIRO), which opened on July 16th for the first time. I had passed by the shop several times before finally being able to go. They serve coffee and various cakes. The coffee was brewed by a friendly master, and I enjoyed two cups at a reasonable price. This time, I chose a deep roast coffee that was refreshing, with a single origin from Indonesia. The matcha and red bean rare cheesecake was delicious, and the combination of the cake's sweetness and the coffee was excellent. The atmosphere of the shop was also comfortable and great to spend time in.
