"A chef who has traveled overseas for a total of 25 years offers the 'delicious foods of the world' he has encountered. Specializing in Thai, Vietnamese, and Mexican cuisine, this restaurant in Hakodate provides rare ethnic dishes. Upon being seated, there was no approach from the staff for nearly 30 minutes, which I found to be a unique ethnic experience. I ordered the Vietnamese-style soupless noodles with fine rice flour noodles (880 yen) and Tom Yum Goong soup (400 yen). For drinks, I had Leo beer, the No. 1 seller in Thailand (500 yen), and Estrella beer from Spain, which had a slightly sweet aftertaste but was easy to drink (500 yen). The total bill came to 2,700 yen, which I think is reasonable. If you're looking for an ethnic dining experience, this is one of the recommended restaurants."

Because it's a multinational restaurant, you can enjoy various cuisines ❤️ Thai, Mexican, and more, with a selection of beers from overseas. It's a small restaurant, but we used it for a group of 8 with all-you-can-drink option. They also have measures for COVID-19. The curry with a sauce similar to mole made with cocoa was delicious ✨ It came with coconut ice cream for dessert. Thank you for the meal, I would love to go again❗

The shop offers ethnic cuisine from a country visited by the owner. There are not many of these types of shops in Hakodate, so it may be quite rare. The taste is average, and most Japanese people would nod and think, "Hmm, Vietnamese cuisine (or Mexican cuisine) has this kind of atmosphere." The service is slow as the owner is handling everything alone, so it's best to have plenty of time to leisurely enjoy the meal and settle the bill.

I visited for dinner at Clement Street in Honmachi. It's located near the Marui parking lot. During the day, it's a busy area, but at night it's quiet. This restaurant offers a variety of international cuisines from Southeast Asia, Mexico, and more. I came here to have dinner while enjoying a drink. I entered the restaurant with an empty stomach and found that it had table seating divided into box-like sections. The atmosphere is calm and has an Asian feel to it. There was a sign outside the restaurant congratulating the Nippon-Ham Fighters for their victory and offering a free beer, but I didn't take it. I ordered the Nasi Goreng for 880 yen, Chicken Tacos for 380 yen, and a Singha beer for 650 yen. I also got Chips & Salsa as a side dish for 420 yen. While waiting for the food, I enjoyed the chips with my beer. The beer was served in a bottle, which was different for me, but I enjoyed it. I finished the first beer quickly and ordered another one, this time a Corona for 650 yen. The tacos and Corona arrived, and I quickly devoured the tacos and beer. The Nasi Goreng was also delicious with just the right amount of spiciness. The staff consisted of one man and one woman, with the man serving as the waiter. The restaurant started to get busier with a few more groups arriving. I didn't get a chance to talk much with the staff due to the increasing crowd. The drink menu seemed extensive, so it would be a good place to enjoy a variety of drinks. Overall, it was a great experience enjoying ethnic cuisine with a drink. Thank you for the meal.

A new restaurant recently opened up in the area between Marui parking lot and Marui. I thought they only served dinner, but I saw a poster saying they started serving lunch. They offer three lunch options: pho, yakisoba, and spare ribs. It seemed like everyone passing by was curious about the menu. Ethnic cuisine is rare in Hakodate, and I've only tried it once in Sapporo. The interior has about five table seats (one side with a sofa) and counter seats. Coffee is self-serve, and the water served had a hint of lemon. The place was about one-third full, with one male chef and one female server. I ordered the pho and spare ribs. The pho came with fresh spring rolls, and the spare ribs had slightly sour glass noodles. The pho came with sugar, vinegar, spicy sauce, and fish sauce to add to your liking. It tasted great with a bit more fish sauce. The spare ribs had a ketchup-like flavor and were a bit bony. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

I love Asian cuisine and often visit this restaurant. The food is generally cheap and you can eat to your heart's content. The atmosphere of the restaurant is Asian-style with partitions, creating a nice vibe. The owner seems to have a lot of overseas experience, as they have their own photos on display. The interior is full of Asian elements, which is very calming. There is a wide selection of foreign beers and cocktails, and the wine was also affordable. We all drank a lot because it paired well with the food. We had chips & salsa (appetizer), fresh spring rolls, large ribs (really huge!), Tom Yum Kung, Pad Thai, Mexican-style pizza, and more. The fresh spring rolls were delicious and beautifully presented. The ribs were tender and flavorful, and the pickles on the side had a subtle curry flavor that was refreshing. The Tom Yum Kung had a rich shrimp flavor and was very tasty. I didn't try it this time, but I also recommend the Tom Yum Ramen as the broth is flavorful. They also serve lunch and have solo dining options, so I will definitely come back.

I had lunch at Clement Street behind Marui Imai in Honcho a few years ago, but I hadn't been back for dinner until I saw they were offering takeout. I decided to revisit after a long time. The spare ribs are a bit different from what Japanese people typically imagine, but when you pour the sauce over them, they become spicy and make a great side dish for drinks. The Nasi Goreng was also delicious and reasonably priced.
